My wife would definitely be an explorer, she spends hours just wondering around with no specific task. When she does have a task she gets so distracted by things and places she finds on the way that she forgets what she was doing there in the first place. 😂
I'm an explorer. I avoid combat unless necessary to get supplies but other than that I'm a completionist. I don't go to the end of games until I have everything.
I’m too much of an explorer/completion it’s that I’m battling with the decision to just finish the story line (which I’m almost done with) or keep exploring. I’ve given this game two months of my life, and I want to see the sun again before the end of the summer. I need this game to end! But, then I hear the _quonk quonk_ of the sensor telling me that there’s a treasure chest nearby and off I go in the opposite direction again…
There's one more "The Pacifist" who doesn't like confrontation n will use a stealth outfit to sneak past most enemies plus they also won't hurt any animals for there meat n they'll stop what there doing to help out a korok in need. I feel like this was me early on but now I'm a fighter/builder.
Same, maxed out shikah armour and avoiding any fights. But then a lynel chased me in the depths but did very little damage, so I killed a few of them, and now many silver enemies have appeared that take too much effort and weapons to fight. Going into the skies to avoid the fights now.
Funny enough I dread the depth the most. Seems so boring and repetitive to me. Finding all the light roots was painful to me. Climbing in the dark not knowing if the cliff side would have a top or go all the way to the ceiling.
I am personally a sky explorer. Exploring there with my machines and looking at the vast expanses are very relaxing, and there are always new and exciting things to see!
I’m more of a collector. I search for armor sets, items, rare weapons and sheilds, and zonai devices. I literally have every version of Link’s green cap, tunic, and trousers. I also like doing side quests, side adventures, and shrine quests.
I am a builder 1st, and a depths explorer secondly. The main reason I go into the depths is to mine Zonaite and steal Zonaite from monsters in the depths. In fact, I like Ultrahand Builds so much that I made a special effort to collect the entire Zonai Armor set so that I could ride in the machines longer.
I just absolutely adore exploring in general. I love running, flying, swimming, and climbing around every layer of Hyrule. I’m always looking for new secrets. Sometimes I’ll stop and just listen to the game’s music. I also like riding around on the Light Dragon, cleaning the shards out of her spikes, and putting silent princesses in her mane!
I like to do every shrine in a not (N)intended way, like walking on the wires, using a lot of janky recal instead of just fusing stuff together. If the game want me to go to a certain place, I go to straight to the furtherest place from there instead.
I am the executioner. The Korok’s sins must be cleansed. Their squeals of pain bring joy and balance to my world. I enjoy building korok skewers and using flame emitters to roast the koroks. I drop them into the depths and feed them to the obsidian frox like the sacrificial lambs that they are. I drown them in the chilling waters of the Hebra mountains. I launch them off sky islands. I deliver them to the glorious lynels. None shall be safe until hyrule has been cleansed of korok sins.
Depths Explorer + Fighter for me. I do enjoy a little bit of building though, including one of my favorite inventions that I call the Link Yeeter 3000.
building is super fun, but my favorite thing to do is hang with sages! mostly fighting, but i also just enjoy exploring with them. i also love the missions where you help the monster control crews. so i’m pretty much a fighter!
Honestly, I didn’t like the sages at first (no particular reason, except maybe I thought they got in the way and crowded up the screen), but then I got surrounded by a bunch of gibdos in the desert and it was so cool and satisfying to just hit a gibdo with an elemental weapon or arrow and then wait for the sages to finish them off. Nice teamwork!
When I first went into the depths because of that eye quest, I freaked out and told myself I would never go there again. Somehow, it ended up being my favorite place to explore.
Im a depths explorer. But only because i can see things from 500 miles away. My usual playthrkugh will be "Ok lets get one light root and head back up!" I mark one on my map and as i make my way there i see 15 more and have to mark them. I never have enough pins tbh.
I'm the Ninja, using smoke bomb shrooms and making sneak attacks. I travel by the dark of night in full Yiga or Sheikah Clan gear, dropping bombs on sleeping appointments, applying my poisoning and sabotage.
