I just had one of the behind-the-scenes reference videos the creator of this game made pop up on my reccomendeds. Immediately wanted to see it played, hoped Insym played it, and lo and behold he has! Very excited :) Sad to see this series never continued :( If you want to play a sort of, kinda, similar game I recommend OFF by Mortis Ghost. It's horror/psych horror RPG :)

The clinic mentioned involves unborn children I'd imagine. Considering the doll comment and the religious comment. Either she's involved with some cult involved with the clinic. Or she unknowingly works at a clinic that has a cultic side
