I like the fact that it's a new apartment but it's poorly laid out! They could've had a wash basin toilet combo then removed the entry sink and replaced it with storage. The TV could be wall mounted and on a swivel. The wardrobe feels like it's wasting space 😅
the closet is too big too and would have better with a smaller that can fit without leaving a space between that and the kitchenette. best is:. remove the sink in the entry way, replace it with shoes storage and find a smaller and slimmer closet
exactly my thought - lose sink, add closet in entry. then you could possibly do a flip up table/desk in the wardrobe space. It does have a good bath, and the refrigerator and laundry are nice inclusions.@@MM0528
This one is almost perfect. While it is weird to have a sink in the entry, I do like separate sinks for hygiene and cooking. And it is a nice sink with storage. It just needs a little more space for a small desk. Would have built storage wardrobe in the odd corner to save some floor space. The furniture wardrobe unit does not fit well. I love the washer has a surface on top of it to use for cooking prep.
You have to wonder what the planners were thinking. The sink in entryway, no, no. How could you ever get furniture in and out of the place! It’s bonus that there is a washer and fridge there but you’d have to sit on top of the washer to watch the tv. All the furniture I’d get rid of, all of it. Including that monstrous wardrobe. I think if the floor place was open you’d be able to figure out how to best use it with multi-function items. I can’t believe no fan hood. It would make me not want to cook. The price is low.

On the positive side, at least the front door opens to a wash basin and not a toilet. But I think it would have been better to be storage for shoes, jacket and umbrella. I'm not a fan of the use of space where the wardrobe is, but I do like the refrigerator and washing machine tucked away. And I like the drying feature in the bathroom. But I've seen others I liked better.
I have a few issues here… The sink by the front door is a waste of space. Just use the sink in the kitchenette, or, as someone else pointed out, have a toilet with the sink on top of the back. There are other storage solutions to put where that sink is (like the shoe storage, for one). And why would you put the TV on the shoe storage when it’s facing the wrong way? A smarter thing would be to mount it with an arm that allows it to swing out to face the bed (like above the washer - there’s space there for more shelves or a mounted TV). And lastly, where to put the desk? A loft bed with the desk under it would be better. There are things to like about this place (I like the kitchenette), but the way it is now is not great.
Interesting layout! But for 1 person it's actually quite nice! 😅Here's what I like: the entrance is tucked away so the bed is private... The kitchenette is so compact! Not bad at all for such a small space... I'd swop the basin in the entrance with he shoes storage... And put the TV where the wardrobe is and the wardrobe will be in front of the bed... Something like that! 😂The glass door for the toilet is actually smart to allow light in! Must say... A desk area would be nice! 😊But good one Usi! Looking forward to the next one!
Very nice But I would place the wardrobe at the end of the bed and put the shoe storage and TV in it's place That way you have a headboard with the wardrobe so your pillows don't slip of and you could put a small desk in front of the window As for the sink in front of the door You could put a storage unit on top of it to free up more space I do like the bathroom layout Thank you kindly for for continuing to share these apartments with us 🙏🌻🙏
I sleep on a futon so I prefer it when the apartments do not include a bed. I enjoy putting my own furniture in and customizing. :) The big window was nice and I like the kitchenette (so clean looking).
The wash basin at the entryway is unnecessary. Better to have a storage closet there or a small table or drawers to put keys or decorations. I wonder if it’s possible to put the TV on the wall and move it out so you can watch tv from bed. No space for a desk here but I like the hidden washing machine and fridge. Price is too expensive. But at least it has a nice sunny view.
This is honestly nice. Swap out the wardrobe for something that fits into the corner better, and wall mount the tv so it can rotate out over the bed's end when used.
I like the shape of the apartment, but there is no space for a desk. The placement of the TV is also odd - it should have been mounted on a moveable bracket so you can see it from bed. It's a good thing the furniture is already there because it would be really difficult to maneuver anything large arount the basin. I like it better than some of the others, but I don't think this one would work for you. I guess you'll keep looking but I'm really enjoying the hunt!

I'd move the wardrobe out and get a desk that can function as a work space, bedside table and storage. Also some underbed storage and you're sorted 😎 This is my favourite one so far 👍

The washing machine counter top cabinet can be used as eating space if u use high bar stool however the furnitures in the house overall looks very bulky for the space
If you could put the bed right up to the window, it would be really nice. Then you could place a small table and the closet on the wall where the bed is now. Or you could mount a foldable table on the wall and use the bed as a bench. But it seems like the bed is too big for that.

