My phone informed me I had missed this just before a late lunch. Perfect timing. I’ve still not read Eve Babitz. I might get Medea for my classicist mother as one of her birthday presents. I’m still not sure I’m clever enough for Cusk. Ha. Love the bookstore set up, loooooove it.

Loved the video. The first living set up is my favorite. I loved the aesthetic. But I’m more drawn to asymmetry. But regardless, the new apartment is beautiful. Your family is beautiful. ❤
I prefer the new set up. Suits the room better and also the view in my opinion.
coincidentally, I also read Medea (by way of Cusk?) last month! I read it just after finishing The Days of Abandonment by Ferrante, it was such a perfect match! loved the experience, both books explore similar themes and can be held in conversation to each other. if you haven't read it yet, keep it mind!
