I can’t rewatch this scene without feeling horrible because of how Kutner’s story ended. It seems like another silent wound for him to carry all that time. 😭
I like how when house is doing the little magic tricks he turns the card into a six of spades, pretty sure that's the card he got when he had the magician patient
At least House appreciated Cole’s brilliance here. House needed someone who was clever, unorthodox, and conniving. Cole succeeded, but it was like an own goal. House needed someone to break the rules, but not his own. I never expected Cole to be fired when I was watching this. Btw Kutner took this too personally.
It's interesting to see how Cole is even more cutthroat than Amber. And the personal loyalty part of the test was why Cole failed. By this point, most of them had built somewhat of a report, and even House admits that Kutner and Cole were close. So being willing to undermine that, along with making deals with Cuddy, makes Cole unreliable and untrustworthy. Amber is willing to do anything to win, but she has a heart and is loyal. Which is something House needs. A cold, calculating, manipulative individual like House doesn't need another one like him around. He needs and wants to be challenged by his team, especially in matters of the heart. Cole can't offer that. Going back to Season 1, Chase and House have some tension because he made a deal with Vogler. So he's already been through that and look where it led him.
The sprinkler produces water only. It has nothing to do with the fire detector. You’d need to produce actual fire in front of the fire detector, and a hell of a lot of fire more than a cigarette lighter. From Die Hard to fricken House, Hollywood makes this stupid stupid error. ABSOLUTELY DRIVES ME NUTS!
Not to mention how much damage to the hospital from the sprinklers. I'm surprised she didn't pull the fire alarm or tamper with a smoke detector. Achieves the same thing, but without damaging the hospital.
But like the ones who do, do you have multiple identical pairs of panties per single bra??? Is that how that works. Cause you can wear a bra for like 2 weeks without washing, but panties are single use before wash
@@Altanicorn Ok, first and foremost you should only wear a bra no more than twice before HAND washing your bras. Second, have multiple bras/panties in different styles and colors. Always get colors styles that will complement each other and think ahead when you purchase these garments. It's like buying a shirt. You think to yourself, "how many outfits can I make out of this one shirt?" If it's more than 2 then it's worth purchasing. It's the same with bras and panties.
I don't know why "Big Love" didn't think about his cover story for a second, because it would've been so easy to explain why he chose Kutner. House said he would fire one of the two chosen, so by choosing him and Amber, he'd be basically forcing House to pick her since he knew Kutner was in House's good books for standing up for the magician's case. It would've seemed like a perfect strong-arm tactic, and yet he didn't say anything. He's the real moron.
I think Kutner's death was no surprise. He didn't take anything seriously, except the job. When Cuddy decided that Kutner is no good for the hospital, you can see the devastation in his eyes. It didn't that Big Love choose him. What really mattered was he understood that his job was at risk. Not because he was losing the competiton or anything, because the head of the hospital that he really wanted to work for, didn't want him. I think that's why he killed himself. Because he didn't get the respect that all the other doctors had. It's just my opinion though.
What if this was why kutner killed himself, becuase he thought everyone including cuddy, the head of the hospital, thought he was a failure. It's a long shot but who knows.
Maybe, but it wasn’t intended. The real reason Kutner killed himself was because he got a job to work for Obama so he had to quit the show. The writers were forced to quickly write him out of the show.
Unlikely, given how when Kutner was nominated House started giving all the reasons why Cole's choice was surprising, including the fact that Kutner had been delivering good results during the case. Even if he was hurt by the knowledge that Cuddy wanted him gone he should feel validated by House's defence. Of course given that humans possess both rationality and emotions it's possible that he was more hurt by Cole's betrayal than House's praise boosted his confidence.
@@filipwolffs the funny thing is I initially interpreted it completely differently. I get to nominate two candidates. So I pick the one everyone wants to Fire and I pick the one that I think is completely safe from being fired. So I'm essentially picking the person that gets fired.