I love exploring the depths, which is surprising, since I'm scared of a lot of things in the game. xD But I love exploring Hyrule and the sky isles too.
didn't think there'd be one in the video for me, but glad the depths one was there. i had every lightroot in the depths lit up before i touched any of the story dungeons lol
Closest to me would be fighter but, way more accurately, sniper. I rarely fight enemies 1 on 1 or group(s). I will methodically pick them off one by one with arrows, until they're all gone and I was never even noticed.
Cause of fusing in this game fighting an enemy such as a lynel feels so much more rewarding than in breath of the wild cause beating a sliver one gets you like a 90 attack damage weapon if you fuse it with something good
I’m an explorer and a duplicator. I just go around looking for things to do and pick up items then duplicate them so I never have to actively search for them ever again
…I'm none of these - I prefer to avoid fights, I've only made a few basic flyers, I learn how glitches work so that I can specifically avoid doing them accidentally, haven't even been to the depths (this run), and won't go beyond putting a rock back down on a korok or using a rocket for an express delivery. Instead, I'm a challenge runner - I'm on my second run (on an alt profile - I didn't want to let go of my progress in my main one) and I've completed 41 shrines, mastered the way of the Yiga, gotten 2/3 of the glide set, completed Riju's questline, and I haven't gone to Lookout Landing or used fast travel. (this is the mess with the NPCs run - I want to see if I can break the news to Purah that I'm fine after I've gotten as many of the sages as I can and all of the shrines. I doubt that's actually possible, but it's something to aim for) I also haven't been to the depths this run, but that's because I'm waiting until I've got the final piece of the glide set (the legs) and upgraded them twice so that I can have the set bonus - if you've seen what that bonus is, you'll know exactly why I'm waiting for that.
Glide set is helpful anywhere, but the bonus is a bit meh when opening the paraglider serves the same purpose. Maybe helpful in the depths since you can't see the ground sometimes, but mechs seemed better for transversal since height can be harder to come by, especially for dive speed. I'd stick with an attack set, myself.
I know what are you trying to do(I beat the game in that way myself lol) here's some tip: There is a well near the colosseum(I don't remember the location)that allows you to go to the depths without paraglider because there is water at the end of it Also if you want, a wing+stabilizer on it allows you to slowly descend in a chasm without taking fall damage Hope these will help you
Whenever someone makes a video like this they never think to make a “Master player” who is basically a combination of all of them or has played so much of the game that they have been all of them at one point.
My friend is such a fighter, he always tells me to fight every bokoblin, lizalfo, whatever, every time he watches me play haha. And I'm a builder, the new building feature wows me every time!
Sniper- wears stealth gear, has tons of bow slots, knows where the good free bows are, and climbs to higher ground to shoot out multiple enemies at once.
I am a land and sky explorer, i just fight when necessary and go all over the world, doing odd side quests here and there, gathering materials, making lots of food, helping NPC's... I did all 152 shrines already too. I love doing the puzzles the most.
I love combat, especially when I get to face a big group of enemies and pull out the good stuff like dragon spike shards and bombs. (Although I dabble in depths exploration and duping. Mostly duping for supplies and the depths for challenges. :D)
I'm a journeying harvester. I want to gather all manner of things from armor, weapons, shields, and bows to food, gems and critters. I just love to find things! I rode dragons to help find a lot of lightroots at the beginning. I built hover bikes to find the rest. I'm in the middle of one regional phenomena, about 4 or 5 side quests, and am willing to dump my current goal to try catching a falling star before it hits the ground. I love to spin to win, but the gloom hands still freak me out. I wish there were more travel medallions, too!
addendum for the depths explorer; getting annoyed when finding story sections and not being able to do them. I found the S temple in my first delve and couldn't do shit :(
im a fighter and a depths explorer. normally id be hesitant to call myself the fighter, but i think i lost that right when i went on a 30 minute lynel killing spree, and that's before i fought a gleeok while wearing nothing and fought Ganondorf in the frostbite shirt and archaic leg wear just to disrespect him
Did you know that you can attach the 'help me reach my friend' koroks to the horse's harness like a cart and drag them behind you? I almost enjoy those quests now.
dude was all these guys basically. I stopped duplicating cause they removed the tarry town one. and once i did the depths I haven't really been a frequenter since.
