To be fair, Wendy said her dad put her and her brothers through apocalypse training. That and seeing all seeing the things she can do in previous episodes (such as her lumberjack climb in into the bunker) I'm have no doubt Manly Dan taught them to drive stick shift. And on a real world angle. I knew how to drive stick shift long before I got my license. I grew up on a farm and learned on a tractor when i was 10. So its not impossible for her to know stick but not have her license yet
I believe that Gideon's deal with Bill was centered around the Possession scroll from the Election episode. We know that Bill can't possess people unless he can trick them into shaking his hand, and I seriously doubt that a Time agent (even one as stupid as Blendin) could be tricked into making a deal with an obviously dangerous demon. I mean, what would Blendin even want from Bill? I think that, in exchange for Mabel and some form of autonomy in Bill's new world, Gideon gave him the possession scroll so he could possess Blendin and trick Mabel into handing over the rift.
In Journal 3 there's a letter from Blendin to Dipper and Mabel in which he says he made a deal with Bill because everyone was making fun of him after he got his job back
Gideon giving Bill the possession scroll is assuming he was able to tape it back together after ripping it in half after losing the election, which is plausible but unlikely.
For when you asked what stuff Mable had done I can give some answers, I'll bring up the 2 times they fought Bill to keep it simple as well Like you said there was the first fight where she helped defeat him, and like Dipper said, the 2nd time it was also with her help, she was able to outsmart Bill in dippers body and was able to get him out, at the end fully getting rid of him and any puppets he could control by blowing them up and sacrificing all she worked on, it was good in the end since that puppet obsessed boy was a creep, but it was still a sacrifice just like Dipper has done for her with Wendy
11:35 The time she stopped Bipper and saved her brother and the time she saved Ford at the portal were pretty awesome Mabel moments. I don't think we give her enough credit for, that on the "who caused the mess of the week and who cleaned it up" tally she and Dipper are about tied. Mabel: What was the ONE thing I told you NOT to do? Dipper: Raise the dead. Mabel: _And what did you do?_ Dipper: _Raise the dead..._ edit: And punching that unicorn in the face. I still can't decide if I'm sad they cut that entire fight scene or if it's better that they just all come back torn up and covered in unicorn blood "DID SOMEONE SAY UNICORN HAIR?!"
The voice actors appearing in one of the weirdness bubbles is one of my favorite jokes of all time from any show, when this episode first aired I watched that bit so many times
I love your reaction videos😁 Fun fact Eda from the Owl House is Stan's ex-wife they were married for less than a day and met in Vegas. If you want another cool show to watch I highly recommend Amphibia.
I'm so glad to be here at the end of the world, I can't wait for how they actually beat Bill in an anime style mega brawl, with the power of determination!
Fot those who may be wondering, Soos had to eat his hat because he tried to eat his infinite slice of pizza in one bite to see if it would come back. It did not. This was from Alex on Twitter iirc. I mean, on X lol.
Definitely get the GRAVITY FALLS Journal #3 book after finishing the series. It has a ton of backstory (including where Ford traveled when he went through the portal) and even stuff that happened after the series with the characters.
So excited for you to see the finale! With the journals gone they have to go on a quest to recruit Shmebulock the Gnome, who’s been sneaking into the Shack’s basement and memorizing exactly one page every time Soos forgot to lock the gift shop door (about once an episode).
i havent seen anyone bring this up yet, but in scary-oke shes the one that suggests they sing instead of just making random body noises to do a three-part harmony and basically carries the song until stan and dipper get into it, so thats another time she saved the day! she also called off the sticker feud (that dipper suggested) in the golf war and saved pacifica & likely dipper, since he was no good at mini golf & as such had no way to defend himself against the liliputians
"I feel like Dipper is more competent" We just watched Dipper come out of hiding, try to punch Bill, a reality-warping god, in the face and as a result he got all 3 of the journals destroyed. "Not a great plan"
I know you don’t really like Mabel but hear me out… Alex Hirsch, The creator of Gravity Falls created her and Dipper to be a representation of him and his real life twin sister Ariel. He said that despite the fact that he and his sister were drastically different, he himself was someone who took himself too seriously and thought that real life was an equation to be solved. Mabel aka his real life sister was someone who knew how to live in the moment and was a representation of a normal kid rather than someone trying to grow up too fast. Without Mabel, Dipper would have been pulled deep into a dark twisted tunnel and his own paranoia and would never know what it’s like to experience living a normal kid life. So yeah Mable may act like a child sometimes but people forget that she literally IS a child. Both of them are children and they need each other. Because in reality neither one of them would survive without the other.
