Pretty much agreed with everything, I mean when it comes to music in sonic games, it never misses for the most part. Especially love how you put Space Trip Steps from SA2 instead of Escape from the City as that's definitely one of my favourite tracks from the game and is such a chill and relaxing track to listen to when I'm studying.
While the attention to Sonic Generations is all focused on modern Sonic stages, rightfully, I have to say that I think the best ost is from a classic Rooftop Run, not only its very different from the original ost feeling less like a copy than others, but it's also one of the most unique and catchy ost ever, imo.
I completely agree about Space Trip Steps. It used to be that people didn't like Knuckles' songs from SA2, but a number of years back when I replayed the game for the 3rd or 4th time I realized Knuckles' songs are all kinda banger and Meteor Herd had the best song by far. Edit: As far as Unleashed, I know it's not a "stage", but my favorite song is Holoska Night.
This was fun to watch, its refreshing to see sonic videos that isnt ripping the blue blur to shreds and instead just fun topics to share. I agree with your rooftop run day take entirely. Its a fantastic song but it does overshadow the many masterful bangers the game has. And you also picked my favourite day track from my favourite sonic game so you have my certified approval. Good video 👌🏾
I honestly prefer Rooftop run from Sonic Generations and I'm more partial to the Nighttime themes for Jungle Joyride, Arid Sands, Windmill Isle, and Crimson Carnival (Eggmanland) My favorite Day theme is Cool Edge and it's always nice to meet another Sonic Unleashed fan
@Zerosaber91 It's so hard to choose a best from Rush! I love the track you mentioned, but my personal favorite is 'Get Edgy'. 'What You Need' is also amazing
I love all of these songs! my fave in mania is blossom haze from press garden act 2. studiopolis is amazing, but idk what it is, there's this feeling I get whenever I listen to blossom haze that no other song from mania touches. especially the bridge and chorus. those parts just make me feel things. btw this isn't my bias for press garden as a zone speaking, I just love a lot about press garden, haha. probably the only case where I disagree on this list, and ur pick is still a very close 2nd for me. it's a testament to how great mania's ost is. great video! I just subbed
You have very similar taste to me. In almost every game i would pick which is my favorite first before you revealed it, to see if we match, and then when you revealed it i would almost always yell "yes!" Because its the same pick i had :)
How did it take so long for UA-cam to recommend this to me? Subbed! 🤘 I agree with a lot of your picks and even with the ones I don't agree with I totally get why you picked them. Your explanations of each track is superb, I love how you talk about how the vibe of the tracks match the gameplay instead of only talking about the tracks in a vacuum. Awesome video! 😎
I have always loved video game music and I very much remember just idling in Sonic Unleashed to bask in the music. Shamar hub night, Apotos day, Spagonia night, and Mazuri hub night are probably my favorites.
I feel like Sonic Gen’s soundtrack is being vastly underrated here, like City Escape is a very respectable choice and given the day I’d even agree with you, but saying it’s not close is undermining every other amazing song in the ost. Great vid though, and I do appreciate you going with the non obvious song for most of the games
24:50 There are a lot of fantastic soundtracks in Sonic Lost World, but for whatever reason I really like the one from that desert level with those big ass worms like tremors. I really like that music there a lot. It just gets really intense and I just love how the horns sound
@@Plexi.T I love the generations versions of crisis city because of the different feelings the two acts convey. Classic feels more filled with chaos and terror, and modern is more filled with a “I’m gonna fix this disaster”sort of feeling while also keeping it intense enough to show just how bad things are in the world and I absolutely love that.
19:06 someday I would like to play the HD version of Sonic unleashed. I played it and in fact uploaded videos from an entire playthrough of the Wii version when the game first released in 2008. Some of my most popular videos at the time. But because I played it on Wii I never got to play empire City and All I had was the boss battle at Missouri. Is there perhaps a way to play the HD version on PC like maybe download it to steam or something?