Personally I'm an all-around explorer. Hoverbiking everywhere has made things far too easy and makes me feel like I'm missing out on sights and changes all across the map, so I'm planning on starting a new save where I'll never use the hover bike or goblin glider or any other build with comparable aeronautic ease of mobility (with exception of getting to the isolated Gleeok sky islands), and will attempt to 100% the game like that.
I’m probably the fighter. And for the fighter you also forgot to mention that they almost always wear the same self made set, with the headpiece of the set 99% of the time being the hylian hood or the stealth mask
5 Types Of Builderes In Totk is out!
Should I do types of fighters next?
Almost all executioners are builders, so you gotta do that
The one that looses all the things because he accidentally shot his vehicle, plane or trap, and the 30 min work is wasted
@@MagnustheValiant yes lol Im an executioner builder
The glitch builder (like making builds out of wormhole stakes and stuff)
The one that goes over the top for everything, like an airship to travel a few feet
My wife would definitely be an explorer, she spends hours just wondering around with no specific task. When she does have a task she gets so distracted by things and places she finds on the way that she forgets what she was doing there in the first place. 😂
He he!!!
Yup that's me alright! Lmao 🤣
I’m that but also a fighter
Same
That would be me as well lol
I'm an explorer. I avoid combat unless necessary to get supplies but other than that I'm a completionist. I don't go to the end of games until I have everything.
I finished the game but love to explore
I’m too much of an explorer/completion it’s that I’m battling with the decision to just finish the story line (which I’m almost done with) or keep exploring. I’ve given this game two months of my life, and I want to see the sun again before the end of the summer. I need this game to end! But, then I hear the _quonk quonk_ of the sensor telling me that there’s a treasure chest nearby and off I go in the opposite direction again…
Same
Same 😂
I have every Lightroot and nearly every mine in the game yet I'm a combat master from this game and botw
I thought I would be a builder. However, I love to battle enemies! There are so many different ways to torture and humiliate them!
yessir
Yes sir
Especially those damn Koroks. Not really an enemy but I hated them before and I hate them more now lol
Execute order 66
why does this sound happy and psyhopathic at the same time
There's one more "The Pacifist" who doesn't like confrontation n will use a stealth outfit to sneak past most enemies plus they also won't hurt any animals for there meat n they'll stop what there doing to help out a korok in need.
Puffshrooms, Dazzlefruit, and Monster masks are the pacifist way
Me too, but now I'm a duplicator and a photographer
I'm hands down a Depths Explorer. By far my favorite part of the map.
Funny enough I dread the depth the most. Seems so boring and repetitive to me. Finding all the light roots was painful to me. Climbing in the dark not knowing if the cliff side would have a top or go all the way to the ceiling.
@@gamingSlasher If you look at the water bodies on the surface, it will be a cliff in the depths.
In my totk playthroughs I either get all the light roots at some point or hardly touch the depths.
I've barely touched it still. AHHH this game is so good!
Why? It's bland, copy paste BS. It's also far too easy to light up making the one good thing about it completely pointless.
I am personally a sky explorer. Exploring there with my machines and looking at the vast expanses are very relaxing, and there are always new and exciting things to see!
Its kinda infuriating when u run out of battery and drop to the ground lol
I’m more of a collector. I search for armor sets, items, rare weapons and sheilds, and zonai devices. I literally have every version of Link’s green cap, tunic, and trousers. I also like doing side quests, side adventures, and shrine quests.
I am a builder 1st, and a depths explorer secondly. The main reason I go into the depths is to mine Zonaite and steal Zonaite from monsters in the depths. In fact, I like Ultrahand Builds so much that I made a special effort to collect the entire Zonai Armor set so that I could ride in the machines longer.