The more I look at this place the more I like it. If I made good money I'd snap it up. Even the wardrobe is okay. I like how the bathroom is set up. I would keep folding clothes in cubes in the wardrobe and a folding chair and desk underneath the bed.
Actually, it's not too bad! There's a lot of light, too! There's also storage under the bed. The bed can be used as a sofa, too. You can use a portable computer table with wheels and sit on the bed. Cheers!
Me gusta este minidepartamento,sobretodo por el gran ventanal. Yo sacaria el lavabo de la entrada y pondria el zapatero. Tambien sacaria el armario , pondria perchas y lo demas lo guardaria en cajas debajo de la cama y si se puede pondria repizas

I think some features are nice, is brand new, the kitchen sink is not so bad, I live in a 26 sq mt studio and mine is smaller. But the sink by the entrance is too cumbersome and not safe IMO I agree with some comments that is poorly laid out. Thanks for showing us these flats 😊
It’s nice. And I like that it is new. I wonder if the bed is too long to go across under the window? If so, move the wardrobe to the wall by the tv. Or if it is possible to remove the wardrobe entirely in order to have a small table/desk? The bed is high enough to have storage under it, and with the coat hooks at the entrance, you have a spot for hangers.
I like the kitchenette. There is enough countertop space for both induction cooker and food preparation. The small hidden fridge has a freezer, which is good. I guess you can have a small foldable table and chair to use for dining. No space for work desk though (the foldable table and chair are not suitable for long work). The TV... Hmm... That is a weird angle.
The apartment is not bad, not so small and tends to be square) But it’s strange that they made a sink at the entrance, but in the toilet there is no sink on the toilet (2 in one). The closet is not suitable for this room, it would be better if there were hooks(.
That bath dehumidifier op panel looks like a control panel from a spaceship. :D Nice one, but I would remove the wardrobe and put a small desk there. But maybe it's still not enough desk space.
I quite like this one overall. The layout is a bit odd, with the wash basin right at the entrance, but it seems pretty well furnished and the rest of the arrangement seems ok
I would put a floral arrangement or potted plant in the washbasin at the entrance and make it more of a side table to put keys or cell phone chargers. It is not needed as a washbasin, given the sink is close by and the bathroom. I would rotate the bed parallel along the window and place the closet on the opposite wall. It creates a more open space in the middle of the room. The TV could go on a small, low-set table between the kitchenette and bed.

The flat looks nice, and I especially liked the bathroom! Also the fridge and washing machine are a plus, but it looks like there's no space for your desk 🤔 However there were better options, like the Toy Story and Harry Potter flats! 🤩

The bed is terribly small, the most important thing of all is quality sleep. There is no space for a table and a chair in the apartment, so feel free to look further. I really enjoy your videos. Sometimes when I think about it, I realize that I live with my wife in a 72 m2 apartment, and sometimes we say it's a small apartment, only the bedroom is 4.0 x 4.5 m = 18 m2, I guess, sorry , say hello to Spiderman and the whole gang :-)
This came so close. I like that in some ways thought thought about storage. You could even use the top of the washing machine to chop up on or dry dishes since the kitchen bench is so small. But the sink next to the door is a huge no. Not only will most people think that's weird to look at when you answer the door or let anyone in. It also makes that small space smaller so it would be a pain when coming in carrying anything bulky. No idea how they think you're going to watch the tv. Sit on the floor? The wardrobe has wasted space beside it because they used standard flatpacks. There's no space for a chair and table of any kind. You'd have to sit of your bed to eat, work, etc
This apartment is interesting. I'd have to move the TV because I know I'd eventually knock it down walking into the apartment. I'd have to remove the wardrobe cabinet. It is too big and awkward for the small space. I'd replace it with a collapsible clothing rack that has wheels. I like having the top of the washing machine cabinet available for preparing food.

This is a very unique apartment. I think the basin at the entrance is unnecessary. It takes away some important space. The bath and shower are small, but sufficient. I miss some space to put a desk in this apartment. It is also a little bit expensive.

