Ending 2 is the best cause the siblings go to the afterlife and the MC survives. But the siblings are dead either way unfortunately, the bump you hear in the train is them getting hit by the train. The train in the game is like limbo so in ending 1 they likely forever stay in limbo cause the MC walks into the light and dies even though it wasn’t his time. It looks like a good or normal ending but it’s actually bad. The MC had tromboses from sitting in the train, the guy reaching for his suitcase (his medical equipment is likely in there) is the doctor that helps him survive in the 2nd ending. The ghost that chases him in the 2nd ending is Death itself.
