Zachariah 12 tells us that antisemitism will rise in the latter times. Even though I know it is coming, it is still infuriating. I pray that you and your family is safe, Sara. G_d bless you dear lady.
I’ve been a silent viewer for years. I am still on a spiritual journey but enjoy all of your content. Even though we have very different lives. I feel it is our duty to learn, respect and protect all innocent human beings. I’m absolutely disgusted with what is going in Israel. Please know many of us love and wish you nothing but happiness and success. Stay safe. Keep positive. ❤❤❤
You are such an amazing woman. You speak a gazillion languages, have a hundred different degrees, get up early before everyone else to pray for an hour, somehow have time to prepare all this food for your family, maintain a YT channel, be an intensive care Dr, raise a family - and do it all with love and a smile. You have raised the bar so high that the rest of us mere mortals can only stand by in slack-jawed awe. I feel so weak and stupid! 😂
My grandchildren attend a school on the grounds of a Jewish synagogue even though we aren't Jewish. The security there is visible, but they do all they can to protect the children from knowing more than they need to know about why they are there. I've been praying for all the innocent children affected by this war.
having been raised totally secular, I never got religious guidance from my parents or have lovely traditions that were passed to me. watching your videos makes me feel like I have an aunt or big sister showing me her daily life step-by-step. when you call your subscribers the “frum it up family” it makes me smile feeling included in such a group. sending love from NDG
I am not a religious person. But I must say, I LOVE your channel. Your voice is so soothing. Your meal prep is easy to understand and follow. Last but not least, you are a very pleasant individual and you calm me. Thank you. And also, the knowledge I’ve been given about your religion is wonderful. Thank you. Bless you and your family 🇨🇦. Much love from Ontario
My world would not be the same without you either. A few months ago I was going through a hard time and hearing you say that I was loved help get me through. This weekend I made Challah with you for the first time ever. In the video you went step by step and shared what to thank God for with every ingredient. I did it right along with you, including the prayer when removing a piece. I took the bread to church this morning (my husband is a Baptist Pastor) for a church dinner. I explained to everyone what all challah means and the prayers. Everyone loved it. Thank you, for without you, I wouldn’t have been able to make it. I am a Christian, but I totally respect you and my Jewish brothers and sisters. For I believe we are all brothers and sisters. I have been blessed to be able to visit Israel, the Holy Land. I long for the day I can go back. God has given me a great love for the Jewish race and I love to learn about your culture and customs. I have been and will to continue to pray for Israel and God’s chosen people. Love, prayers, and respect, Kelli in WV
I am a Christian living in Europe and there was not a day since the attacks started that I would have not prayed and thought of you and your family. Your beautiful personality always make my day and your videos touch my heart and help me to understand Jewish culture and a lot of things I learnt and still learning from the OT. I pray God always keep you and your loved ones in His protection. Much love from my family to yours.
Dear Sara Malkah, it is so comforting to watch your Cozy Shabbat Video. Besides marveling at your expert preparation in cooking the delicious food, I really appreciate how you described how the war in Israel/Gaza is affecting you. We are also feeling deeply worried and affected, thinking about friends in Israel, their grown children in the IDF, and the growing anti-Semitism in the USA and other countries . On the other hand, we feel more connected to other Jews locally and around the world, and are so appreciative of the non-Jews who show support for Israel. Am Yisrael Chi!
Hello! I am not Jewish but I love your videos. You are so chill and relaxed that it makes me calm to hear you. I bet you have a lovely bedside manner and it makes you an awesome doctor. It is so sad to hear of that your young children must be impacted by the war. I hope you all stay safe. I wish you and yours all the peace and joy that you can have. God Bless
My biological grandmother converted to judaism at a young age, and your videos are such a comfort and connection to her. Thank you. I pray for the continued blessing and safety of your family here and in Israel.
