I have really long thick hair and I just want volume at the crown. Can I use the 8 inch clip ins just for that lift or will it look stupid ? I'm clueless
The clip ins are less grams of hair so they may work a little easier to blend. The halo is thicker! However, if you take your halo to your hair stylist and get it cut to blend, I bet it would work great. I personally think cutting the halo is essential, especially for fine and shorter hair.

@Christine Alyse You don't have to completely toss the halo! You can throw a clip in or two above the halo to mask it even more. I made an update video here where I explain how I do that. Just like you said, it's a matter of preference but I think halo is better for thin hair. Clip ins tend to damage the hair when you remove them and are harder to hide the higher you go. So it depends on the person and its own hair..

I’ve been doing my homework to see which company makes the best and most affordable hair extensions...however there were some recent reviews I read that their hair was real fake looking and lots of short pieces once they were taken out of the bag they were mailed in...and once they are out of the shipping bag , if you don’t like them or the color doesn’t match...you are out a few hundred dollars...can you help put my mind at ease? Deborah Carr hey there! I have been really happy with my hidden crown extensions! I got the clip ins in early 2018 and the halo in 2017 and they are super high quality. I sent them a pic of my hair and they color matched me perfectly. I don’t know if their quality has gone down since early 2018 but I am still wearing both sets of extensions to this day! They’ve held up amazing!
Do you mean between the clip ins or the halo? It really depends on what your goals are! The halo is thicker and heavier. I do love it but sometimes it's a little too heavy. the clip ins are super versatile (sometimes I'll only put the back piece in and do a ponytail) and can be placed differently if you want to do a side part! I wear shade 812 and these are the 16-inch.
What if you have fine hair too but don't part down the middle and you part off to a side, will that matter with one of the clipins on the thinner side being noticeable?
It just amazes me how those clip ins match your hair perfectly. There is no way to tell that it's not all YOUR hair. Looks stunning!!!!

The halo is for sure easier but the clip ins are still very easy! Having only 3 pieces makes it so much faster than any other clip ins ever

Not at all! you can place the clip ins in a different spot to hide them better. They don't technically HAVE to be in that spot where I clipped mine!
What length of the halo did you get? Also the clip ins?

Do these extensions have a pink hue to them?
