Shmovin Kirby clip. I think what gave it away was the double roll from the Kirby, though in their defense, there’s not a whole lot Kirby can do. I remember watching a Kirby vs Marth set and the commentators said that one of Kirby’s options in neutral was to just roll behind Marth LMAO

As a bronze 1 MASTER it’s great and the most raw melee is played there we are all dumb and just hit each other but we are still far better than casuals I swear my 200 hours means something
yeah I have a reddit post about how the ELO system for slippi is unnecessarily crushed at bronze 1. There are many many tiers within bronze 1 but slippi decides to just call everyone below a certain threshold bronze 1 lol
I might not be that great of a Melee player and my Peach clip wasn't that exciting, It did make for great content and Toph calling me Bronze I is probably the funniest criticism I've ever received. Thanks for choosing my clip lol :]
I feel like the biggest difference between good and gooder players is how consistent they are, a little segment of really good play from some lower rank player might happen once in a while, but better people r doing stuff at that level more often
Yea I felt like the better players all sent in longer clips that showed an entire stock being taken. While the worse players all sent a 2 second clip of a single combo.

You can't really use too short clips, you can make anyone look better or worse than they actually are if the sample size is low.

Always love new gg content! Possible adaptation of this for a future showdown video: Play a single stock FFA starting with 10% damage per tier off the correct rank for each submission. Points for most wins after all the videos.

Great concept. But the clips are way too short. Anyone can pull off a combo, it doesn't give enough information to make the guessing fun.
Yep I think the best way to judge someone's skill is by their neutral game spacing, like you said anyone can combo these days
