When using tele focal lens that will delay locking onto subject by a couple of seconds and sometimes mean missing the shot.
A lot of people comparing this to the Canon R8. @@daddynowski Don't listen to him, it's really good for getting into a modern full frame system. Look at its capabilities. There's a reason he's alone in his opinion. Money is an issue to me and I would imagine most people that don't have money to throw at the latest cameras (which are obviously better at everything, I will never understand people who compare the previous model of a series with the current one and call it a "bad camera" just because technology is offering more years after its release lmfao, with that logic every phone that isn't currently the newest model sucks), so comparatively this is probably the best choice out of any sub 2000$ mirrorless out there right now in terms of vfm and features for your dollar, especially if you're buying second hand. You're getting a stabilized full frame back-illuminated sensor with great real time eye, face and object af, the best balance between pixel size and resolution in my humble opinion (which allows for a tiny crop in video too), it can do 4k... I mean I'm getting mine at 900 euros man, you can't beat that. Sony's strong suite isn't skin tones and the menus on these older alphas are pretty weird and tricky to navigate but as a budget all-rounder it's the best there is, no wonder people love it. In my multi-month search of every single brand and camera body around my budget I can safely say Sony's dominating for a reason, the others do better in some other areas but suffer a lot in way more things that Sony does right overall, starting with the A7RII, with the introduction of that backlit sensor. I would advise you to worry more about the lenses, this body is still great and delivers way more than I'd realistically need personally.

This camera still okay for 5 years later.
i bought a canon r50 but i been considering selling or trading for sony just because more lens options, would the a7iii be an upgrade?
Yes it would bro, I sold my canon r50 last week and got the sony a7 iii yesterday and it’s beautiful and has such a nice build quality while the canon r50 felt like a toy in my hand lol. Loved the r50 though because it was my first camera but I needed the upgrade for my work and also more lens options 👌

i was looking at this camera for my golf channel, i have a budget from 1500/2000 would this be the best camera for videoing ? great channel btw 🙌
mightawell go with the a7IV with that budget, great for videoing but the lenses would cost a bit more ig
I know im late but Go with the A6700 as it would supply your needs at a budget.
Hey@@OTG1776 i got the A7 iii in the end :) now i just need to learn how to edit videos 😂😂
Currently trying to choose between the Sony a6400 or this one 😢
I have a6400 and recently shot using this one from a friend on a trip.
This is definitely better, but a6400 is better value for money.
I guess it just comes down to whether or not you are ok with not having a full frame.
I use a A7iii as backup and second camera together with my A7RV.
I really have a hard time to understand why its so popular.
Its a good budget camera i think
is the a7iii any good?
@@daddynowski although I pretty much alone with this opinion, I don't think the A7iii is a good camera.
@@anecro thanks for input 🤙🏽, i got mine second hand great condition low shutter count came with 2 batteries, battery grip and body for 1,000 USD. I have a sony g series f4 70-200 oss ill be using for my sons sports.
Bro.. why 1080p why not 4k?? On 4k tv look bad ....
Nailed it ❤
I found this camera with a 28-55mm on marketplace for $300 would that money be better spent on something else?
this camera plus a lens for $300 is 100% a scam bro thats not a realistic price
agreee i cant even find it used under 1800 aud (just the body)
Great Video
@2:24 I knew he was a Torono manz (multicultural subjects)
@2:36 Theory confirmed lol
2:43 Am I seeing right or is that drake?
I was trying to learn how to use it, I had to returned it was too complicated for me.
Try the zve10 . super simple
@@TechThroughTheLens thanks I’ll look into this one
whats complicated about it, i’m tryna start photography with jt
How does this compare to the canon r6 mark 2?
R6ii is way better camera than the a7iii, only downside is that canon doesn't support 3rd party lenses. And their lenses are very expensive.
@@WrongEnd is that a good thing that the lenses aren't expensive? Also what is comparable to the mark 2? In terms of a Sony camera is there one arguably better than the r6 mark 2?
@@noxus158 not really, a7iv is the main competitor for the r6ii, but it lacks in raw performance, r6ii is better at tracking wildlife fast moving animals like birds, burst mode up to 40fps and pre-shooting so you don't miss the action, on the other hand Sony offer more resolution at 33MP, perfect focusing system for casual photographers, cheaper lenses, support 3rd party lenses.
If you are a new photographer i would recommend going with the sony, canon lenses are damn expensive. If you don't make money from photography don't buy canon until they open the system for 3rd party lenses.
@@WrongEnd I make good money from what I do so I definitely am going to stick with Canon. I'm not looking for it to make revenue. I just want genuinely good photos
What camera is better than Sony A7III
A7IV
It would be better if there was Turkish language support
Hmmm too late i just bought Sony ZV E 10 with Sigma Lens ($590 used Like new lens)
you got a great deal
I’ll never understand why people just don’t go legit video cams instead of these hybrids if they are doing video lol do you?!
please Do a giveaway when you hit a million
I would love to! I think i will do one when we hit 250

Worst rolling shutter screen in the world.😂
not that bad. I remember it being worse but i think maybe im just used to rolling shutter. but also who whips pans like that anymore. That style of film making isnt even in hollywood anymore
all those reviewers are all the same, you watched one you watched them all, and sad things, 99% of blah blah blah
Sony a7iii e
24 mega pixel is the sweet spot with this and other cameras, Ive used higher and keep coming back to 24mp. And with this camera, its especially so. The A7 3 is the best all rounder still out there. And to most people out there this camera would be a wet dream! its So good!. Sony really knocked this one out the park but no camera is perfect for everyone. Maybe I would change a few things. But really!, Im just being Super super picky. This camera is the tits!.
Now this was the review i just wanted thanks brother🫂♥️
