Glad to see that plane flying again . It is a beautifull aircract.
Jimmy, Your videos are my favorite, I love you man!!!!
“It’ll be fine” was his last words… Should be on his headstone! Love the content and I hope your son gets his license and you both get to fly beside each other! ❤
Bahaha I just finished watching Josh push trees over and your video pops up! It’s a twofer! Enjoying you both,
Good morning..glad you back
I think you mean "more rich" for cooling, not "more lean". Leaning can make cylinders more hotter. Love the Ch tho!
Love the idea of upgrading Cameron with IFR glass, Jimmy Sky King. And a wrap to boot...
I just noticed that Jimmys World has 310k subscribers. How cool is that?
Clear Prop
Jimmy's in the air.
All traffic stand clear.
I'm glad to see you back making airplane videos. Cameron is going to look good in a new wrap and with new avionics.
So glad to see your video...been missing Cameron and YOU...!!!!!! Happy New Year Jimmy.... I have learned so much about engines from you...thanks
Merry Christmas and Happy New year Jimmy 🎈🎈 good to see you back ☺️. We all missed you guys. I missed getting a good laugh from your crazy antics 😂😆😆
Happy New Year Jimmy and to all viewers, great too see the videos bk and I can’t wait to see you in the P51.
That looked like fun. Totally awesome little bird
haven’t watched your channel for a while. impressed by your sense of humour, thoroughness & mechanical preparation. “the engine & undercarriage of more concern than the frame”. really liked the plug cleaner/tester demo. “your concern about cylinder temperatures during takeoff.” what a way to end with solo test flight & 90deg bank!
I used to work for Lancair, there was a poster of a 320/360 with a lovely brunette leaning on it that said "Until Ferrari builds an airplane, this is it."
I'll mention it again. Get one of those scrap jet fuselages, and auto body it into a party bus. A guy did a Lear jet, you can see it on youtube, he's asking $5,000,000 for it. He put way too much in it with disco lighted floor, and ceiling no less. You put $50,000-$75,000 into it, get it good looking, and street legal you'd easy get$500,000-$1000,000 from a limo company. If I had the money I'd do it just to sell it to buy one of those under a million dollar jets to donate to that flight school that helps military pilots get their civilian rating. This is a straight forward "get 'er done" project.
Paint and wrap; the weight will slow you dow,, unless the effect of the weight can be cancelled by less drag.
Good to see you back, obviously you had to spend time at home with the family, you're one bad airplane purchase from not having to worry about that next year.
Glad you're back. Cameron seems awesome! Hope you had a great Christmas and New Year and all of your family is well!
Good see you back.
Glad to see you putting out videos again... hope you put out more airplane videos... really enjoy watching them ☺️
Jimmy NEVER shuts his car doors!
Merry Christmas and Happy New year Jimmy. Good to see you back, i have missed your Aviation and Humorous antic's...Keep it rolling Mate Well Done.
Love this channel....Jimmy, you are something else....."it'll be fine." You have quite the stable of airships. Hopefully, your son will be flying soon himself.
Jimmy just can't wait to get back in the little faster air again, passed airworthiness again yeh. go Jimmy go
@Jimmys World - For originality purposes, why not keep the gauges the way they are? Anyone can install new gauges, but keeping the original gauges, now there's something very special and it has value. :)
"You wanna know the most dangerous flight for an airplane? This one."
Last month I flew my plane for the first time with its freshly overhauled engine. Everything went perfect, but I was glad I was taking off to the south and not the north because emergency landing spots are easier to get to if something had gone wrong.
I've got my Dad's old spark plug machine, but I just use it to test plugs. Also back in the sixties my Dad built a grass air strip at our farm. Then the folks sold the farm to an aunt & uncle and we moved to town. Uncle did some flying as well and... they have kept the strip up all these years. 👍
There's a small airport on my road, about 8 miles from town in franklin, Kentucky. I see those people doing stalls flying upside down and shit lol
Jimmy, You know its a fast airplane when you add 10 or more degrees of flaps to take off. Congratulations on the pass on the annual. I am still waiting for my annual to pass on my Ercoupe.
A SLOW ASS Cessna 182 uses 10-20 degrees on take off. 🤣
@@phillipzx3754 for a short-field takeoff that's normal. Don't think i'd use flaps for takeoff on a longer runway though.
@@cubie3835 Nope. Standard take-off in a 182 calls for 10 degrees of flaps. It's in the POH.