Without them running out of power, that is.
i love exploring the depths, but i dont have even half of the lightroots activated bc exploring in the dark is so much fun and mystery
the crucifixion though💀😂
And there is also that one guy who always has the master sword and hylian shield equipped to remain lore acurate link (me)
I just absolutely adore exploring in general. I love running, flying, swimming, and climbing around every layer of Hyrule. I’m always looking for new secrets. Sometimes I’ll stop and just listen to the game’s music. I also like riding around on the Light Dragon, cleaning the shards out of her spikes, and putting silent princesses in her mane!
you put silent princesses on her mane???? that’s adorableeeee
That's actually really cute
I like to do every shrine in a not (N)intended way, like walking on the wires, using a lot of janky recal instead of just fusing stuff together. If the game want me to go to a certain place, I go to straight to the furtherest place from there instead.
Forgot “the listener” the link that does every npc side quest just to get to know the people of hyrule
Depths Explorer + Fighter for me. I do enjoy a little bit of building though, including one of my favorite inventions that I call the Link Yeeter 3000.
I want to see this Link Yeeter!
How many springs?
I have delved into each type. But my Korok torture ends at dropping the rocks I lift off of them back on their heads
building is super fun, but my favorite thing to do is hang with sages! mostly fighting, but i also just enjoy exploring with them. i also love the missions where you help the monster control crews. so i’m pretty much a fighter!

Nice teamwork!
In my attempt to complete all the korok, I see myself slowly training into a executioner.
When I first went into the depths because of that eye quest, I freaked out and told myself I would never go there again. Somehow, it ended up being my favorite place to explore.

I'm the escapist... maxing out stamina and the climbing gear so I can escape combat as much as possible 😂
There's the speed runner. It's nice watching them finish the game under an hour.
I'm a mindless wandered that gets distracted by a random structure or character I notice off in the distance.
You forgot the Ganondorf's worst nightmare. The one who goes after the big bad wearing nothing but their underwear
I love running through depth monster camps busting up their zonite deposits and stealing them
Closest to me would be fighter but, way more accurately, sniper. I rarely fight enemies 1 on 1 or group(s). I will methodically pick them off one by one with arrows, until they're all gone and I was never even noticed.

If you’re a challenge runner then do a 4 hearts no stamina run with base armor upgrades. Or a no fuse run without gloom weapons
You need the parraglider and that’s all

if i had to choose one i’d say the combat one but honestly i just run around with my horse for hours on end
I am one that should be on here. It’s the completionist. I try to get as close to 100% (minus the koroks) before going to face ganon
i wander the depths for hours. there's always another bomb flower to pick up and zoanite deposits to mine.
Definitely a depths explorer. I don't quite have every lightroot, but I'm getting close.
I’ve spent more time in the depths than I have on the actual surface world. Love that place.
2:24 I going to go try that😅
Whenever someone makes a video like this they never think to make a “Master player” who is basically a combination of all of them or has played so much of the game that they have been all of them at one point.
i am probably the fighter and a little bit the duplicator

I have every lightroot because i hated exploring the depths and trying to navigate the giant walls
Bro forgot the casual that just plays through the story taking their time getting shrines
I still don’t know how to leave central hyrule
I'm the duplicator.
ohhh. you forgot the player that goes to great legnths to build a wardrobe and matching colors
Sniper- wears stealth gear, has tons of bow slots, knows where the good free bows are, and climbs to higher ground to shoot out multiple enemies at once.
I'm not a fighter, but even I wish I could organize the inventory to suit my needs.
I am a land and sky explorer, i just fight when necessary and go all over the world, doing odd side quests here and there, gathering materials, making lots of food, helping NPC's... I did all 152 shrines already too. I love doing the puzzles the most.
Well made video. I’d say I am the fighter, I love proving grounds and fighting lynels (cheesing 😅)
definitely a fighter, love when that blood moon appears and when in doubt bomb flower baby!!
Is it just me or does totk feel smaller than older games and it feels like you're so far in the game when you're not that far in ??????!!!!
