Sweep them everytime!!! BJJ Spider Guard Sweep basics you MUST know!

Spider Guard is often taught as a fundamental against a kneeling opponent, but when they stand up people often lose connections and get passed. Here I show 2 awesome sweeps that are very easy to do and work super well. Try them out!!!

Absolutely - spider and lasso guards/sweeps are almost the same thing; just that hook is on the inside of your opponent's arm or its wrapped around your opponent's arm. 🤗 Glad you liked the video!!!