What has Mabel done that's so spectacular? Right off the bat Dipper would've been dead by Episode 4 via falling off a cliff with Gideon, if it hadn't been for her -- and the fact that she was wielding a magical talisman she had never encountered before that moment with enough precision to rescue him gives props for competence. Others have already given more examples but that early one stands out to me. Mabel's not incompetent. Comparing her to Dipper is the very same trap of comparing Stan to Ford. They're yin and yang, they're better together.
You mean the situation she got him in by letting him break up with Gideon for her? Yeah, Mabel might not be incompetent, but claiming Dipper can't do anything without her is giving her a credit she doesn't deserve and taking Dipper all of his away.
By the way I think somewhere it is secretly written from Bill that Time Baby isn't actually dead and that his molecules are gonna rearrange themselves in a few hundreds years or so. But when that happens the baby is gonna throw a tantrum which may be the one future we saw when Dipper and Mable traveled randomly through time.
Well at least Gideon is only helping keep Mabel imprisoned not cutting off body parts as happens in several horror movies like Boxing Helena or Misery.
If you remember in the first time travel episode they travel to the future where time baby is mad with red eyes shooting lasers everywhere. The code said something about him regenerating in like 1000 years. He finally regenerated and had a temper tantrum.
Honestly I'll always love that they screwed with the intro for these. I love when shows do that. And Bill is some type of eldritch monstrosity (and so are his friends) so he's definitely the type of character that it fits for. Also, Gravity Falls went so hard in season 2. The amount of horror they got away with is amazing
Everyone can Mabel-hate all they want but Wendy said exactly what I've said the entire series. Dipper and Mabel are one complete person. They both have their strengths and weaknesses but together they seem to be able to accomplish anything.
The head arm guy was the most terrifying thing to me in this series (maybe when voiced by Louis C. K before THAT happened) but its the very matter-of-fact way they threaten dipper that disturbed me the most
Bill said "face" good thing he didn't say body. The greatest moment is "Created by Bill Cipher", Alex voiced him, so Bill trying to take credit because of his redecorating, he's not wrong!
After this you should definitely read gravity falls lost legends, it definitely gives Mabel a bit more character development that the show didn’t have time for plus it has more Stan and Ford as kids. It was written by Alex Hirsch and one of the illustrators is Dana Terrace (person who made the owl house) and it’s confirmed to be canon
This isn't a moment that redeems Gideon, he was too horrible for that, but you know what? This is what humanized him for me. He's still a greedy power mad little jerk, but he's not a complete and total monster.
I love the finale so much! We all know one of the main themes in gravity falls is twins but i never expected bill to be one! And the parallels between him and dipper, UGH i just love the character development they managed to get in there without it feeling forced. I cant wait for you to react to it!

I think you missed how mind blowing it is that Bill defeated Time Baby. Not only do people talk about Time Baby like a god but he is the one who can grant time wishes which could do pretty much anything. You are right that Dipper has done a lot more impressive things throughout season 2 but in season 1 Mabel had her fair share of impressive feats. In Gideon's 1st episode she saved Dipper's life by instantly figuring out how to control Gideon's jewel that grants powers and in "Irrational Treasure" Dipper pointed out that Mabel's silliness solved mysteries that serios people couldn't solve in years. But Dipper is still my favorite.

For when you asked what stuff Mable had done I can give some answers, I'll bring up the 2 times they fought Bill to keep it simple as well
Like you said there was the first fight where she helped defeat him, and like Dipper said, the 2nd time it was also with her help, she was able to outsmart Bill in dippers body and was able to get him out, at the end fully getting rid of him and any puppets he could control by blowing them up and sacrificing all she worked on, it was good in the end since that puppet obsessed boy was a creep, but it was still a sacrifice just like Dipper has done for her with Wendy
I just love Gideon's "REEEEEE!" when Wendy punts him off the screen.
Technically, doesn't Stan still have the journals scanned into his computer? So the journals aren't totally lost
Yeah, but not the blacklight parts
11:35 The time she stopped Bipper and saved her brother and the time she saved Ford at the portal were pretty awesome Mabel moments. I don't think we give her enough credit for, that on the "who caused the mess of the week and who cleaned it up" tally she and Dipper are about tied.
Mabel: What was the ONE thing I told you NOT to do?
Dipper: Raise the dead.