Went to Fantasy of Flight today, lived in Winter Haven for over 5 years yet it was the first time I visited the Museum. Kermit Weeks owns 180 aircraft, we got to see maybe 15. It is about as close to you as it is to me. I really appreciate all that you are doing to bring so many planes back to life. I flew for over 40 years but did not have the desire you have to bring back the abandon. Keep up th good work so we may live the adventure you are creating.

@@dr.d.h.derkazarianphdmphms413 Wow, you certainly got into it. Did fly some part 135, had opportunity to co-pilot a Citation and go further but I owned a building construction company so my flying was part time. My son over time owned 3 helicopters so I was able to get in some rotary wing time. Was so fun to be able to land in your back yard. Got my private in 1965. Haven't flown now for maybe 7 years.
If you want more speed, put a constant speed prop on Cameron…
Ha! NO PRESSURE, TYLER. OH! Tyler has a new fighter pilot handle...Lol!
Ohhh wow, I thought Jimmy's World stopped his channel, well that's what I read somewhere. Good to see if he's back.
Fake news!
Why would he stop?
@Golf Foxtrot who knows, these UA-cam ppl come and go all the time, maybe he spent to much money, maybe family issues who knows, youtubers come and go all the time so chill out!!
@@rogerb4436 I'm chill, just asking a question.
A 23 minute annual for 2023. I like it!
Jimmy nice to see your video again I'm ready for a whole New year of Jimmy's World 🏆👍
Fun flying with you. Thanks for sharing this flight. Don’t poke your eye out with the carter pin tool just saying.
Howdy, Jimmy! Just want to say I love your enthusiasm and commitment for vets. I'm working on my PPL with the hopes of being able to take my dad up one day. He's retired AF but at the rate I'm going, I might not be able to get it soon enough. (DPE's are hard to find available out here.) Dad started building a Pazmany PL-2 when I was just a kid, and I'm hoping to finish it but I need to learn the skills first. Thankfully, I've got some friends here who know how to buck rivets and all that stuff and are happy to teach me. Blessings to you, sir!!
Ok Jimmy, I have an idea. Find a piece of property of course to stage the plane. Get it all repainted and updated inside. Then do electronics to make it the largest simulator in the world. Have the windows turned into tv screens that would make it appear you are in the air. Maybe even have the plane on a platform that would coincide with simulator to recreate taking off, landings, turbulence, etc... Make it one of the coolest airbnb’s (pun intentional) ever created. I’d pay to experience it. My imagination would run wild with it.
Happy New Year Jimmy and family. All the best for a great 2023.
Jimmy - Another great video Sir!! Your homemade plane already better than new ones w/sticker on it! And more importantly, you know who made it!!! Thanks Buddy for all the effort w/Plane & Video!!
Nice to see you back in the Rocket 🚀 🚀
You picking Cameron up was the first video of your that I watched.... I was hooked.
Happy 1yr!
Awesome! Thank you!
good t see you back
It's been a while Jimmy, to long of a while and we can't wait to see the next video!!!
Hi Jimmy, whose channel brings us so much fun and joy!. Like I said a year ago, a constant speed prop and turbo will make Cameron unbeatable!
Jimmy, I love the statement; "Can be had for normal human dollars." What about Bitcoin or Ethereum? 🤣🤣🤣
Happy New Year Jimmy!
Jimmy I'm glad that you are painting the home made and putting new glass and also the panel . Sleek plane
Can't wait to see her with all the updates!
Thank you... 🙏 😔 🙏
🙏 🖖 🙏 😔 🙏 🙏 🙏
Glad to see you back. I look forward to your videos regularly. Take care be safe and I look forward to seeing you again soon
Thank you very much!
Silas' facial expressions and head movements show us the acorn doesn't fall too far from the tree.
the force is strong with that one...
As a casual Star Wars nut I'd think she'd look awesome with an X-Wing livery.
It will be fine
Yes, buy and restore Elvis' jet! Looks like it would be a real easy fixer-upper. 😁
Yeah. 😂 I’m not sure about easy! I do know it’s going up for auction soon!! 😁
Deal! LOL
@@therealjimmysworld 🤣🤣🤣
Go Silas! Have fun getting your wings.
Gee! I just started watching this guy and now he is here with you, Awesome.
That pick is not for cotter pins. Its a radiator hose pick.
Jimmy needs to do a video of him flying FAR103 Ultralights.
Happy new year Jimmy. Blessings and may you be safe and prosperous in 2023 and beyond.
I would hang on to that T-6 and get some hours flying her if I were you,it's your entree to flying other warbirds.Yeah Baby!
Good to see you in one of your favorite aircraft.
