There’s two, he first uses “barbasol original” to help soften and take the dye out, then uses “fiebings 100% Pure Neatsfoot oil” again and dry that up with the heat gun. I’ve haven’t tried this process but am planning to. Ive used the Wilson leather brush and wax and those work great!

that is a special machine that not only are the bristles put on there but it also does not spin as fast as a normal bench grinder, it has been geared down. I am fairly certain was made for Red Wing boots and then was sold to NFL teams. Those attachments aren't sold in public

You could find out from a custom tailor or play it again sports perhaps. They probably use those 2 bristle length spindles for leather care. The spinner machine could probably be bought at Lowes, Home Depot or Grainger Hardware, you'd just need to pop on the correct bristle accessory.
that particular machine is a specially geared bench grinder at a lower rpm to work with leather and those bristles they use aren't available to the public unfortunately.

Dont use barbasol! I mean unless it's just a beater football but barbasol has lots of chemicals on it that actually draw out the moisture drying out the glove. Barbasol used to have a lot more lanolin in it back in the day but now not so much. Not nearly enough to treat leather with. Use at least a cheap decent leather conditioner! Wilson's conditioner or something! Lexol, onenoufs. There are plenty to choose from. Great video not hating on it just hate seeing people use barbasol on their leather products..unless again, it's just beater leather because then who cares..and even then I still wouldn't
