Hi, nice formulation. I have a question regarding Vitamin A palmitate. Is this the same powder which is also used for food?? How it is mixed with oil??I did not see it in powder in your formulation.
While dl-Panthenol is lovely in eye serums, it is water soluble and this formula doesn’t contain any water. You could try heating up the Camellia Seed oil (it has a high smoke point so relatively stable to heat) and stir in the dl-Panthenol well and then let it sit for a few days. There is a small chance it will hydrate in, albeit small. However, if you want to scale up this formulation to start making it for more than just personal use, it is doubtful it will work.
Is their fda approved preservatives to prevent fungus in this product. Dobyou recommend these and do you sell them.The paper on the side is it available?
