most of those effects also work on vocals especially the one with recording and reversing it gives you some nice sounding transition into a chorus or verse .

I cant get the same result with Fruity Reeverb 2, its sound metalic.....
Try using regular Fruity Reeverb, Fruity Reeverb 2 adds delay and it's different. Also, turn the "wet" dial down.