3:03 Did bro just call the Megadrive sound chip “weak”? 😅 that sound chip produced some of the most hard hitting tracks of the 16 bit era! The Adventures of Batman & Robin OST! Earthworm Jim OST! Gunstar Heroes & Alien Soldier OST! Streets of Rage 1, 2 & 3!!! Etc. that sound chip was cutting edge at the time. Using FM synthesis that was popular in arcade sound chips of the time.
Im not an audio guy so im not knowledgeable but ive heard from certain audiophiles is that the genesis soundchip was weak compared to its contemporarys like the SNES. But the fact that the composers could make those iconic soundtracks you listed despite the soundchip was what was impressive. Thats what ive always heard about the genesis soundchip anyway
@@Veefive5 ya what made the SNES sound chip more easily versatile was that it was a sample based sound chip that’s how you get from diverse sound like SMW to DKC out of the same sound chip, where the Genesis to put it in simple terms was like a synthesizer. But in 1988 when the Megadrive first launched, FM synthesis chips were all the rage in the arcade machines of the time, that’s why I say it was cutting edge to have that in a home console at the time.
Aquarium Park from Sonic Colors got me daydreaming while the console is running, I love that song so much. Edit: Holy I cannot give you enough praise for that Quartz Quadrant Good Future take, that song and stage always gives me that nostalgia from my childhood.
20:44 Not a single night-time stage theme you would consider? I actually think the night time stage theme for adabat jungle is quite good. Yes then night time stages don't have its exciting of music as the daytime stages but they should be at least considered because some of them are actually really good. Spagonia for example I think has a really good sounding night time stage thing
26:09 It's hard for me to pick my favorite soundtrack from Sonic Mania. There are just so many good ones. For whatever reason though Titanic monarch comes to my head the most though. Although maybe that's because I played that zone so much the first time I live streamed the game because it was my first time playing and I had to repeat that zone over and over because I kept getting a game over on the final boss. Ever since then I've actually mastered the game and don't even have that problem anymore, not to mention I typically would have a lot more extra lives left anyways, but the first time playing I played Titanic monarch zone so much because I kept having to restart that zone because the boss so I find the music there to really stand out because I just got so familiar with it and it's really good. I'm not saying I think it's the best in the game because I'm still not sure what is but it stands out to me the most, particularly act too
Thank you for saying what you said about Sonic Forces Sound Track. It is at least top 3 one of the best Sonic OST. It just sucks that it was wasted for this Sonic game when it definitely deserves to be on something better. It's like it wanted to tell a whole different story but it couldn't.

Ok, a few takes. 1. If you play Sonic Unleashed on the Wii enough, there is a point where in the Arid Sands daytime level that you will wall jump at the perfect time when the music syncs. It’s so good. 2. Jungle Joyride-Day is an excellent pick for Unleashed. It perfectly showcases the pure euphoria from playing a high speed Sonic game. You pretty much can’t go wrong for the whole soundtrack, although I would honestly pick Eggmanland-Day. Not only is it just a straight up banger, if you picture Sonic, a living creature, as the piano, the only naturally sounding instrument in the track, surrounded by the metallic environment (metallic sounds from everything else), you have a sense of being overwhelmed yet it all blends so well together, it is almost like Sonic is weaving through the cracks. The piano isn’t exactly drowned out by the other instruments, just more so small, and still plays along with them, think like Sonic in this trap Eggman set up for him.
Nice list man, although I'd challenge the Sonic Adventure pick. Red Barrage Area for Hot Shelter is absolutely nuts but I'm also biased and think that game has the best Sonic OST
My pick for SA2 would honestly go to Mad Space, I love the Rouge stage themes in general. The violin really adds to the atmosphere of the stage and fits the fantastical/fantasy nature of the stage. 06 is really hard to choose, but outside of Crisis City and Kingdom Valley I would go with Aquatic Base, both acts. The stage in general is one of my favorites, and the music is so atmospheric.