Many times your weekly "I love you" is the only time I hear that sentiment. It means everything to me as I feel the genuineness of those words in your voice and the warmth of your company. Please know I love you and your family very much. Be safe. 🥰
I love to spend some time with you! I have been a subscriber to your channel for over a year. I’ve enjoyed watching how you take care of your family as well as taking care of your patients. What an amazing woman you are! Your commitment to being the Psalms 31 woman is so inspiring and has been such a blessing to me. Thank you for sharing your culture and your traditions. I’m a Christian who has a deep love and respect for the children of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, for through you all the world is blessed. May God bless you and your family, and comfort you in these difficult times. Shalom, shalom. ❤
I am not Jewish - I am Catholic. We are living in a scary world and may God give us all the strength to survive anything we might face. My husband was Italian and I am from Polish/Slavish roots but when you compare all of our customs you realize that we came from one religion but depending on their circumstances people took different paths in their beliefs. The important thing to remember is to be kind and accepting of others. No matter what religious belief you have - that is what our God wants. You are an inspiration to all who listen and how fitting you use food - the one universal thing - to bind us all. I envy your organization and I pray every day for God to help me overcome my biggest downfall which is procrastination and no organizational skills - funny how we all struggle with some downfall. I will continue to watch you videos and hope just listening to you will somehow help me overcome my struggles. Blessings to you!

You lit the candle. Yes, let there be light...for you, your family, for those who experience antisemitism, discrimination in their lives, for thosel who live in warzones. Yes there is always light, G.oD, somewhere...everywhere, even in the darkness!! Thank you for your video!🌻
I am so sorry to hear your family is facing war. I am Ukranian, this happened to my family not too long ago and it was so heartbreaking, I couldn’t get my work done for two weeks. Thankfully my family is safe and I hope your family remains to be safe.
I love to spend some time with you, Sara Malka. Frum it Up kept me company through a dark time. You never know how deeply you touch lives! Am yisrael chai! Shabbat shalom.
I am so glad to hear from you and to continue praying for your family and other Jews around the world. Thank you for showing your cozy Shabbat meal. It is the perfect time for cozy.
Dear Sarah, Im a Sabbath Keeper who keeps the holy days and just love your channel. Thank you for all you do - your videos are so informative and relaxing. I too am a healthcare professional and really respect the many talents the good Lord has given you. Praying for Peace in Israel, for comfort, healing and protection for all., including your family and friends. Stay safe and well. Blessing on you and your family. Oh, long ago i put ‘Frum it up’ on my desk at work. It’s been a great conversation starter when people ask about it, and it is a great reminder at times i need a quick prayer and I remind myself to ‘Frum it up!’ xxx
I am a devout Roman Catholic and I pray for my Jewish brothers and sisters all the time. I am proud that my religious roots was founded by our Jewish ancestors. I love the Old Testament especially the Torah and of course the writings after called the New Testament giving the early history of Catholicism. You and your beautiful family are such an inspiration to me. I am so happy you are able to follow your rules and customs of your beloved Jewish faith and share them openly. God bless you and God bless our world. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I feel at peace just listening to your voice. Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful moments. 🩷 I’m praying for safety of Jewish people all over the world.
Dear Candy, Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your dear husband. May G-d give you peace and may you sense His presence always! Thank you for being an important part of our Frum It Up family. ~ May his memory be for a blessing ~ Forever in our hearts. 💞
Hello again from small town Inola OK. I love to spend my time with you. My heart is breaking and my soul is devastated over what is happening to the Jewish and Israeli community, there and here. My prayers are with everyone affected by this, especially the innocent and the children on both sides. We too keep the Sabbath, but watching you makes me want to do it in a much better way. Congratulations on your subscriber increase and video views. Have a amazing and blessed coming week❤
As always, I feel better after watching your videos. They are inspirational and relaxing. I proudly wear my Magen David necklace while at work at Target. So far, people have been positive. Many blessings to you and your family.
I love to spend some time with you Sara ❤️ Your channel has been a comfort to me for the last few years and has helped me get through tough times. Thank you for sharing your beautiful culture to all of us and for being a calm, soothing presence. Sending love and thinking of you and your family during this times ❤️❤️
I love spending time with you Sara. Prayers up for your family and everyone affected by the fighting in Israel and Gaza. Whenever I watch one of your Shabbat prep videos I am a little awed at how much food you make and the ease with which you make it.
I am writing from Israel, and would like to tell you how much I enjoy your videos; their content; the loving manner in which you speak; and the care you voice for the land of Israel, our traditions and the Jewish people May you and your family be blessed by Hashem, God.
