In the books, the army of the dead rode giant dead frost spiders like Nan told Bran in season 1 !
The book never even got close to this part and ended around season 5. Don't add

@@KatBee00 nah apart from hardhome and other teaser scenes with white walkers which was more often in the books than the show, this never happened in the book

I think that Aries yelling burn them all... burn them all, as witnessed by Jamie Lannister, was a mental breakdown brought on by the knowledge that the white-walkers were active again. He would have received the "knowledge" that was given to Rhynera from her father, in HOTD. The Nights Watch had started finding signs north of the wall about the threat to the southern kingdoms, and the wildlings pushing southward to get away.
There's a fan theory that its all Brans fault. Just like how Bran looking back created Hodor, Bran looking back at the mad king could have linked Ares to Brans mind and he saw the army of the dead and was yelling burn them all in relation to the white walkers.

Oh l beg to differ, I absolutely LOVED that Jon didn’t lie. Ned lied to keep a promise to his sister to protect her son, his nephew who he knew was the future King no less, from Robert Baratheon who wanted to kill everyone named Targaryen. Jon lying to manipulate Cersei? No, that’s not Jon.
39:52, The interesting thing is that Ned never lied about Jon, he just hid the truth and when people asked "who is this" he answered "he is my blood" and others thought he was Ned's bastard. He also may never have called John "my son".
Actually I think Ned may told the truth about Jon to some of his most trusted friend such as his brother Benjen and maybe lord commander Mormont.
There's the lie of omission. He allowed his wife to think Jon was his child. Not telling her is lying. Ned was living a lie. Even though it was a honorable lie.

Lol Arya and Sansa didn't accomplish anything. They just got a convenient Bran cheat code before the finale... Which allowed them to magically resolve all their tension off-screen.
Yup. And I don't see Littlefinger making that kind of mistake. There so much he could've done at his fake "trial", too. At the VERY least, he could've demanded to be sent to the Wall.

Jon lying isn't the same as Ned, Ned chose family, love over his duty to his king. Jon would just be making Cersei happy and out of the fight while she betrays Dany. Remember, Cersei already plotted to betray them, regardless of Jon's oath. Cersei just wanted to have a honurable stark and north on her side. Tbf Cersei has always preffered having loyal, honourable Stark men then dead ones.
The payoffs at the trial of Little Finger were so good. Arya is the goat. Add up all the Starks and you get Ned. The one that passes the sentence should swing the sword or dagger. Ned is alive and well in this episode. Judge (Sansa), Jury (Bran), and Executioner (Arya). Ned killed Balish and justice was served cold.
What justice? There was no real trial and no proof of Baelish's crimes. The crimes Sansa brought up were crimes that she herself had originally told the Vale WEREN'T true. As for everything Bran said...nobody can prove it! Nobody knows anything about greensight except for Bran. The real Baelish would've pointed all of those things out.

Merlin is the best ancestor to Baelish. Merlin ends up trying to seduce a woman by teaching her magic. He teaches her enough magic to trap him in a cave.

It's because it was with a new woman. And the targaryens name their heir aegon because of the prophecy.

⚜️ Seven hells. They already finished season 8 months ago. Not sure why anyone is giving ridiculous warnings to these two FINE gentlemen for what's to come in the final season. They've seen it. They've mentioned their thoughts on their reaction video to season 2 trailers for HoD. Let's just enjoy their reactions to the coming episodes and watch them come to whatever conclusions they come to.

Also our opinion has evolved to from when we first reacted to now. We were probably much more positive in our initial reactions to season 8. As time has passed we developed more criticisms. Hopefully you will all enjoy our reactions though! - Cam.
Where did I give a warning??? I was simply commenting on how the show is mostly a miss after this episode. I am fully aware that they have watched the show. And watch many of these videos. This comment on my comment is ridiculous and out of place.

Even if the North wins, Daenerys still plans on coming back to Kings Landing to overthrow Cersei. Why the hell would she send her army north to fight alongside her enemies that still plan to kill her???? I mean, really??