I personally would've probably picked Kingdom Valley over Crisis City, but i can definitely see why Crisis City would be the best, even i have it as my favourite sometimes
The Mega Drive may have technically had a weaker chip the SNES but honestly on a head-to-head matchup they weren't vastly behind. It was just more difficult to program than many musicians needed (especially in the west, where most of the musicians hired weren't also programmers), so they ended up using GEMS and it really shows. Some artists now are doing amazing things with Deflmask, since the tracker program does a lot of the heavy lifting for you whilst not having bad presets.
Crisis City Act 1 from Sonic Generations is my favourite, just the crunched guitars go so hard it feels so unsafe for Classic Sonic I love the Juxtaposition of the little guy going through Hell as the sign posts flys off
My personal favorites to follow along the video with (that nobody asked for) STH - Starlight Zone STH2 - Mystic Cave Zone STH3&K - Data Save Screen SCD - Special Stage SA - Red Hot Skull SA2 - Won't Stop, Just Go SH - Bingo Highway Shadow The Hedgehog - Prison Island S06 - Crisis City S&TSR - Let The Speed Mend It Sonic Unleashed - Rooftop Run S&TBK - Deep Woods Sonic Colors - Aquarium Park Zone Act 2 Sonic Generations - City Escape SLW - Sea Bottom Seague Sonic Mania - Studiopolis Zone Sonic Frontiers - Flowing (Stage 1-2) Sonic Superstars - Lagoon City
11:02 Actually I think meteor herd is a more appealing song than escape from the city. Look it's an enjoyable song but if I was hearing that song for like 10 minutes straight I think I would get tired of it. Meteor herd I don't think I'd get as tired of and if I did it probably would take maybe like a half hour or something. It's got that calm rhythm that is easy to hear.
Sonic and the Secret Rings is one of the greatest soundtracks ever made. Why couldn’t the gameplay have been good so more people could love the visuals and music
Imma list mine cause we got way different tastes. Sonic 1: Star Light Zone Sonic 2: Aquatic Ruin Zone Sonic CD (JPN): Quartz Quadrant 「Present」 Sonic CD (USA): Tidal Tempest 「Present」 Sonic 3: Marble Garden Zone Sonic and Knuckles: Lava Reef Zone Sonic Adventure: Azure Blue World, for Emerald Coast (its my namesake, i could never pick anything else) Sonic Adventure 2: (for sonic) Keys to the Ruin for Pyramid Cave (overall) Rhythm and Balance for White Jungle Sonic Heroes: Hang Castle Shadow the Hedgehog: G.U.N Headquarters Sonic 06: Aquatic Base (Level 1 and 2) Sonic and the Secret Rings: Unawakening Float Sonic Unleashed: Dragon Road (Day), Arid Sands (Night) Sonic and the Black Knight: Molten Mine Sonic Colors: Terminal Velocity Sonic Lost World: Desert Ruins Act 4 Sonic Mania: Rouges' Gallery (Mirage Saloon Act 2) Sonic Forces: Network Terminal 「Interior」(for Sonic), Fading World 「Network Tower」(for Avatar) Sonic Frontiers: Slice & Sway
I think you're a bit harsh on Heroes' soundtrack. It is different from the Adventure games because imo it was supposed to both give a similar vibes that those games had while paying hommage to the classics, hence the more vibrant and varied composition. Furthermore, Heroes has some powerful bangers : Egg Fleet, Egg Emperor, Mystic Mansion (as you mentioned), Ocean Palace etc.
I think generations is a VERY HARD one, I could go with the chosen one of the video or crisis city act 2, but my hot take is that rooftop run act 2 is the most brilliant of them all. But yeah, I think theres a lot to choose from. The one from SA2 really got me, I didnt expect. I think its only an average song of a great OST game, I wouldnt even choose it for the most iconic for Knuckles, I think Pumpkin Hill is better. City Escape is now a big classic, but I really enjoy Eternal Engine for Tails, its a very wild pick, I know, but there are so great songs this game. Oh yeah, Studiopolis in mania absolutely nailed it. That song hits different.
