Creise, Glencoe

  • This walk from the Glencoe ski centre takes in the two munros of Meall a' Bhuiridh and Creise. A grey day in the glen was in contrast to the glorious blue sky and sunshine when walking through the cloud a short distance from the summit.
We decided to retrace our steps on the return instead of completing the normal loop and avoid a bit of heather bashing back to the car park. A cracking day with many tops on view.

Hi Scott, You always get a lift when starting off with low expectations and then things change to blue sky. Certainly, days like this are pay back for a few soakings but there is never a bad day in the hills :). Take care, Charlie.
