No Aliexpress isn't a bulk site. You can buy individually. Just make sure you check the reviews because not all sellers are the same in delivery, communication and quality. There are no limits on the site. I purchase from there all the time. Concerning the shoes, please note that most stores do not go over US size 8. Even where it states size 9, it tends to be a 8 and a half at best when you put it on your foot. I'm a US size 8.5 and I barely fit the heels. However, once you wear them about 2 times, of course it loosens up and feels like a size 9. I have medium feet so I don't know if a size 8-9 with wide feet will work. Check the reviews and they will tell you. Hope that helps
