Last year was the trailer this year the movie start . He said that so let’s sit tight and enjoy it 🍿🍿🥤🥤
Crazy because he was insane last year too
Yessir!! Go Jays!
im scared, im a rays fan… im terrified
Wowww, QUE MOVIEEEE!!
The movie Is on play action!
That 3rd homerun, the left fielder didn't even move. He's a bad man.
When you play any outfield position at Yankee Stadium you know instantly if it's out.. I'm a Cub Chicago resident you move there all the time ...
Very bad man
He took two small to his right out of curtesy.
They might as well make Vladdy Jr his own Home Run Jacket because he will be wearing it non-stop. What a great time to be a Canadian baseball fan. Vladdy Sr is smiling for sure.
I was in Circus Circus at the stand up bar in Vegas when Joe Carter hit the WS Winning Hr
"Touch 'em all Joe!"... The great Tom Cheek.
@@rjcupid Didn't hear him say that until the next week on Canadian TV.. It was an American feed and everyone in the Casino was super pissed except me..
@Real life Lebowski Thanks for sharing that cool story. The Joe Carter homerun was one of the best moments of my childhood. Have a good one.
And a bigger one too.
You know you're a phenom when the announcers are in awe. Buck and Tabby were having so much fun calling this game.
Like father, like son. Watching him hit homers (like his old man) is a blast.
Just let him keep the darn coat
@@jayfelsberg1931 he needs his own coat one for him and one for rest of team
His dad never hit three in a game, now Jr. has done it twice!
@@mattheww7846 that's true
@@mattheww7846 Instant bragging rights for the kid!
The sound of the ball of Vladito's bat is just amazing.
vladito😳
@@brxndon4148 Sound: "TAT"
I"m just gunna enjoy watching this young beast. Eating up 98 on the hands like its candy. Unreal.
I watched the breakdown video of that hit. I don't know if any other player can turn there hands and body at 98mph pitch and hit it sqaure. Not any player over 220 pounds anyway. That's amazing. Those hands are nasty
Also remember, he got his right hand stepped on by a runner at first earlier in the game!
The Only two players that can do that a Vladdy JR and Juan Soto
Doesn't surprise me. His father could hit anything thrown at him. Even if the pitch bounced 5 feet short before going over the plate. Vladdy JR is the same, just with more power in his swing then his father.
Bonds was the last guy I can remember who could consistently turn on 98+ inside heat and pull it with that kind of power - that famous AB against Gagne where he’s early on 100 mph fastball and pulls it foul into McCovey Cove, then homers on the next one.
Darn that second home run Cole jammed him inside and he still launched it, his arms weren't even extended...takes lots of power to do that, skill and core strength
Reminds me of young Miguel Cabrera and pujols. He’s that good
Coming from a Yankees fan, Vlad makes it look easy, and off of two top pitchers in baseball. Absolutely incredible.
They weren't even missed pitches. Especially Coles 98 inside that was filthy and had no business being hit for a HR
Vladdy is unreal. Hitting is supreme, very nice on first and he along with others have created an amazing chemistry in the locker room. Such a fun team to watch
This kid is gonna be MVP of the American league this year, no doubt about it. Just like Dad, and maybe better.
Relax on better... vlad sr was much more athletic when he was younger and fit. Will see how the big boy ages.
should've been mvp already but, as far as i understand, the voters consider themselves historians and voted sho cuz he pitches....which is kinda sorta like babe ruth lmao.
he was also on steroids.
@@joeyg1404 I love Vlad JR. But people do seem to forget how amazing pops was. He was hitting everything, Pitches way outside in the dirt it didn't matter.
Him & Sr. Will be the best father son duo in the history of the game
Sitting home with covid watching the game on tv, I had the strangest reaction. After getting his hand spiked, Vladdy comes back next inning, pulls his hands in and hits a 440 foot rope off a hundred mile an hour pitch 4 inches inside. I watched, I smiled, then broke out into laughter. Vladdy literally makes me hysterical. I can't believe we have him.
He's coming for that MVP
Yes sir
I love being a Blue Jays fan 💙
I hope they keep the club (mostly) together for a decade. They have the chance to be something very special.
