So you don’t need any glue to put the screen back on?
My general approach is if the majority of the old gasket remains , it’s better to keep that that replace it with a crappy aftermarket gasket. Bear in mind the phone still isn’t water resistant either way

You can order a perimeter gasket directly from Apple. They are way better than the aftermarket gaskets. But either way it’s a safe bet that the phone won’t be water resistant either way
But it’s in no way necessary to do either.
Is there a way to get rid of the the non genuine part warning once the camera has been replaced? Mine won’t allow me to zoom past 5x zoom and has no auto focus or macro mode 😢

My iPhone 13 Pro Max back is damaged, I tried replacing it but after the phone camera is blurry probably due to excess heat applied and the Face ID doesn’t work.
Can I replace the Face ID and cameras and will it work?
I am thinking of replacing the entire back piece with the glass.

Apple doesn’t make replacing the Face ID camera assembly simple.
The simplest is go to apple self service but it costs over $200
Or you can get a Face ID programmer w tag on flex which is way less.
As far as your rear camera it’s easily replaced but you will have an ‘unknown’ message if you don’t get the part from apple or apple self service (and pay a lot of $$)
