It sounds like your skin is reacting negatively to the product. It's possible that there might an ingredient that your skin is allergic too. I would personally advise to stop using it and maybe to get it checked by a dermatologist to see what is the reason for such a reaction.
I wouldn't using the sunscreen right after the foam cleaner. I think it's best to first apply on some skin care products before applying on your sun screen.
Do you have a sensitive skin? It could be your skin is adapting to it (in that case you can try a few times more) or you can choose other atomy cleanser products from MILD or CERABEBE series that are even milder even for babies :)
From what I see, it's possible that your skin is reacting negatively with your skin. Try calming down your skin first, and see if the same reaction happens again, if it does, I'd say you would need to go for a milder product.