It's really interesting how no one is mentioning "Imperial Tower" from Sonic Forces. It's one of the best soundtracks in my opinion and one of the few levels I've "replayed" (more like just standing and listening) due to the song
I love Faded Hills, and it might actually be my favorite Forces soundtrack(other than Light of Hope, or Mortal Canyon, or Fist Bump, Lost Valley, Final Judgement, Final Boss(all of the themes), Infinite, all of the Infinite boss themes, and so on.) Anyways, it's either Faded Hill, Light of Hope, or Enemy Territory (I forgot to mention that one earlier)
I really don't like how any time someone brings up the ost of Unleashed they never address the absolute god tier night tracks. They are all massively underrated as a result. (also yes Terminal Velocity is a based take, very underrated.)
@alphabae7512 yeah, I'm sorry about that. It never even crossed my mind to mention them, even though I listen to them all the time. I guess it's just because the horrendous battle theme constantly interrupts the beautiful night themes, causing them to become less memorable.
18:18 I definitely love the song who's going to rock this place from evil foundry. Sometimes my favorite but sometimes I change my mind and my favorite is the speed to mend it from that desert level. Still though all the songs are really great except the soundtrack from the tutorial place is I mean the quality of the sound is really good but it's not memorable and yeah like you said the Dino jungle one it's not particularly interesting but all the rest of them are so good. I also find the soundtracks from the mini game mode to be really fun as well. Nobody ever talks about the mini games when they talk about Sonic and the secret rings. The mini games added a lot more replay value since you can play them with your friends and it was something my friends and I played a lot before Mario party 8 came out later that year
Cannon’s Core > City Escape > Meteor Herd But also: “Chaos Angel Zone”( acts 1 & 2) from “Sonic Advanced” are the best Sonic stage songs of all time and it isn’t even particularly close
I was genuinely shocked when you said Mechanical Resonance. Usually when people talk about SA1 they just refer to Crank Up The Heat! which is good too, but Mechanical Resonance has such a powerful chorus that I think is the peak of Sonic Adventure. Maybe there is a reason why each of the 3 characters playing through FInal Egg all have parts that uses this track... just saying :)
Personally speaking, my list looks something like Sonic 1 - Labyrinth Zone Sonic 2 - Mystic Cave 2P Sonic CD - Stardust Speedway ~ Bad Future (JP) Sonic 3 - Endless Mine Sonic & Knuckles - Sky Sanctuary Sonic Adventure - Sky Deck Sonic Adventure 2 - Either City Escape or Metal Harbor Sonic Heroes - Mystic Mansion Shadow the Hedgehog - Lost Impact Sonic '06 - Kingdom Valley Sonic and the Secret Rings - Unawakening Float Sonic Unleashed - Cool Edge (Day) & Jungle Joyride (Night) Sonic and the Black Knight - Crystal Cave Sonic Colors - Aquarium Park Sonic Generations - City Escape (Classic) Sonic Mania - Chemical Plant Act 2 ...And as for the rest, I would genuinely need to listen to the entire OST to figure that out because I've either forgotten every song I'd heard in the game or haven't played gotten around to playing it yet. So I'll add in some other miscellaneous favorites instead. Sonic Spinball: Toxic Caves Sonic Riders: Babylon Garden Sonic Rush: What U Need Sonic Unleashed (Wii): Gaia Gate Sonic Generations (DS): Big Arm The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog: Can I say Final Boss Minigame? I'mma say Final Boss Minigame. I can't not say Final Boss Minigame.