Hello from Portugal. I'm always amazed how small this apartments are. Instead of basin it's better shoes storage. I would put a secretary for eating and work where the bed is and on top put the bed. Style like bunk beds..
There needs to be more "convertable" furniture. For example, there must be a way to put a desk that lifts up or down on the front of the closet. Things on the desk could be pushed onto the fixed closet shelf holding the desk when you want to close it to get to the bottom area. Or if you want to get super fancy, have the closet on a swivel, so that it turns around to hide the clothes and have a drop down desk on the back. You could even have place for a folding chair to hang. I also think a tall, narrow, hanging shoe closet in the genkan would save space. If you could get rid of the TV/shoe cabinet and closet and build in furniture to fit the room shape, I think this is quite nice.
Well, this one has it all, you’ll have to turn the cabinet to watch TV, but there’s nothing on anyway! I think you should go for this :-) good luck in your choices isn’t it time that you made one?!
One of the well furnished micro apartment I had seen so far in these channel place is a little cramp but the appliances is well placed and I find the room small but Cozy and with the fully new furnished appliances and the place is practically new the rent it's asking is just right... Would considered living here.

The dead space in the corner between the sink and wardrobe would bother me forever if I lived here 😭 This looks like a nice short term rental/hotel room.

I remove the wardrobe and put shelves in the corners instead to save space; The kitchen is really nice ans hidding the washing machine is a good idea. Bathroom is nice for the size of the place and storage toilet paper is there! perfect. Take care you and Mr Spiderman.

Too bad it already furniture... A loft bed would allow for desk space but would put you too close to the air conditioner. It was quite expensive also... keep looking. We enjoy your journey.😊
If the closet was replaced with a shelf and bar like in Ep 24, you could have a desk in that spot, and if there wasn't a sink near the entrance, this could be a better apartment, but the wonky shape and design make it a no-go for me. I also like 38-40C temp for my showers (depending on the time of the year), but US showers don't have temp controls like that.
If there were a customized wardrobe beside the kitchinette , wich doesn't waste space, and therefore leave more space at the window to place a table, this apartmment would be really nice. I also would mount the TV on a swivel and maybe put a small shoe rack just between the Genkan and the basin (you told us, that you only have two pair of shoes 😉), then a low chest of drawers at the end of the bed... yes that would work for me. As it is now, I would definitely live there on a part time base. Like an AirBnB or hotel room, because it is so new and bright and everything you need is there.
I really like this one. I think that I would remove the wardrobe and install a desk there. The wardrobe is too large for the space. But I like the overall look, feel, and function of the space. And the fact that it’s new! Since you don’t like heights, maybe this one is ideal for you? No loft ladders and it has everything that you need! Even a fridge that will fit standard size bottles 😄
I understand that the builder want to have the washing machine and kitchenette close to the bathroom, to keep the water pipes as short as possible, but otherwise I would have put the kitchenette, but a slightly smaller version, to the right from the entryway. The the bed could have the head towards the shower, and the person could watch out through the window from the bed. Also they wasted to much space on the shower. I think in such a small apartement a shower without a bathtub is enough, and it should be in the same "area" as the toilet, no extra door. The wardrobe takes the perfect place where a chair should be, a comfortable one so one can sit and read or think, but straight enough to use with a table like the one you have. If the bathroom is one room, the basin can be in the right corner besides the shower, thereby giving space for some clothes and shoes close to the entrydoor. Then the shoe cupboard can go. I also rent my apartement (but bigger than this) so I know it's not just to change the layout, but one can imagine at least!
Wow, posted an hour ago and already 2000 views and 100 comments! Heartening to see so many people like Usui-San and his videos! Haha, in the US we get whatever temperature the water heater feels like putting out - we can adjust the amount of water coming in from hot and cold but in practice in the places I have lived it tends to give 3 general temperatures: cold, lukewarm, and too-hot (much better than no hot, or no indoor shower/bath!) Although at first I was put off by the odd angle in the corner, and by what I took to be too much clothes storage, I am enchanted with this micro apartment after seeing its clever secrets, and how luxurious it is for such a small space! This is my new favourite (beating out the long narrow ?first floor? sunny “hallway” flat with the marvelous kitchen and washer ?combo? unit, and the “like a hotel room” flat where the landlord thought of everything, even an iron and vacuum) Oh my goodness, a bath dehumidifier and clothing-drying rail! I love this! Although I hope the frosted glass hides things sufficiently!
i love it as a transit house. not for daily life. it's technically like a hotel room. the rent too expensive for me. the sink at the entrance... I won't be surprised if i see a toilet seat in front of the entrance next time. 😅

Despite the basin at the front entrance, I like this place a lot. Everything is new and there is decent storage. You can always get a folding table for a desk and hide it under the bed.
This one seems so awkward in layout and a higher price. My favourite so far is the room with the cloud wallpaper and loft ❤ I like seeing all your tours, many neat options!

