Do these numbers include the Labor or just materials?
Good question, Steve! The price mentioned does include the materials, labor and tax.
@@wolfsteelbuildings well then looks like I got enough for the building and concrete cash… but I don’t have land…. I just sold my house I finished flipping in Columbus OH. Walking away with $168,000 cash profit after all commissions and closing costs etc.. getting closer to the dream but Still need to figure out the land part. Very frustrating. You guys don’t serve Ohio do you?