Mabel: _And what did you do?_
Dipper: _Raise the dead..._
edit: And punching that unicorn in the face.
I love your reaction videos😁
Fun fact Eda from the Owl House is Stan's ex-wife they were married for less than a day and met in Vegas. If you want another cool show to watch I highly recommend Amphibia.
I'm so glad to be here at the end of the world, I can't wait for how they actually beat Bill in an anime style mega brawl, with the power of determination!
Perfect fake spoiler 😂
Mabel defeated the gnomes, beat Bill that other time, made the choice to let Ford in, just to name a few. Not being critical, just informing
Also saved Dipper from Gideon in The Hand that Rocks the Mable AND in the season finale saved them both with her grappling hook.
yeah you were right those were the ACTUAL voice actors for dipper and wendy , loved they did that
Fot those who may be wondering, Soos had to eat his hat because he tried to eat his infinite slice of pizza in one bite to see if it would come back. It did not. This was from Alex on Twitter iirc. I mean, on X lol.
Yes, that was the voice actors for Dipper and Wendy (Jason Ritter and Linda Cardellini).
The ending is one you will never forget, probably
i havent seen anyone bring this up yet, but in scary-oke shes the one that suggests they sing instead of just making random body noises to do a three-part harmony and basically carries the song until stan and dipper get into it, so thats another time she saved the day! she also called off the sticker feud (that dipper suggested) in the golf war and saved pacifica & likely dipper, since he was no good at mini golf & as such had no way to defend himself against the liliputians
The intro to bill is greatest intro to a villain of all time. Just perfect
"I feel like Dipper is more competent"
We just watched Dipper come out of hiding, try to punch Bill, a reality-warping god, in the face and as a result he got all 3 of the journals destroyed.
"Not a great plan"
The moment Gravity Falls learns to "party"
As for Mabel she obtained the unicorn hair with her gal pals.
She also pretty much single-handedly defeated Bill the second time.
I know you don’t really like Mabel but hear me out…
Alex Hirsch, The creator of Gravity Falls created her and Dipper to be a representation of him and his real life twin sister Ariel.
This trilogy is a wild ride!
Unfortunately, I think Disney plus split the last one in two for some reason, so eventually people will forget it’s a trilogy.
@possessedpicklejar4762 I know. I hope she watches both parts as one video.
Again, I love seeing Angy Mosco. Also, Soos saves the day with breakdancing.
Wendy says she didn't have a license not that she couldn't drive.
Yeah, Mabel might not be incompetent, but claiming Dipper can't do anything without her is giving her a credit she doesn't deserve and taking Dipper all of his away.
funnily enough, the cliffs are no-longer made by a UFO, since we know that they were made by an alien spacecraft. it's been identified.
“None of this looks like a good time”
That is entirely THE POINT!
At the title card reversed voice reveals bill saying "ı am watching you nerds"
Honestly.... I would rather be in the weirdmagedon then be in Mables bubble... Its truly horrifying in there 😥
12:59 time baby will regenerate, that’s why he’s on a rampage during one of the time travel montages in the time traveler’s pig
They defeat Bill through the power of friendship, Bill becomes good, and he reverses Weirdmageddon.
4:02: Yup, Bill's so powerful he can change the intro.
Minor spoiler:
When Soos said he thought he had to throw down, he was referring to a dance battle. It was a comedic moment. 😁
Wendy didn't say she didn't have any training, she just said she didn't have a license.
By the way I think somewhere it is secretly written from Bill that Time Baby isn't actually dead and that his molecules are gonna rearrange themselves in a few hundreds years or so. But when that happens the baby is gonna throw a tantrum which may be the one future we saw when Dipper and Mable traveled randomly through time.
yeah it is the end credit code
soos was like “i was NOT gonna use talk-no-jutsu”💀💀💀
Im glad you found the version with Louis CK voicing the arm-head guy.
The Weirdmageddon Trilogy was the wildest moment on television
'True Colors' Amphibia and the final two episodes.
Season three of Owl House.
As utterly terrifying Weirmageddon is, I LOVE the "Made by Bill Cipher" version of the theme song! 🤪
Bill survived and moved to Springfield with the Simpsons.
Bill’s music solo is honestly the best.
Facts
I`ve heard, that yes, that it were really their voice actors in one of bubbles of pure madness.
Everyone can Mabel-hate all they want but Wendy said exactly what I've said the entire series. Dipper and Mabel are one complete person. They both have their strengths and weaknesses but together they seem to be able to accomplish anything.