I'm a flyer, loves to explore the sky, loves to use every tower to sky dive. 🐦🐦🐦
100% builder. Some days all I do is perfect a certain machine just to take a 30 second clip of it and upload it to reddit
100% Depths Explorer. It started out with me trying to find the Of The Wild armor set. Found the depths. And it’s been well over a month down there.
I’m the type of player that doesn’t do a single dungeon until I’m well over 100 hours into the game. I guess you can call me the explorer.
I’m the depths explorer 😂 I go around finding items down there and fighting the froxes
I love combat, especially when I get to face a big group of enemies and pull out the good stuff like dragon spike shards and bombs.
(Although I dabble in depths exploration and duping. Mostly duping for supplies and the depths for challenges. :D)
I’m a bulider but also sort of a wanderer if that makes sense?
I’m a runner, I’d rather run past or teleport away from strong enemies and am constantly zooming around
I'm the fighter, the depths explorer, and occasionally the builder
I'm a journeying harvester. I want to gather all manner of things from armor, weapons, shields, and bows to food, gems and critters. I just love to find things! I rode dragons to help find a lot of lightroots at the beginning. I built hover bikes to find the rest.
I'm in the middle of one regional phenomena, about 4 or 5 side quests, and am willing to dump my current goal to try catching a falling star before it hits the ground. I love to spin to win, but the gloom hands still freak me out. I wish there were more travel medallions, too!
Depths Explorer here! I dwell in darkness. Except that I lit the whole place up.
Right before this was a breaking bad ad💀
Everyone has a little executioner in them...
im an executioner and a fighter, I just torture
I'm disappointed that there wasn't the bad fighter here which is just the person who has all sages activated all the time 😅
addendum for the depths explorer; getting annoyed when finding story sections and not being able to do them. I found the S temple in my first delve and couldn't do shit :(
Me personally I’m an enjoyer. I fight without training, explore the depths with the lights out, and spend most of my time afk on the Light Dragon
I'm the sixth type of player: the filthy casual
I'm type 6, going through the game almost ass naked with some 20 atk boko arms and 12 atk boko bows doing the job
im a fighter and a depths explorer. normally id be hesitant to call myself the fighter, but i think i lost that right when i went on a 30 minute lynel killing spree, and that's before i fought a gleeok while wearing nothing and fought Ganondorf in the frostbite shirt and archaic leg wear just to disrespect him
1000 dam korok seeds just to get a decent inventory😂😂😂
Them sadistic little bastards😂
no korok disserves to be harmed
I'm the fighter, I hear about new enemies and I was excited
i'm kind of a uh..
link destroyer.....
i throw link down mountains to see him suffer
Did you know that you can attach the 'help me reach my friend' koroks to the horse's harness like a cart and drag them behind you? I almost enjoy those quests now.
Depths explorer, builder, combat addict.
Raise your hand if you don’t torcher koroks, anyone? Yeaaaaaaaa I think everyone is an executioner
As a Korok lover, I can say that every friend that i have hates me, But i just want to help the koroks
I tend to go for story completion, and do whatever I feel like on the way lol. Like I immediately did all the memories before doing most main quests.-
dude was all these guys basically. I stopped duplicating cause they removed the tarry town one. and once i did the depths I haven't really been a frequenter since.
I’m feeling like I’m The Fighter and The Depths explorer and if the Executioner was for big monsters then that too 🪦🪦
i love giving monsters food then steal it
Bought the game yesterday killed a giant black bokoblin and killed a hinox in the depths before understanding how sky view towers worked
i got the towers on the surface before getting farther into the main quests, and also started getting a lot of light roots in the depths

Depths Explorer tbh
*on a mission to find more Light Roots*
"owo poes????"
Aside from the executioner, my answer would be.
Yes.
Depths explorer definitely I got all the Lightroots and it’s super fun to explore the depths
After a long day getting home and seeing a korok on totk i think were all an executioner. I go for the horses too.
I like to put koroks on dragon heads with cannons, and basically let them fire at enemies for me.
Sometimes the duplicater and the executioner are one in the same...
I’m a fighter. I farm gleeoks and silver lynels for fun. I practice on calamity ganon.