I am sorry to hear that your kiddos have guards at school. Unfortunately being a mom in the US we have police presence at our schools and have had for many years. I hope your kiddos and you and husband stay safe. This violence breaks my heart!
Many thanks for sharing your time and taking us along on your Shabbat preparations! Please know that I will be praying for you and your family every day. I have been horrified for the unprovoked attacks that have led us all to this place in time. I am so sorry the ways this war is effecting you and your family. I truly do enjoy “spending some time with you”. May God’s peace and blessings be upon Israel and all of her people. 💞🙏🏻🕊
Thank you for being one of the most delightful parts of my Sunday❤ I am grateful that you share your life with us! Continued prayers for you, your family and your loved ones!
Your voice is so calming no matter what you are preparing! It’s just melodious!💕I continue to pray for Israel and the Jewish people everywhere. Thanks for sharing.🌹
Hello! My favorite mocktail: Sugar-free cranberry juice and ginger ale (50/50) with a squeeze of orange juice. Add ice and voila! I enjoy your channel. I am Christian and am grateful to learn more about your way of life and 'home truths' which can be considered by anyone of any faith. Being kind and mindful is the basis of being a good person. Saying prayers to end the tragedy ongoing.
many blessings and much respect, and thank you for your sharing these wonderful recipes with us. As I've been saying since the early 70s, "No matter where I'm standing, I always stand with Israel."
I am a noahide women started to study Torah with our rabbi in Jeruzalem about 2 years ago. And just want to let you know that our study group is trying to support the Jewish people by giving tsedaka, praying together and speaking up you and your family are not alone 🇮🇱🤍💙
I love spending time with you. Your voice is so calm and gentle as you take us through your preparations for Sabbat. Your daughter set a beautiful table. My heart goes out to those suffering in this time of fear and war. I pray that peace can be reached soon.
My sister and my nephew & nieces live in Israel. It's a very worrying time for all. We are hoping that a peaceful resolution will soon come. Bless you and your family Sara, and thankyou for spending time with us x
I read that the onion's fumes are attracted to moisture, and this is why we cry (because they attach to the moist surface of the eyes), so putting a wet paper towel works because it's moist. It doesn't have to be under the onion, it can be near the cutting board as well! Lots of love from Israel ❤
Hi Sara. Like I mentioned before in my past comments, that I was born and raised Roman Catholic and also Italian. I love watching your videos along with Sonya’s prep. I love each and every meal you cook. let me tell you I have made your Moroccan fish recipe.it’s delicious and my family loves them. I will be adding this recipe for Christmas Eve menu,as we only eat fish dishes and no meat on that day..also I love watching your videos.Your Shabbat menu looks amazingly delicious. And I love to try new dishes.. in the last 6 months I have been following many videos about different religions.including Orthodox Jewish, Muslim and many more. And let me tell you I find that Orthodox Jews are very spiritual loving people. I love how you honour your Shabbat and many special holidays spiritually with so much meaning.. As a Catholic our sabbath day is Sundays. but it’s not the same anymore from when I was a child ,on every Sunday we always had a big family Meal as you probably know that our biggest meal of the day is around 1-2pm but it’s not the same anymore.Everyone is too busy with their children in sports shopping or working.. I wish the stores were closed on Sunday’s like they used to be when I was younger. anyways I just ed to say that I admire you very much. Also my thoughts and prayers are with all the Jew’s around the world and especially in Israel that the war will end asap and no more people getting hurt and or killed. In fact I feel that the war will end any day now.. and that we will have peace throughout the world.. We are moving into a new Era my dear Sara.just the way God wanted all his children to live in.With love, peace and prosperity. ❤❤❤❤❤ PS. Sono molto felice che tu parli italiano. And one day soon I will be in Montreal again and would love to meet you for a coffee.if that is possible.. your Italian friend from Hamilton Ontario.Ciao Bella…
I truly love to spend some time with you! I'm a Christian and I want to send you all my love and prayers in this time of suffering. Jewish people are loved and appreciated! ❤❤
I love to spend some time with you! Your videos are both informative and very calming and I eagerly look forward to each new one. Please know that you, your family, and the entire Jewish community are being remembered in our prayers daily. May G-d richly bless you.
I made my first Challah last week and boy did it come out tasty. Thank you for your videos and recipe. Every video you lost means the world to me and I thank you for sharing your life. This video made me feel warm and cozy inside. It also gave me ideas for my prepping and table decor. Thank you!!