3:14: You thought the deer teeth and screaming head were bad. XD
Fun fact sops single handedly fights bill and wins
""Oh wow, that's a great offer. How 'bout instead I shuffle the functions of every hole on your face?"
...you know, a kids show
I love the finale so much! We all know one of the main themes in gravity falls is twins but i never expected bill to be one! And the parallels between him and dipper, UGH i just love the character development they managed to get in there without it feeling forced. I cant wait for you to react to it!
AND IT'S FINALLY HEREE
The opening theme was the best part of the episode.
Credits code 1: Vigenare Key: It will take 1,000 years for Time Baby’s molecules to reconstitute. And when he’s back, he’s going to be very cranky. (key: Cillbipher)
Credits code 2: Game is over, and I won. Now it’s time to start the fun. I always love corrupting lives, now let’s see which Pines survives.
Make of these what you will. Enjoy!
The numbers code this episode was the most unsettling of the whole series for me.
Credits:
IT WILL TAKE 1,000 YEARS FOR TIME BABY'S MOLECULES TO RECONSTITUTE, AND WHEN HE'S BACK, HE'S GOING TO BE VERY CRANKY.
(This explains the future Dipper and mabel saw when they first stole Blendin's time travel tape measure. Time Baby had just pulled himself together and went on a rampage.)
Numbers:
GAME IS OVER, AND I WON
NOW IT'S TIME TO START THE FUN
I ALWAYS LOVE CORRUPTING LIVES
NOW LET'S SEE WHICH PINES SURVIVES
(Disney show or not, the idea one of the Pines family might not survive the whole show was a deeply worrysome thought when I first saw this.)
Sixty degrees that come in threes
Watches from within birch trees
Saw his own dimension burn
Misses home but can't return
Says he's happy he's a liar
Blame the arson for the fire
If he wants to shirk the blame
He'll have to invoke my name
One way to absolve his crime
A different form a different time
Loved how the intro and theme song of the show were corrupted! Wish I saw your reaction to the whole thing. Stupid copyright issues!
I knew Pacifica’s dad had it coming but that was quite a shocker! Never thought it would be Bill that would give him his comeuppance.
Amazing one liners from the best Disney villain! Time is dead and meaning has no meaning. Existence is upside down and I reign supreme! WELCOME 1& ALL 2 WEIRD-MAGEDDON!!
Yes those were the real voice actors for Dipper and Wendy. The latter is Hawkeye’s wife in the MCU!
Omg yes, ty!
It's been a really bad day, and I just caught up on your reactions, yesterday
This is just what I needed ❤
i have so been waiting for you to get to this Mosco, the start of Bill Cipher's insane reign over Gravity Falls
"It's gonna take more than one dart to keep me from..." 😡🎯
Several more darts hit him and he collapses. 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯😴
3:15 The one time in the whole series that I was actually startled. I think I actually swore aloud the first time I saw it.
7:30 as someone who is technically a mutant & was born with 6 fingers on both hands, you say freak. I say unique.
Wait, then why don't I see them in your reactions? Were the extra fingers removed?
@@jaxcraft2848 when I was born, the doctor tied two little strings around them and amputated them so they'd fall off. The nubs are still there and visible tho.
Wendy Is my Favorite character!! What happened to her was so Sad😥
Weirdmageddon? Oh strap in, you're about to have the wildest ride!
14:59 Yeah, Dipper is never gonna be a hundred percent over her. It's just a weight he's gonna have to learn how to carry.
Wendy didn't say she didn't know how to drive, she said she didn't have a license.
The key to defeating bill is to throw pudding in his eye, not punch his eye.
Told you it was like the Apocalypse, but funnier
The finale is here!
10:53 I love how Mosco is not taking that look 😂😂😂😂, but I know Other people will in the future (Referred to 2 of her friends that watches the show) also you’re not wrong even Bill cipher said the same thing 11:31
This is like King's Tide before King's Tide. I think.
The last three episodes are the BEST
To be fair she got drivers training, she just never got her license
Bill Cipher intro mad devil hands!
3:41: WHAT DO YOU MEAN? LOOKS LIKE A FUN PARTY TO ME. (-()
I hit that like button within your first sentence.
Pacifica is going to married Dipper.
I love this so much! :)
After you finish reacting to the next episode, please watch the last two episodes in one video.
A-X-O-L-O-T-L
I'VE BEEN WAITING
Great reaction!
8:38 Bro that sounds like Grenda
"Just another goofy episode filled with silly jokes for kids"