Great Team" Strong 💪 Solid Lineup
But you got to admit that Stanton ball should of been out
As a hard core Expos fan he hits like his dad -- anywhere on the plate is dangerous for pitchers
Yes his dad could hit any pitch, one bouncer off the plate ,in the dirt , up around his chin, he was a free swinger and fearless
@@markd8469 his dad is my favorite player of all time. One thing about vlad was he never got cheated out of an at bat. This man always got his swings in regardless of where the pitch was lol
Tatis and Vlad are so much fun to watch and really make baseball so exciting with all this young talent. And that homerun jacket is so amazing lol.
Plus Acuna,Soto and others, definitely nice seeing all the young guns
Like father, like son. His dad was one of the best at hitting pitches that are off the plate.
The saying was that there wasn't a pitch that Guerrero Sr didn't like. :P
The second HR. Even in MLB the Show it's difficult to hit a ball 4 inches inside the plate for a HR lmao.
Facts
Hard yup I play legend and sliders for pitches speed 3 times increased
@@electricsanti4518 your parents must be proud
His bat feels like it could loaded or corked. I’m not hating or anything. It’s coming off his bat different. I’m sure he’s a strong kid, but there’s a lot strong guys in the majors.
@@jonmolina948 just sounds like a barrel shot almost every time. And just watch the force and the speed with which he swings the bat. There's lots of strong guys. But not many of them can do that regardless
After having a hand injury he hits two more homers, Vladdy is on fire 🔥🔥🔥
Probably the weight was distributed across the entire flat hand which allowed for a less serious injury. But what about Teoscar?
Ima Red Sox fan but you can't deny the greatness of this young Vlad! Truly one of the current faces and future of the league that will surely be a beast in the years to come. Mad respect! 👊🏼💪🏼
He's going to win MVP
7:28 “The Yankees have a 5-3 lead!” Lmao 🤣
And from the blue jays commentator as well lol
buck is 73 years old and ya, sometimes it shows, but we love him up here in toronto
That stupid face Cole makes every time someone hits a homer off him is hilarious
every pitcher looks stupid after a HR you bozo 😂
@Robin Young bro?
@Robin Young do you get to play with his Nintendo switch?
@Robin Young LMAO
@Robin Young hahaha
No kidding, even Max Scherzer gave up two homers from Vladdy last year🎖🎖
3* (in one game)
About an hour ago I saw a video of him hitting 2 home runs, now I see he hit 3 woow he's a beast
Empezó La Película 🎥 Vladdy Jr. 🔥🔥
Red Sox fan , It’s gonna be a long year against this guy
Another Dominican Baseball Legend In The Making. We are witnessing baseball history.
add a plus to that
he was in fact born in Canada
I think you are looking at if he stays possibly as high as top 5 best offensive player of all time. Period.
@@thedude3065 Nobody chooses where to be born. But if we choose the culture, language and traditions of a country🇩🇴 He could have been born on Jupiter and is still Dominican.
@@America661 the man has legal citizenship there, it isn't an incorrect thing to call him a Canadian
@@thedude3065 He's DominiCanadian. Holds Both Citizenships
I hope Teoscar isn't too badly hurt he makes it hard to pitch around Vlad
I love how the blue jay manager looks at Vladdy like he's a God when he comes back to the dig out ☺
. When a hitting machine.. This kid is awesome
Vlad is goated 😤🤫🔥💙
Vlad going to win MVP, book it. He’s a beast man.
I love vladdy but it's hard to argue against shohei if he can do it on both sides of the ball
@@Me-uv6kc shohei’s also like 3-20 something or something wild like that. Not sure he’ll win mvp batting 200. Even with 40+.
@@Jesusluvz There are more important stats than BA
Shohei will retire before Vlad’s prime because of his injury history
@@Jesusluvz it's been what? 5 games? shohei's power is insane (do you remember that HR at tropicana?) and I find it hard to believe he won't hit at least 35. I'm just saying if shohei has a good year he's going to win it even though I think vlad is awesome
This jacket thing is given me goose bumps and I'm a Detroit tigers fan but vlad jr will be the mvp of this season
Loved coles interview afterwards, when they asked about the tip of the cap, great respect from one of the best pitchers to one of the best hitters
The fact that he did this after someone stepped on his hand with a cleat makes it even more impressive
The way he turned his body to get to that second HR is just pure professional. Quicker hands than dad.