設施很不錯，提供充足家具的房東也很棒，但少了書桌。我覺得衣櫃那邊可以修正，去除衣櫃，改成書桌，書桌的左邊（靠廚房那邊）的下方可以設置儲衣空間、上方可以設置掛衣桿（開放式衣櫃）。
Plus, I like the fact that there is no loft area with your fear of heights. For your own safety.

I think some features are nice, is brand new, the kitchen sink is not so bad, I live in a 26 sq mt studio and mine is smaller.
But the sink by the entrance is too cumbersome and not safe IMO I agree with some comments that is poorly laid out. Thanks for showing us these flats 😊
It’s nice. And I like that it is new. I wonder if the bed is too long to go across under the window? If so, move the wardrobe to the wall by the tv. Or if it is possible to remove the wardrobe entirely in order to have a small table/desk? The bed is high enough to have storage under it, and with the coat hooks at the entrance, you have a spot for hangers.
I like the kitchenette. There is enough countertop space for both induction cooker and food preparation. The small hidden fridge has a freezer, which is good.
I guess you can have a small foldable table and chair to use for dining. No space for work desk though (the foldable table and chair are not suitable for long work).
The TV... Hmm... That is a weird angle.
The apartment is not bad, not so small and tends to be square) But it’s strange that they made a sink at the entrance, but in the toilet there is no sink on the toilet (2 in one). The closet is not suitable for this room, it would be better if there were hooks(.
That bath dehumidifier op panel looks like a control panel from a spaceship. :D
Nice one, but I would remove the wardrobe and put a small desk there. But maybe it's still not enough desk space.
I quite like this one overall. The layout is a bit odd, with the wash basin right at the entrance, but it seems pretty well furnished and the rest of the arrangement seems ok

I would put a floral arrangement or potted plant in the washbasin at the entrance and make it more of a side table to put keys or cell phone chargers. It is not needed as a washbasin, given the sink is close by and the bathroom. I would rotate the bed parallel along the window and place the closet on the opposite wall. It creates a more open space in the middle of the room. The TV could go on a small, low-set table between the kitchenette and bed.
Me da la sensación de que este no es un apartamento nuevo, sino reformado. Lo digo por el gotelé de la pared y que buena parte del mobiliario comparte texturas de postín.
The flat looks nice, and I especially liked the bathroom! Also the fridge and washing machine are a plus, but it looks like there's no space for your desk 🤔
However there were better options, like the Toy Story and Harry Potter flats! 🤩

Sometimes when I think about it, I realize that I live with my wife in a 72 m2 apartment, and sometimes we say it's a small apartment, only the bedroom is 4.0 x 4.5 m = 18 m2, I guess, sorry , say hello to Spiderman and the whole gang :-)

This came so close. I like that in some ways thought thought about storage. You could even use the top of the washing machine to chop up on or dry dishes since the kitchen bench is so small. But the sink next to the door is a huge no. Not only will most people think that's weird to look at when you answer the door or let anyone in. It also makes that small space smaller so it would be a pain when coming in carrying anything bulky. No idea how they think you're going to watch the tv. Sit on the floor? The wardrobe has wasted space beside it because they used standard flatpacks. There's no space for a chair and table of any kind. You'd have to sit of your bed to eat, work, etc

This apartment is interesting. I'd have to move the TV because I know I'd eventually knock it down walking into the apartment. I'd have to remove the wardrobe cabinet. It is too big and awkward for the small space. I'd replace it with a collapsible clothing rack that has wheels. I like having the top of the washing machine cabinet available for preparing food.

I'm always amazed how small this apartments are.
Instead of basin it's better shoes storage.
I would put a secretary for eating and work where the bed is and on top put the bed. Style like bunk beds..
There needs to be more "convertable" furniture. For example, there must be a way to put a desk that lifts up or down on the front of the closet. Things on the desk could be pushed onto the fixed closet shelf holding the desk when you want to close it to get to the bottom area. Or if you want to get super fancy, have the closet on a swivel, so that it turns around to hide the clothes and have a drop down desk on the back. You could even have place for a folding chair to hang. I also think a tall, narrow, hanging shoe closet in the genkan would save space. If you could get rid of the TV/shoe cabinet and closet and build in furniture to fit the room shape, I think this is quite nice.
Well, this one has it all, you’ll have to turn the cabinet to watch TV, but there’s nothing on anyway! I think you should go for this :-) good luck in your choices isn’t it time that you made one?!
One of the well furnished micro apartment I had seen so far in these channel place is a little cramp but the appliances is well placed and I find the room small but Cozy and with the fully new furnished appliances and the place is practically new the rent it's asking is just right... Would considered living here.
The last that Harry was looking at has been the best. That stair railing at least has a hand hold.
Awful layout, but excellent to hide the washing machine in the kitchen cupboard providing counter space! Same with the fridge.

