Allen is a motorcycle hero for me. He's quite famous here and makes it onto several mainstream TV programmes with his friend Henry Cole. I've been lucky to chat to him several times. He's a quite reservered fellow. So talented and I'm glad he's now doing his own UA-cam channel which I highly, highly recommend. Think that vid you showed a clip of has now been viewed about 110,000 times. Shows the popularity of Allen. Thanks again for mentioning our channel and best wishes.
I stumbled upon Cole several years ago on Netflix .. searching 'motorcycles' when we were on vacation ...he's great ....really enjoy his stuff..Route 66 video is superbness !!!
Allen is one of my favorite UA-camrs. I always laugh when he puts parts in the barbecue to dry. They were able to get the Viper up to 207 mph. According to Allen it was hard to release the throttle because it had so much torque. His kids BMX bicycle is another favorite. I saw his motorcycles at Barbers a couple months ago. They look like factory bikes instead of customs.
His Flying Millyard is the pinnacle defined example of mechanical artwork. Allen is obviously an incredibly capable skilled craftsman who is also artistically talented. Real Craftsmen are so rare these days and someone who also has his creative artistry skills is nearly non existent!
Allen is a genius, a national treasure. His work and attention to detail is second to none. Very humble guy too. Thanks for your vloggers series, been enjoyable watching them.
Wouldn't Allen be a great neighbor to have? Then you could pop over every once in awhile just to be amazed. I'll be putting some new tire on my Thruxton in a few weeks and getting it out again after that....weather permitting. What is it you especially like on that Triumph, you got me curious?
In the 1st video I saw he cut a triple in half with a hack saw . I thought he was a crazy hack. By the end of the video he was clearly brilliant craftsman and engineer that understands how and why everything works
His scratch-built RC 166 is his best effort .and oh those beautiful carbs .astonishing.. Henry Cole did a great interview w/ Allan on the build .. but you forgot " Le Dan" his motorcycles are far far from that 'factory' look.. but for what he has to start with, junk engines laying around.. this Asian guy out engineers Milliyard.. jaw-dropping .. I mean where do you begin ....let the superlatives roll ..check him out here on UA-cam.. www.youtube.com/@Le_Dan

Thnakyou for the kind words and appreciation of my bikes 🙂
The word of your work is already known worldwide but if I reached one new person then I'm happy. Thanks for taking the time to comment. 👍👍

I 100% agree with your praise of Allen and really appreciate letting me use a little of those great videos you and Carol made.

@@carlmayer691 I tried Cole for awhile but haven't watched him in over a year, I try him again.
Allen's builds look so perfect. Like they just came out of the factory. Amazing craftsmanship.
I think that is one of the brilliant parts of what he does.
Never miss one of Allen's videos. Absolute genius!
He is all that and more.👍👍
He's just a lovely man...Talented out of this world!!!
Very jealous he isn't close enough to visit in person. Amazing talent with a great personality.
He genuinely makes the famous TV builders look like complete amatures ... which in comparison they are.

He does use is BBQ a lot about as often he has Tracy's cupcakes.

I agree and an extremely rare bird and with a modest personality.

I appreciate your comments Roger. I think a lot of people think the same thing but now we just need to keep passing the word on this great talent.
He has some great looking bikes.
Man, I think I really like your Triumph.

Allen reminds me of Joey Dunlop, a man of few words, but a motorcycle legend.
Absolutely correct I 👍
Millyard is simply the best. His creations are just fantastic and better than that they work.
David you are 100 percent correct
I Never Knew His Milling Machine Was CNC; What You Mentioned At 1:36 It Doesn't Matter Though, He's My Favorite Bike Builder. Thank You.
He definitely has an old school lathe. He is a special talent.
He would probably add that the original engineer is the one but Allen is of the same breed.
I'm never going to complain about workshop ever again.. P
the story about how the mountain bikes why and how he built them is one of my favorites he has some much knowledge patience and vision he is amazing
Oh yeah I remember that video. He is a man of many talents.
Couldn’t agree more - Allen is brilliant and his videos are very relaxing to watch too.
He nonchalantly makes the seemingly impossible appear before our very eyes.
He is a wizard. Brilliant tribute, Flat Cap. Hope you’re keeping warm over there. It looks a bit 🥶
All the best 👍🏼
Perhaps a little cold but no deep water crossings.😅😅
Thank goodness for that 🤣
Absolute genius no question.
True that !. John Britten. Burt Munro, Allen Millyard are alike. I'm sure there's many more names to add .
John Britten was a pioneer and we lost him way too early. Burt Munro was a force and got me into land speed racing over 13 years ago.
In the 1st video I saw he cut a triple in half with a hack saw . I thought he was a crazy hack. By the end of the video he was clearly brilliant craftsman and engineer that understands how and why everything works
@@djc7039 Once you see what he can do I'm still amazed to see what he does the next time.
I think Allen is currently writing a book about his creations.
I bet there is a ton of stuff we have not 🚫 heard about in the book, thanks 👍

I have seen Le Dan so I didn't forget him but I will take a look so thanks for the link.