Space Trip Steps is definitely one of the best vocals tracks in SA2. Excellent choice; not gonna list all but my select few: S2: Mystic Cave 2p version S3: Chrome Gadget SA2: Metoer Herd or Mission Street Heroes: Mystic Mansion Shadow: Sky Troops S06: Tropical Jungle - The Swamp Mania: Everything but honestly Mirage Saloon Act 2 is the standout. Frontiers: it goes to the lesser favoured Pinball or Picking Weeds mini game
With Frontiers, I'd say 3 - 6 Enjoy This World, you can guess why, although if it were lyrical tracks I'd pick Undefeatable or Find Your Flame for sure
Spring Yard Zone goes hard.

Crisis City Act 1 from Sonic Generations is my favourite, just the crunched guitars go so hard it feels so unsafe for Classic Sonic I love the Juxtaposition of the little guy going through Hell as the sign posts flys off
Crazy that the night stage music wasn’t even MENTIONED in the unleashed section but I’m used to werehog slander by now so I’m not surprised
Sorry, mate. I had just completely ignored the nighttime music, unfortunately 😢
My personal favorites to follow along the video with (that nobody asked for)
STH - Starlight Zone
STH2 - Mystic Cave Zone
STH3&K - Data Save Screen
SCD - Special Stage
SA - Red Hot Skull
SA2 - Won't Stop, Just Go
SH - Bingo Highway
Shadow The Hedgehog - Prison Island
S06 - Crisis City
S&TSR - Let The Speed Mend It
Sonic Unleashed - Rooftop Run
S&TBK - Deep Woods
Sonic Colors - Aquarium Park Zone Act 2
Sonic Generations - City Escape
SLW - Sea Bottom Seague
Sonic Mania - Studiopolis Zone
Sonic Frontiers - Flowing (Stage 1-2)
Sonic Superstars - Lagoon City
YEAAAHHH Space trip steps. What a banger
Sonic 2 should’ve been the oil ocean zone- that Egyptian vibe in the beginning can’t be beat
Sonic and the Secret Rings is one of the greatest soundtracks ever made. Why couldn’t the gameplay have been good so more people could love the visuals and music
Imma list mine cause we got way different tastes.
Sonic 1: Star Light Zone
Sonic 2: Aquatic Ruin Zone
Sonic CD (JPN): Quartz Quadrant 「Present」
Sonic CD (USA): Tidal Tempest 「Present」
Sonic 3: Marble Garden Zone
Sonic and Knuckles: Lava Reef Zone
Sonic Adventure: Azure Blue World, for Emerald Coast (its my namesake, i could never pick anything else)
Sonic Adventure 2: (for sonic) Keys to the Ruin for Pyramid Cave (overall) Rhythm and Balance for White Jungle
Sonic Heroes: Hang Castle
Shadow the Hedgehog: G.U.N Headquarters
Sonic 06: Aquatic Base (Level 1 and 2)
Sonic and the Secret Rings: Unawakening Float
Sonic Unleashed: Dragon Road (Day), Arid Sands (Night)
Sonic and the Black Knight: Molten Mine
Sonic Colors: Terminal Velocity
Sonic Lost World: Desert Ruins Act 4
Sonic Mania: Rouges' Gallery (Mirage Saloon Act 2)
Sonic Forces: Network Terminal 「Interior」(for Sonic), Fading World 「Network Tower」(for Avatar)
Sonic Frontiers: Slice & Sway
I think you're a bit harsh on Heroes' soundtrack. It is different from the Adventure games because imo it was supposed to both give a similar vibes that those games had while paying hommage to the classics, hence the more vibrant and varied composition. Furthermore, Heroes has some powerful bangers : Egg Fleet, Egg Emperor, Mystic Mansion (as you mentioned), Ocean Palace etc.
@@KrullerAX they’re all bangers! The Casino Park stage music is burned into my memory 🤣
i’m pretty sure Sea Bottom Segue is pronounced Seg-way but 🤷♂️
And he spelt it wrong too...
Sonic 3D Blast, the Advance/Rush & the 8 Bit Master System/Game Gear games: Are we a joke to you?
