I’ve never heard of these. Not that I haven’t heard of pancakes, but the way it has a pocket or sandwiched. My husband and family would love them. They’re huge fans of those big American style breakfasts you can get at a diner. I hope you heal and get better soon! Being in the kitchen and wanting to make something is a great sign that you’re on the mend! And yes, I like the idea of adding other recipes to your channel… even though I’m here for the chocolate 😉
