Agroecology Research in the Boston Community Gardens - Gardeners' Gathering 2022

The Ong Agroecology lab at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH is working in partnership with the Trustees to study biodiversity and ecosystem services in the Boston urban gardens. Two members of the research team will share some insights they have learned about the diversity of crops and trees surveyed and estimates on production. In this workshop, the researchers will to answer gardeners’ questions about soils, pests, natural enemies, trees, weeds, flowers, and crops, and develop their ideas into research questions.