Don't think anybody is shitting themselves over the best track from sonic chaos not being included
didn't he say only mainline games?
Dive into the mellow is my favorite SA2B track. God it’s so good
Gotta do my own now, it’s only fair
1: Labyrinth
2: Chemical Plant
CD (JP): Metallic Madness Present
CD (US): Wacky Workbench Present
3: Hydrocity Act 2
S&K: Lava Reef Act 1
Chaotix: Door into Summer
Adventure: Crank the Heat Up!!… for “Final Egg”
Adventure 2: Won’t Stop, Just Go!… for “Green Forest”
Heroes: Bingo Highway
Shadow: The Doom
06: White Acropolis (Snowy Peak)
Secret Rings: Unawakening Float
Unleashed: Windmill Isle (Day)
Black Knight: Misty Lake
Colors: Aquarium Park Act 1
4: Mad Gear Act 2
4 Episode 2: Oil Desert Act 3
Generations: Rooftop Run Act 2
Lost World: Honeycomb Highway
Mania: Studiopolis Act 2
Forces: Ghost Town
Frontiers: Cyberspace 3-2: Go Slap!
Superstars: Speed Jungle Act 1
I agree with the sa2 pick
yeah, it seems like it wasn't as hot of a take as I thought.
Dino Jungle is iffy? Aw, man. The funk in that is rad as hell, though.
DUDE, FOG FUNK IS SO UNDERRATED!
It’s wild to me how sega has made SO many bangers over the years. I can fathom how they created so many good songs
I love Faded Hills, and it might actually be my favorite Forces soundtrack(other than Light of Hope, or Mortal Canyon, or Fist Bump, Lost Valley, Final Judgement, Final Boss(all of the themes), Infinite, all of the Infinite boss themes, and so on.)
Anyways, it's either Faded Hill, Light of Hope, or Enemy Territory (I forgot to mention that one earlier)
Pretty fair list. My only complaint is that Shamar day wasn't even mentioned. Great video tho.
Oh I 100% agree with Space Trip Steps!!!
Favorite piece of Sonic 3 trivia is that Ice Cap Zone is Hard Times by the Jetzons and the Songwriter Producer also worked on the Sonic 3 Soundtrack
Sega games in general just never miss when it comes to soundtracks
I really don't like how any time someone brings up the ost of Unleashed they never address the absolute god tier night tracks. They are all massively underrated as a result.
(also yes Terminal Velocity is a based take, very underrated.)
@alphabae7512 yeah, I'm sorry about that. It never even crossed my mind to mention them, even though I listen to them all the time. I guess it's just because the horrendous battle theme constantly interrupts the beautiful night themes, causing them to become less memorable.
@@Plexi.TShamar hub night?
18:18 I definitely love the song who's going to rock this place from evil foundry. Sometimes my favorite but sometimes I change my mind and my favorite is the speed to mend it from that desert level. Still though all the songs are really great except the soundtrack from the tutorial place is I mean the quality of the sound is really good but it's not memorable and yeah like you said the Dino jungle one it's not particularly interesting but all the rest of them are so good.
I also find the soundtracks from the mini game mode to be really fun as well. Nobody ever talks about the mini games when they talk about Sonic and the secret rings. The mini games added a lot more replay value since you can play them with your friends and it was something my friends and I played a lot before Mario party 8 came out later that year
Choosing Quartz Quadrant good future over Stardust speedway is such a ball knower move. QQ GF is the best theme in CD easily.
