ABOUT DAMAC HILLS 2 (AKOYA OXYGEN)
DAMAC Hills 2 (previously known as Akoya Oxygen), is tucked away from the bustling metropolis of #Dubai. The development is a project of Dubai’s leading real estate company, #DAMAC #Properties who launched the project back in December 2014. Around 20 minutes from Umm Suqeim Street and right off Al #Qudra Road (D63), the community is still developing but many phases have been completed. One can find ready residential units in DAMAC Hills 2 for rent and sale. It is one of the golf communities in Dubai drawing significant interest from both, investors and renters looking for family homes in a quaint neighborhood.
The area is also known as Akoya O2 to represent its main theme of an eco-friendly community. DAMAC Hills 2 is the first green residential address in Dubai. To promote a tranquil lifestyle, the community is set around an international golf course featuring landscaped gardens, water fountains, parks and leafy boulevards. According to Bayut’s Dubai Annual Rental Report, Akoya Oxygen is the 2nd most popular area in the city for affordable villas.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have purchased a Villa in Damac Hills on instalments in January 2020.
First I chose a Vila that I liked, after making the downpayment for the booking the very next day they told me the Villa is not available anymore. So I thought if it starts already like that I want my money back and go and buy better somewhere else. They told me that they will not return the money instead they pressured me in purchasing another Villa. We payed immediately 40% of the amount because they told us we can get the handover right now. We where waiting for 4 months and everyday they called us and wanted some new terms and conditions to sign and then I would get my keys, after that they asked me for more money then I would get my keys, after that they couldn’t find the person with the keys, after that they couldn’t find the keys, after that they needed more money. After that they needed a undated and empty security check… we got feed up and went to DLD complained and while the stuff checked the property out they found out that we are in the house ownership certificate but also at the same time we rented the house. This is when I got shocked since we never saw or signed a Tenancy contract and then I asked myself am I paying for Rent or am I paying for the ownership of my house. Long story short:
1) we never got the handover
2) I got a case done by damac for not paying rent
3) now I am going to suing Damac and frontline investment for ruining my life.
Oh by the way I forgot to mention I have signed a contract for the plot number XXX
But on my ownership certificate and on the Ejari is plot number XYZ written.

Am a resident in D2. And am very confused with the service charges that we have to pay. So someone from Damac said it is 5000 more or less. But the amount for this period is 6800 approximately. Plus the service charge 2500 we payed in last November when we received the unit. Please advice!

Hi Free bus service available from Damac hills to dubai mall agent told me ..is it correct ? .. and kfc and Pizza Hut have home delivery to our home or need to go and collect food .. planing to shift dmc 2