He continues hitting homers like that he'll start getting a lot of the 4 fingers and first base.
Absolutely! The way he pulled it and got the barrel on it after the pitch was coming in fast on his hands, crazy!
아버지는 파워타자 였지만 아들은 파워와 정교함을 다 갖추고 있다
he was literally on fire in this game🔥
Im not surprised his dad was one of the best he will hit 50 or more this year
The one guy everyone wishes was on their team
Kid is UNREAL
That second HR tho… Home run derby swag 🤧😷
Jomboy made a good point about how there's an award in Cricket for showing good sportsmanship and the Yankees wasting time on that 1st HR which was pretty obviously a HR would very much be poor sportsmanship
It was a treat to watch his dad play and now Jr! He has not disappointed!
sin ningún tipo de dudas ese muchacho está buscando posicionarse como el mejor pelotero de todas las grandes ligas y de seguro conseguirá un gran contrato, que Dios lo bendiga ciempre, bendiciones para esa gran nación estados unidos (USA)
The blessing is in Canada not the US.
Unfortunately Canada is too far from heaven and too close to the US.
@@EJRv1_ yes...
@@plaw9188 yo no eh dicho que Vlady es americano amigo mío yo se que es canadiense solo dije que Dios bendiga a USA es por el deporte y el gran contrato que conseguirá en dólares, que Dios los bendiga desde república Dominicana abrasos...

Wow!..just a awesome young man.
I grew up watching Vlad G here in Montreal with the Expos in the 90s and I remember how dominant of a hitter he was and Jr. was not even born and now he's in the league crushing it... .where did time go?
Anyone else have to watch 6 ads just to get through the video? I swear I'll never buy any of the products that were being advertised over principle at this point.
Get UA-cam premium
It’s gonna be such a pain trying to replicate this on MLBtheshow for the challenge
Don’t play the show? But wouldnt vladdy have 99 power?
@@edwardguillen4381 he has good stats but that does mean it’s easy to hit three homers in a game
It will be on rookie and all pitches down the middle lol
Vlad is the best Canadian born player in history.
He's almost a spitting image of Manny Ramirez in his prime. If there's a perfect hitter Guerrero Jr. is it.
Why would you ever pitch this man inside after seeing what he did on that second HR
He demolishes pitches opposite side too lol.
absolutely turned on that second HR
Yankees have bad scouting
@@akhtarandroid just like his dad did ..you can pitch 1 foot over his and his dads head and he can hit it
@@akhtarandroid he crushes them every where. But that 2nd HR was over the line of the batters box and he still was able to turn on it
The Yanks fans watching this are likely thinking, "He'll be ours in 3 years." Nope...he isn't going anywhere. Enjoy seeing this for the next decade!
Rogers is definitely going to give him a blank check. 30 to 40 thousand fans a night for 8 to 10 years should be enough to pay him
@@paulloper3940 Exactly. I don’t think even the chief executive of Rogers and the Blue Jays will let this guy walk. If the Jays wins a WS in next few years, he automatically becomes one of Canada’s 🇨🇦 most famous Athletes of all time. In that Wayne, Howe, Richard type legendary category. 😯 Pains me to say it as a Yankee fan.
@@americangiant1003 I equate him and Bo with Matthews + Marner. A generational player and his excellent teammate, both loved by the home fans and wanting to stay here.
Imagine being vlad sr, one of the greatest to ever do it and simultaneously watching your son being one of the top 3 hitters in the league
The Vladdy Jr revenge tour is going to be fascinating to watch this year.
I love when he says get outta here ball get outta here ball
Just pure power
I wish this also showed the other AB where he doubled off Cole in the 6th, and Cole tipped his cap to him.
I love when phenomenally players live up to the hype
He's not that tall.....
That’s “hype”.
Watched his pops growing up so it’s nice to see his kid living up the name
Buck so smooth thank you
I searched up vladdy tripples and this came up🤣 why am I not surprised.