Mechanical Resonance is an Inspired Pick. As soon as it started playing, I started head bopping
@Megapig9001 is truly an immaculate piece of music. It's definitely one of my favorite final level themes in the game
Sonic Unleashed - Spagonia rooftop day, Eggman Land day and Perfect Dark Gaia final battle
Cannon’s Core > City Escape > Meteor Herd
But also: “Chaos Angel Zone”( acts 1 & 2) from “Sonic Advanced” are the best Sonic stage songs of all time and it isn’t even particularly close
S1: scrap brain
S2: wing fortress
S3: Angel island 1
S3&K: flying battery 2 & lava reef 1 (tie)
Mania: press garden 2
I was genuinely shocked when you said Mechanical Resonance. Usually when people talk about SA1 they just refer to Crank Up The Heat! which is good too, but Mechanical Resonance has such a powerful chorus that I think is the peak of Sonic Adventure. Maybe there is a reason why each of the 3 characters playing through FInal Egg all have parts that uses this track... just saying :)
I knew you were going to pick Mechanical Resonance! It's one of, if not the best songs in the game
i really think you should've mentioned doomsday zone for sonic and knuckles. it hits HARD
even tho i disagree with some of the picks, every song u chose is a banger so ur not rly wrong (ALSO SPACE TRIP STEPS RAHHH)
I would have picked Cool Edge Day and Night for Unleashed, but Jungle Joyride is a bop still
Sonic 1 - green hill
Sonic 2 - metropolis Zone
Sonic 3 and Knuckles - Azure lake
Personally speaking, my list looks something like
Sonic 1 - Labyrinth Zone
Sonic 2 - Mystic Cave 2P
Sonic CD - Stardust Speedway ~ Bad Future (JP)
Sonic 3 - Endless Mine
Sonic & Knuckles - Sky Sanctuary
Sonic Adventure - Sky Deck
Sonic Adventure 2 - Either City Escape or Metal Harbor
Sonic Heroes - Mystic Mansion
Shadow the Hedgehog - Lost Impact
Sonic '06 - Kingdom Valley
Sonic and the Secret Rings - Unawakening Float
Sonic Unleashed - Cool Edge (Day) & Jungle Joyride (Night)
Sonic and the Black Knight - Crystal Cave
Sonic Colors - Aquarium Park
Sonic Generations - City Escape (Classic)
Sonic Mania - Chemical Plant Act 2
...And as for the rest, I would genuinely need to listen to the entire OST to figure that out because I've either forgotten every song I'd heard in the game or haven't played gotten around to playing it yet. So I'll add in some other miscellaneous favorites instead.
Sonic Spinball: Toxic Caves
Sonic Riders: Babylon Garden
Sonic Rush: What U Need
Sonic Unleashed (Wii): Gaia Gate
Sonic Generations (DS): Big Arm
The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog: Can I say Final Boss Minigame? I'mma say Final Boss Minigame. I can't not say Final Boss Minigame.
Warm it up kriss!!
My favorite from the Secret Rings soundtrack (a top 5 ost in the franchise btw) is definitely It Has Come To This. That main riff is so CHUNKY.
@KhaosKontroller such an epic and badass song to accompany the Erazor Djinn boss fight man. Definitely good tastes.
@@Plexi.T With a discography as consistently amazing as Sonic's, it's hard to argue any favorite picks.
Fun fact: the producer for Sonic 1 is a huge fan of RnB music so he based the song for Spring Yard zone off of "Every Little Step" by Bobby Brown.
yo sonic runners soundtrack is by far goated. just because it was a mobile game, it didn’t receive the love it needs.
Impossible to pick the best stage music in Black Knight. Crush 40 really went all out on that one.
Collision chaos (the one that’s creepy with the laugh)is my favorate
Space Trip Steps is definitely one of the best vocals tracks in SA2. Excellent choice; not gonna list all but my select few:
S2: Mystic Cave 2p version
S3: Chrome Gadget
SA2: Metoer Herd or Mission Street
Heroes: Mystic Mansion
Shadow: Sky Troops
S06: Tropical Jungle - The Swamp
Mania: Everything but honestly Mirage Saloon Act 2 is the standout.
Frontiers: it goes to the lesser favoured Pinball or Picking Weeds mini game
With Frontiers, I'd say 3 - 6 Enjoy This World, you can guess why, although if it were lyrical tracks I'd pick Undefeatable or Find Your Flame for sure
