I love Cotswold Stone buildings. They are just exquisite. I did find it funny that there was a church for the poor. All equal in the eyes of the Lord, but we don't want the riff-raff worshipping with us. Beautiful town at beautiful prices, but it's definitely a great day out. Thanks for sharing.
Totally agree Chris. The buildings are just lovely. Yes a second church for the people that couldn’t afford to rent the pew seats in the main one. 🤷🏻♂️. The class system at its finest. Yes you will need a good credit card to be buying anything in the shops that’s for sure.

Tetbury is just charming. Love all the stone. Ya'll really did your research. The shops were so cute. Action shots 😂. The singing butcher was delightful, and those burgers looked delish.

It's so pretty. The street with the chipping steps is really pretty. We really must come and epplore the Cotswolds. So that's where Alice lived!! She came of holiday to Llandudno! Always love Kim in a Kim door! We've always got time for an impressive organ too! Loving the highgrive shop! Doggers Christmas looks like an interesting read. It looks like a really lovely place. It really is a very nice town. Gets very busy though and in the summer is full of coach tours etc.
might have a read of the book see what it entails 🤷🏻♂️.

I visited Tetbury quite a few years ago so watching this was very nostalgic. We even parked at that carpark at the top of the Chipping Stairs, I have a photo that I took of the stairs and cottages enlarged and farmed in the hallway of our house.

@@WanderingwithWatto I think the next video actually has some of Ian talking to the camera! When I was previewing the draft video with Ian I was pointing out to him that he can be natural in front of the camera when he doesn't overthink it!! he really does best when he's talking about food, and in this conversation he was sitting in the car talking about sticky toffee pudding 🤣. Hopefully Kim will do more narrating now that she is comfortable with it. It's nice to not have to do all the filming and all the talking!

Hi Watto & Kim! We keep saying we must visit the Cotswolds when we're next visiting the UK. The buildings were so quaint and beautiful with their warm-coloured stone. The Market House had so much character and in fact, the whole marketplace was architecturally stunning. Nice to see (and hear) the butcher, happy in his work! 👍😁Those burgers looked very tasty. Great video, very enjoyable ❤😊

Great work with this, Watto. Love how you and Kim check out towns so thoroughly. Seems a shame that church was declared redundant when it's such a nice looking church. The perpendicular church was nice, too - the interior reminds me of an organ with all the columns. Very cool to hear about the famous people who were from Tetbury. Great story about them honoring the dolphins for saving a life. Very fun tour!