His fourth at bat was a lazer double and he also had a great catch at first to end the game.
Insane talent in the league right now
Admiro a Guerit Cole, es un gran deportista, sabe combatir sin mansas, dios le bendiga!!!!
It is impressive. I like the homerun jacket idea.
Ese fenómeno es de otro planeta 💪🏾💪🏾🔥🔥🔥🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴
Es 60 que va dar....
could be a year of Vladdy sensation
That's one more of our guys from DR, platano power that's us playing baseball Lol...
despite the first homerun being homerun, it hurt the Yankees pretty damn good. The celebration at the dugout says all. Calmly enjoying the game. This boy is a monster.
Dodgers fan here blue jays are a young exciting team to Watch man I’ll be keeping my eye on them for sure see y’all in the World Series
What a treat to watch
That second one was crazy. 98 up and in, in the zone.
Lots to be happy about on this team, only weakness is pitching, they gotta get their starters going 6 or 7, so far, few have done so. Manoah most impressive this season, he should be their ace.
Get that man his own homerun jacket. He's gonna need it.Something about that sound of that ball off the bat is a thing of beauty.
Tower of Power ⚡ Master Blaster Impressive!
8/2/87 Andre Dawson. Wrigley Field. I was there. Ran into my Brother. Hi Bro! Ha Ha! Truly a memorable experience.
Solo escuchen esas palabras al final de su celebración thanks you god 🤴🏼🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 god ever in todo
This man is an absolute monster at the plate.
This kid has literally lived and breathed baseball his entire life and has an unsurpassed passion for the game. He has so much fun playing and loves it and its really cool when you see him do things like he did last night. Remember he had a game just last season with 3 hrs also vs Max Sherzer (2 off him and 1 off reliever) so the same thing, at just 23 years old to have 2 games like this within a season of each other. He has skill that no other human has when it comes to hitting. There are other great hitters out there, don't get me wrong, but Vlad is on a different level. He was born and bred to smash baseballs.
but trout is literally better than vlad in every way.
@@radish1972 Trout has never had 1 season hitting 48 or more homers yet, let alone doing it while hitting above .300 avg also (Vlad hit 48 with a .311 avg last season). Trouts on his 11th or 12th season, Vladdy is on his 3rd or 4th (if you consider the 60 game season an actual season). Trout has had 3 seasons with an above .1000 OPS, vlad already has 1. Lets see in 10 years how things look.
@@Flexb123 dude do you really only look at HR's? not to mention Vlad only hits. hes not a centerfielder who has top 30 speed. Trout is a better hitter and a defensive and speedster.
That was me in left field on the 2nd homer😏, it was nice calling all 3 homers for vladdy
Live in NH got to see him as a Fisher cat. Wicked lucky
This is so joyous. Any time the Yankees get homered on or lose, I thank God for it. I despise all things Yankees with all that I am and ever will be. Poor Rizzo for having to tolerate this team. They don't deserve that guy.
love the kid, but his dad will always be my favorite player of all time. Happy to see another vlad in the big leagues
Crazy!! Go Vladdy
DOMINICAN POWER 🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴
Against the Stankees too! Good stuff Vladimir Guerrero Jr.! 🔥🔥🔥
Hicks almost had a highlight play too! Good hustle!
vladdy is a beast and for some reason several people think he is over rated
Lmao cole pitching this guy inside like what are you even thinking dude
He does hit'em hard
This dude is the best power hitter in MLB history.
Enjoyed watching father and son
It’s like a video game for vladdy.
Catcher really set up that 3rd homer with that inside pitch, 2 inside pitches in a row.
Hot take, ever since the sticky stuff ban Cole has reverted back to when he was an all-star with the Pirates and will never be that 2019 dominant pitcher again. He's still a solid pitcher, but the discussion of him being the second or even first best pitcher in baseball is long gone.
Gonna be fun to watch the rest of his career
Yankees paying Cole 45 million to serve up bangers to Devers and Guerrero
Buck Martinez at 7:29: "The Yankees have a 5-3 lead." (???)
2:16 "and you can hear the Em-Paah confirming the call on the field.." 🤣Long Live Buck!