While me and my family are not Jewish, we do follow the Torah, including the dietary laws and sure do appreciate your wonderful videos. It's even more special because you're living in Canada, where we are - so we know we are able to get most of the products that you feature in your meal prep. I have no idea how you can ease into Shabbat so calmly and prepping such exquisite culinary delights! I'm dashing around like a chicken with her head cut off to get the simplest meals ready before Erev Shabbat! Praying for safety and shalom for you and your family as well as other Orthodox Jews who are facing yet again, another season of overt antisemitism. Am Yisrael Chai!
I love to spend time with you! Your videos have blessed me and my family so much this year. We have been praying for you all and will continue to, especially your relatives in the service. May God keep you all safe and well.
To help keep a chocolate cake from sticking, in addition to some kind of fat, you can also add cocoa powder like you would fat/flour in a pan for white cake.
I pray for you, your family and all Jewish people everywhere. May God keep you safe. I have had 2 wonderful Jewish doctors in my life. One saved my sight as a child , the other saved my life as an adult, thank God! You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I love to spend some time with you ❤ I really enjoy being in your kitchen while you prepare for Shabbat and your Daughter makes such a beautiful table. I do pray for you and your family both at home and all in Israel. Many blessings to you and your family
Thank you for this video, your Shabbat meal looks lovely. I continue to pray for the people whose families have been devastated by these terrible events and loss of life .
I love to spend some time with you! Your videos are so calming and comforting and inspiring. Your voice, your message, the food, and your table always are so welcoming. I am not Jewish, but I see my Jewish friends suffering with family and friends in Israel and the IDF. I pray daily for everyone and an end to suffering. Thank you for continuing to post for us! I look forward to your videos so much ❤
What a great video! The pumpkin-shaped Challah are a great addition! I’ll try your onion cutting method! I’m not Jewish, but I’m terribly sorry for what you’re all going through. I’m praying for you! ❤️
I love watching your videos. You have such a soothing voice. I was raised catholic but my mother was an Ashkenazi Jew. My grandparents were born in Russia/ Poland. I really enjoy learning about my mothers side of my family. ❤❤
I love spending time with you 🥰 As sad as it is that the school feels the need for a guard, it is better to have one and hopefully never need it. There are a lot of angry people out there and a lot of people that are not entirely in their right mind. Thank God that you are able to keep yourselves and your children safe.
I loved to spend some time with you...im about to start my conversion and Im loving the warmth you share through these videos, they truly make me feel good and hope one day I can have a lovely shabbat evening,
I love spending time with you Sara! Thank you for another beautiful video. Your voice is so calm on your relaxing. Congratulations on the growth of your channel. May it continue to grow. My prayers are with you and your family and the entire Jewish community during these trying times. Shalom!
I love to spend time with you, Sara. I love learning about your Shabbat customs and holidays. I’ve been thinking about you and your sweet family and praying for your safety and for the safety of all those being affected during this scary time. I pray for peace and for God to bless all His children 🙏🏻
Thank you for continuing making videos. We all need to be strong in these challenging times - Shabbat brings joy to our hearts. Wishing you and your beautiful family a lots of blessings and spiritual power. Am Israel Chai ❤️
I love to spend some time with you! Thank you for your videos; I am learning so much about Jewish culture. Your daughter did a fantastic job decorating the table. The napkins were magnificent.
Im also orthodox and an ophthalmology resident from israel. I love your videos. I admire you for your success in combining medicine, family and religion in such a perfect way. Keep praying for us in israel❤
I love to spend some time with you! Thank you for the Q&A, and for sharing your Shabbat prep. I love the connection that can be made across the miles, across the spans of time, and from heart to heart, thank G-od!
Lovely video! My biggest fear watching you cook is that my husband and I will gain roo much weight! ;) I'm not Jewish, but you and your family have been especially on my mind, along with a number of real-life friends, for the past few weeks. May the God of Israel and the universe protect you and keep you safe!
Dr Sarah, I love sharing this time with you. I live probably 2 hrs down the 401 from you and had no idea the threat to your security. I am very saddened . Your cheerful and informative messages reset my attitude. Blessings to you and your family.
