Hi There Yea very good job quick question as i am about to use these panels on my kitchen walls securing onto wall tiles, but did you later seal round any gaps at the window sills with the silicone to finish off the job & would you also use where the panel meets the ceiling & floor if already tiled. Cheers Jim
Yes, absolutely i will always try to put a line of silicon at the ceiling and on the floor before applying the board and then at the end on top of the board as a finish and that it will block the board movement at the top and at the bottom however in some jobs i need to use the trims (customer choice) and i will fill them with silicone. If you use the silicone in stead of the adhesive and you put to much just in one point it's never going to go off it's going to be trapped like in the tube recipient not to much air to go off. If you have more questions fell fre to go on my Facebook and call me i will do my best to help. facebook.com/How2chanel
Hi. The panel's go in but they don't click. The right way is to take the toilet out and fit the panel's but the most common way used by the trades is to take the cap of the toilet out and put it back after paneling , forcing it a little bit in place. Thanks
What adhesive did you use? I've not used these but I always wonder in the long term whether condensation would build up behind the panels and cause damp?
Hi in this video the supplier sent me the multipurpose silicone and yes there is a probability that you might get condensation depending on how cold the existing wall gets and how hot the panels are getting . depending on the house and the people using the shower
The most important part for me is not to be found in any how to videos. How do you fit a panel into the second corner piece? Or is ot a case of attaching the corner piece to the last panel?
Hi. Either you attach it to the other panel, or you are forced in by pulling the bought out for a bit, then push them at the same time in. I personally prefer not to put the corners in. Just fill the corner of the wall with a good silicon then push the panels in and at the end silicone the corner of the panels again and that is going to look much better and you will get a solid waterproof.
Hi. 226mi for me. I can come and work no problem, but i don't think the price is going to be a bargain for you. The best for you is to use a local builder
As a someone speaking and presenting in English thank you . Where are you from .? It must be quite painfull putting plastic panels over good tiles...to be modern -;(.
In that case, the best solution is to stick 2 by 1 timber to the metal, then spray foam all the gaps in between, then cut the excess foam and stick the panels onto the timber. I will do it like that but its alot of work.

Great job
Thanks 😊 🙏
Do they last long what about water steam?
If they are not messed around with then no problem. You just need to be gentle with them
Shower panels look nice but what would do you prefer for durability: shower panels or tiles?
Hi. Definitely tiles
Do you leave the silver corner edges showing or did you calk over those corners?
i just leave them if no gaps are showing
Do the panels click in ?
My toilet is flush to the tile how would I panel to the top of toilet
Lovely job at the finish

Hi. Im in London. Thanks for watching. Not if the tiles are outdated
Yes it now has the original white panels and they are not very stable
In that case, the best solution is to stick 2 by 1 timber to the metal, then spray foam all the gaps in between, then cut the excess foam and stick the panels onto the timber. I will do it like that but its alot of work.
The only additional thing I would have done as a sparky is change the awful pull cord to a wireless switch.
agreed, but is not my decision to take