House scootering out of the room DIRECTLY after Foreman says, "It's how *I* got hired" will always be hilarious.
3:36 you can just see that kutner was actually happy for him. So sad that he got really disappointed
He was betrayed...
I would take it very personal
In all honesty if he really did electrocute himself and set a patient on fire I'm surprised Cuddy didn't give him the ax herself already
and he was depressed. perfect reason to take things like this overboard
@@amandaljohnson an average day in that hospital
Poor kurthner he's only "friend" betrayed him :( one more to the list of reasons I don't wanna live anymore
But the way he is staring at "Big love" 4:37... I think the only moment House was truly amazed by someone...
?
2:57 "Is she not wearing any underwear?"_
_"Uhhh . . . there's a guy, bleeding . . ."_
_"Foreman! She's not wearing any *underwear*"_
“Use their power wisely my lord” cracks me up every time 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Amber’s laugh at 3:50 was so wholesome for some reason
That was hard to catch in frame and fast. It was a first for me seeing that lol
"Prayer mostly" House got dunked on for once
Was a cool move walking out without shaking his hand, that's the kind of thing that needs to happen more in life. He didn't owe him that.
13's "little girl" facial expressions in this video are adorable.
What you talking about?
0:48: Foreman’s face made me LMAO 🤣🤣🤣
Foreman confirming the challenge being used, oh my God, killed me. "How I got hired". 😂
Foreman: It’s how I got hired.
Cole: It’s how I got fired.
05:29… “BIG Love ❤… Rise. “
The thong song is now playing in my head
Oh Cole... You should already know that it is impossible to hide something from House.
I like how shows always assume that women always wear matching bra and panties. We aint got time for that
Some of us do indeed have time for that. It's called being put together from the ground up.
Some people do, but I'm not one of them.
I feel like most probably don't, but Cuddy probably does
But like the ones who do, do you have multiple identical pairs of panties per single bra??? Is that how that works. Cause you can wear a bra for like 2 weeks without washing, but panties are single use before wash
@@Altanicorn Ok, first and foremost you should only wear a bra no more than twice before HAND washing your bras. Second, have multiple bras/panties in different styles and colors. Always get colors styles that will complement each other and think ahead when you purchase these garments. It's like buying a shirt. You think to yourself, "how many outfits can I make out of this one shirt?" If it's more than 2 then it's worth purchasing. It's the same with bras and panties.
No one has pointed out how Cuddy perfectly tricked House. She didn’t make it obvious, she knew House would want to if he did get her underwear.
Foreman is having way too much fun.
I don't blame him.
Yakup Ahenpençe obama killed kutner man, thats why house suspected it was murder
@@wulwul5067 I know that they killed him because he quit the show but the setup was really good.
The way House Said "Oh My God", He Can Definitely Give Janice A Run For Her Money...😂😂😂
If I were one of the team, I would probably be Kutner. This makes me have all kinds of feels.
5:57 You can see Big Love is really hurting when he said that. It was probably more painful for him than Kutner.
"A skirt that tight, I can tell if you've got an IUD." I. Am. Deceased. 😂⚰️
The thong, the myth, the legend.
Something like the hospital admin thinking that you are just a liability could lead to depression and thoughts of suicide
“Pull down your pants”
“You think I’m lying?”
“No, I want to give you a reward”
7:06 now *EVERYONE REALLY IS SURPRISED*
With all the team changing in the later seasons, it surprised me that they never brought Cole back. He seemed to fit in well with the team.
No, Cole's first thought was to cut a deal with Cuddy. And by extension, break up House's team. If not this one, the next.
I Want House To Continue Making Episodes
“A skirt that tight I can tell if you’ve got an IUD.”
I only watch House for House. I need more tips to be an even bigger jerk than I already am. He's the master.
I don't know. Nate (The Jerk) gave him a run for his money in that department.
And yes I know this comment is 4 years old.
