The Danish royal house has started to make decisions to reduce the noise after the controversy surrounding Prince Frederik. First, Margaret II decided not to publicize the royal family's traditional hunt at Fredensborg Palace. Mary Donaldson is something like Frederic's mother, she had a warm, loving upbringing in contrast to the prince, whose upbringing was somewhat cold, as with other royal families. Queen Margreth once confirms that she was not a good mother.

I will give my opinion even if I do not believe monarchy is an appropriate choice for this age. A) prince Christian has no choice but swear allegiance to the constitution. B) CP Frederik has portrait a poor image to the entire family, specially close members, C) CP Mary has committed herself to the Danish crown, no matter what.

What real roof if an affair is there. Mary and Frederick have always appeared to be in love. I guess it’s always possible that he cheated on her but he risks losing the love of his life and children doing something that stupid. @@jocelynebI think that some Australians are unaware that Denmark’s citizenship laws up until 2015 stated that if you marry a Dane you lose your citizenship and become a Danish citizen. (I’m a retired Australian Immigration officer.) However, I can understand why all the Australians here would refer to her as one of us because she was born and raised here. Princess Mary has met every challenge that was put to her when she moved to Denmark. We are proud of her and wish her well. Unfortunately most modern fairytales don’t have a happy ending. Let’s hope there will be a positive outcome.