Good to go for another year.
How funny, the algorithm is at work again. I just watched the excavation video 2 days ago.
I've always been in love with the Lancair, especially the four-bangers, as they seem the most reasonable and good bang for the buck. Not saying, that a a couple of wings strapped to a TSIO-550 wouldn't have its own appeal. But then, one can always go full Garrett 😂
It's just a matter of available cash.
No, seriously, the four-pot Lancair seems great, even if money is factored out.
Jimmy I am unbelievably honored that you named a plane after me I have only flown for around 3 years ppl for two but I am insanely honored
Head cam is dizzying with so much side to side and jerky head movement. 😊 Airplane is awesome!!
Is that picture of a Elvis Presley's Jetstar? Last I saw of the Jetstar, it was also missing the -6 or -8 engines and pylons.
Good for you Silas! My son wants to be a pilot so we kicked him out of the house. He is about to finish his instrument rating this month at Polk State. “Clear Prop!”
That is so cool and I luv how you make your own luck in finding these cool planes. Heck I'd be in Heaven with a Cesena Bird Dog as that looks like a fun ride.
Happy New Year! Good to see you
Very interesting, thanks for sharing. Her shape reminds me of the WD-9 Dynamic, which is a popular high end Experimental Aircraft in Europe. I love it.
what is the airplane in the video?
I wanna see you hit 300 mph that would be insane.
Me too!
After watching many of your videos I decided to by a used plane, I wanted power and performance. I last flew a Cessna 172 in 1974 out of San Jose International airport, back when you took off right after the jets, it was exciting, I never got my pilots license because of costs, My barn burned down last year with all my projects, cars, motorcycles and lots of tools, so I used the insurance money to buy a plane, a 1981 Mooney M20J Missile, the one with the IO-550, 300 HP go fast engine swap, Thanks for the encouragement, what can go wrong?
YES!!!
You gotta buy Elvis's jet! That would be some great content!
Love love love that plane it’s fast just sitting there
Sounds like it's running smoother
"LIKE" button has been torqued to the manufacturer's recommended specification. "CLICK".
God forbid you should be running around Plant City there with a loose "LIKE" button !
Awesome plane..nice work!
😮 I just watched the video on the building of the runway a couple days ago! Awesome to see you two working together! 🤩
Hi yah Jimmy I'm to broke to pay attention but not so that I missed @ -5.08 we "leaned" the mix to Allow "More" fuel..yah I'm Old SO WHAT! LOL BTW HAPPY NEW YEAR to you & "yours" .
From one Jimmy to another, that's one sexy airplane!
Along with all the new fancy flashy upgrades planned, maybe an electric constant speed prop is on that list? Lovin what you do, good sir. Keep 'em coming! 🤙🏽
top of the list :)
Great video Jimmy glad to see you flying that awesome plane again thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice video Jimmy very informative and interesting. Thanks for posting
Glad you enjoyed it
Glad to see Cameron got a clean bill of health, ps love the wrap choice 👍 that would be awesome 👌
I love that little Sky Dart! Small, fast and if you don't screw it up, go FASTER. What could possibly go wrong?????
Exactly!!
Love the glasair Always been amazed with it especially when you put the big engine in it.
Great episode! Now lets see some more new content :) I was in withdrawal over the holidays lol.
Hope you enjoyed it!
That means I’ve been watching this channel of well over a year now!
When does she get a TURBO??
As your younger family members learn to fly I would suggest learning how to fly sailplanes. UA-cam carrier guys are always talking about using rudder/feet in stalls. A cfi named Jerry Benz spent a long time patiently helping me with that.
Another Great Video..Keep your eye on the "Kings" Jet!!
Great job winning Elvis’s plane.
It's Crazy how jimmy got 310k subscribers 😳
Hey Jimmy, I've stopped getting any updates from YT about your posting, despite never resetting any notifications, on my part.
So glad to see Silas is going for his PPL, and I hope to see you both at SnF '23!
Stay in touch, cause we'll love to be your Guber driver again!
YanceyMan
nice to see you in the air again... need to reposition your headcam so we can see what you see, not what's above you! 😆🤣
Love the channel Jimmy! It’s awesome to see you and your family making the most of life. Have you ever flown a Pipistrel Panthera? What do you think about them? What could possibly go wrong?
E-MAG P series electric ignition is hands down the way to go. Easy install, cheap, crazy amount of spark … highly recommended!! Experimental only though 😢
Think I heard you can use one per engine on certified aircraft.
Love the Trent reference… Yeah you gotta love those runway views with a drone!