The dead space in the corner between the sink and wardrobe would bother me forever if I lived here 😭 This looks like a nice short term rental/hotel room.

Very odd layout. The basin in the front is okay but the rest seems almost uncomfortable. The prefabricated home is the best of all, so far!
I remove the wardrobe and put shelves in the corners instead to save space; The kitchen is really nice ans hidding the washing machine is a good idea. Bathroom is nice for the size of the place and storage toilet paper is there! perfect. Take care you and Mr Spiderman.
Nice apartment with furniture and a lot of natural light spilling in. Just no space for extra desk space. Rent is cheap though.
That entrance is ideal for me, when I arrive from the street the first thing I want to do is wash my hands. It is an important item for my dream house ❤
Too bad it already furniture... A loft bed would allow for desk space but would put you too close to the air conditioner. It was quite expensive also... keep looking. We enjoy your journey.😊
If the closet was replaced with a shelf and bar like in Ep 24, you could have a desk in that spot, and if there wasn't a sink near the entrance, this could be a better apartment, but the wonky shape and design make it a no-go for me.
I also like 38-40C temp for my showers (depending on the time of the year), but US showers don't have temp controls like that.
If there were a customized wardrobe beside the kitchinette , wich doesn't waste space, and therefore leave more space at the window to place a table, this apartmment would be really nice.
I also would mount the TV on a swivel and maybe put a small shoe rack just between the Genkan and the basin (you told us, that you only have two pair of shoes 😉), then a low chest of drawers at the end of the bed... yes that would work for me.
As it is now, I would definitely live there on a part time base.
Like an AirBnB or hotel room, because it is so new and bright and everything you need is there.
I really like this one. I think that I would remove the wardrobe and install a desk there. The wardrobe is too large for the space. But I like the overall look, feel, and function of the space. And the fact that it’s new! Since you don’t like heights, maybe this one is ideal for you? No loft ladders and it has everything that you need! Even a fridge that will fit standard size bottles 😄
I understand that the builder want to have the washing machine and kitchenette close to the bathroom, to keep the water pipes as short as possible, but otherwise I would have put the kitchenette, but a slightly smaller version, to the right from the entryway. The the bed could have the head towards the shower, and the person could watch out through the window from the bed. Also they wasted to much space on the shower. I think in such a small apartement a shower without a bathtub is enough, and it should be in the same "area" as the toilet, no extra door. The wardrobe takes the perfect place where a chair should be, a comfortable one so one can sit and read or think, but straight enough to use with a table like the one you have.
If the bathroom is one room, the basin can be in the right corner besides the shower, thereby giving space for some clothes and shoes close to the entrydoor. Then the shoe cupboard can go.
I also rent my apartement (but bigger than this) so I know it's not just to change the layout, but one can imagine at least!

Haha, in the US we get whatever temperature the water heater feels like putting out - we can adjust the amount of water coming in from hot and cold but in practice in the places I have lived it tends to give 3 general temperatures: cold, lukewarm, and too-hot (much better than no hot, or no indoor shower/bath!)
Although at first I was put off by the odd angle in the corner, and by what I took to be too much clothes storage, I am enchanted with this micro apartment after seeing its clever secrets, and how luxurious it is for such a small space!
This is my new favourite (beating out the long narrow ?first floor? sunny “hallway” flat with the marvelous kitchen and washer ?combo? unit, and the “like a hotel room” flat where the landlord thought of everything, even an iron and vacuum)

i love it as a transit house. not for daily life. it's technically like a hotel room. the rent too expensive for me. the sink at the entrance... I won't be surprised if i see a toilet seat in front of the entrance next time. 😅

Despite the basin at the front entrance, I like this place a lot. Everything is new and there is decent storage. You can always get a folding table for a desk and hide it under the bed.
This one seems so awkward in layout and a higher price. My favourite so far is the room with the cloud wallpaper and loft ❤ I like seeing all your tours, many neat options!

Aluguel mais caro, porém, vem com eletro domésticos, até TV 😊, cor discreta nas paredes, e o melhor, lavabo logo na entrada, lavar as mãos assim que chegamos em casa é muito bom!
