Watching Allen working on any bike is a pleasure. He just knows what to do, and does it with such confidence. He is actually the polar opposite of me.. 🙄

The funny thing is after the Chinese had such good sales of these Honda have brought back the Monkey bike, the Dax the Super Cub 125 and the CT 125 so sales of these high mpg little bikes are on the up. Love watching these three work and Alan is just a genius with a shed and some tools he can build anything and his CAD ( Cardboard Assisted Design ) system for exhausts is in a class of it's own.
Bloody love these 3 , living the dream life, bikes, mates, mucking about & copious cups 'o' tea !!! Well jealous haha

Hang on to it , the rarest colour of all , probably on an ' L ' or ' M ' plate .I had 2 red and 1 blue / silver and I see on the DVLA web page the blue one is still alive !.Must admit I'm tempted to buy a Z125 Monkey with manual gears they look so cool !.

I have the 125 pro version, had 4 so far, great fun especially beefed up with bigger forks n shocks, better exhaust and nice wheels, wish i could stick a photo up mines lovely.

Honda’s new monkey bike version ‘Grom’ is a cool piece of kit, keep up great work Henry and chums.
Gentlemen, you are a marvel to behold and an example for what to strive for. The bike is nice but unobtainium for most of the world. It's cheaper for me to get actual Monkey than to find and import this specimen of flamboyant luxury. Thank you for entertaining cinema.
we used to put the plugs on the cooker ring when we were kids hell of a run to the bike to refit them always fired up though

This is a Chinese bike. It was built with the intention of carrying 3 people, and one of them carrying a goat.
I've ridden an AJS 650 three up, a Matchless 500 four up, and a Suzuki 50 six up.

Such fun. Just messing about with bikes. A long time ago, I went 'three-up' on my CD 175 and the constabulary gifted me four charges: riding with a passenger not having passed my test, having three on a bike (really didn't know this was illegal), aiding and abetting one of the passengers not to wear a helmet and aiding and abetting the other not to wear a helmet. Seems a bit unfair really and my poor dad made me pay the fine to teach me a lesson.

It is not a Monkey, nor a replica of a Monkey. It’s a Dax. Or rather a Chinese copy of a Dax. The bigger brother of the Monkey.
The Dax is not a primate, it is a canine! Dax is sausage dog in german (Tax in Swedish). Just look at it and I’m sure you understand the origin of the name.
