I love what they did with Fugo in this novel, they took underutilised character and made him one of my favorites and one of most complex in the entire series
@@Wezlii530 It’s subjective I’d say. Personally, while I don’t think he’s as deep as Part 7/8 characters, I think there’s a lot to explore with his character compared to most of the Part 1-6 main cast.
If the new April event isn’t a Stone Ocean announcement- as much as I love Rohan, I’d have this be animated, Dead Man’s questions being a close second.
There is a reason I have a wrote two essays on this and own a physical copy of this book. It is without a doubt my favorite story in the Jojo universe. It hits every nail just right. Fugo is such an entertaining protag, his internal monologue and him second guessing every action brings out that uncertainy he has about himself. Sheila E was a blast to read about, despite not having a combat focused ability she still finds many applications for it. The user of All Along the Watchtower despite hiding his true self for most of it his character does comic relief pretty well and his fight with Dolly Dagger is really gripping. Honestly the whole Narcotics Team had major La Squadra vibes which I adore. You get the family like bond between all of them and it makes you invested in the villians (Also Volpe got the best drip in Jojo, if I could rock that I would.)

More like Giorno makes sure number 4 never talks to Mista and has a chain of 6 people minimum leading from 4th in command to Mista being the 7th person in the chain for his sake of avoiding number 4 in at least two ways
The chances of this getting animated is the same chance of me getting a stand it’s so low that it’s considered mathematically impossible but still not zero

I love this story so much, personally I like to see it (or at least most of it) as canon. It elevated Fugo so much for me and the final scene is just absolutely wonderful

I downloaded the audiobook by Dargosian, it helps me get through my job as a house cleaner.