I randomly stumbled upon your Mikvah video months ago and found it informative and fascinating. Though I am not Jewish I love watching your videos as I learn about your way of life. Plus your voice is so relaxing. Keep well and God's blessings.
I love to spend some time with you! Your family and all of the Jewish community are in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for spending another day with me! I look forward to your videos each week! 😊❤
I love to spend some time with you! Thank you so much for taking time to show us your wonderful celebrations and traditions and processes. Your calm and warm delivery is so nice to listen to. I pray for your family's safety and quick return to your 'normal' ways of life, and for Israel to know peace and security very soon.
Thank you for inviting us into your home. I thoroughly enjoy your videos! I am especially appreciative of how you eloquently explain everything in as much detail as possible. I am so thankful I found such a warm and inviting space to learn what life looks like from your prospective. My favorite part of this video was watching your daughter prepare the table. She really has a beautiful talent! 💓
Many are not fortunate to come from loving homes that prepare them for the future…. but what a gift it is for you to humbly, lovingly share the life you’ve come from and developed with the world. You are a light in the world. I truly appreciate your mindfulness and simply const effective ideas for all things. You’re far more than “Pinterest worthy!” Shabbat shalom 💜
I love to spend some time with you too, Sara! As always, a lovely, cozy, and interesting video😊. I was surprised and delighted to learn you'd worked with MSF! I was a paramedic for 21yrs before I became disabled and if I hadn't met and married my husband and started a family early in my career I would have definitely pursued a position with MSF or a similar group. I only speak 2 languages fluently (English and German) but I am learning Spanish too. I have always admired polyglots. I pray daily that this war ends soon and that everyone affected by it heals from the trauma. Although I am not Jewish we have several dear families in our lives who are, including my husband's lifelong best friend, and another friend is of Palestinian descent. All of them have family in Israel and we pray for them as well.
I wanted to say I love your channel. ❤️. I’m not Jewish but I find the channel, fascinating, informative, beautiful and soothing. I love your outlook on life and you have the best voice. 😊. Thank you for the videos. Sending prayers.
My favorite indulgent drink is flavored carbonated water...lime or cherry are best...poured over ice, and with a splash of vanilla or hazelnut creamer added. Tastes like a creamy fruit milkshake but very low calorie!
Thank you for this video, Sarah! I saved it to my phone. Great ideas! Please please be safe as this world has completely gone on it's head! I very much enjoy watching you and your family! ❤
I love to spend time with you❤️. My heart is breaking right now for Israel and all the Jewish people around the world. I will keep your family members living in Israel and serving in the IDF in my prayers!
Enjoyed spending some time with you, so very much! I love learning about the culture. You are so respectful and kind hearted. Thank you for all that goes into the videos. May God keep y'all safe and God bless Israel❤
You are so humble. The success of your channel is because of you and all the hard work you put into your videos. Your positivity in each video is very rewarding to watch, plus we learn a lot. It is a given that your channel has become successful. How you fit all that work into your already busy schedule is quite remarkable. Prayers to your family.
Love and prayers to you Dr. Sara, your family and all our Jewish brothers and sisters in Isreal and the USA. My daily prayers include all of you. I pray your family and friends in Israel and the world are secure and safe from harms way. Know that we stand with you.
I love to spend some time with you! You are an inspiration, and I always learn something new from your videos. Thank you for pouring so much love & light into the world, Sarah.
I have been looking for your channel for weeks. Couldn't remember the name of your channel. Facebook is clearly shadow banning. I've been finding they have unsubsidized me from channels they don't like. So glad I found you again! God bless you all.
I certainly do love to spend time with you! I appreciate the amount of time that you put into the videos that you share with so many of us-please thank your family for sharing you with us and for all the love they show in allowing your videos to be so joyful! I am praying for you always 🥰
I love spending time with you, Sarah. Your channel is the most comforting and I have learned so much about your faith. You really make it interesting! Thank you for being here too!
I love to spend time with you. You videos add a nuance to the little things in life. One example is when you let the candles put you in a good mood to fix the delicious food. These little details help me do the same. Life is fast-paced sometimes at a slow pace. It's all about the balance. Thank you and stay safe and the best for you and your family.
What a lovely table setting your daughter put together! I like the napkin folding. Also, what adorable little challah in the form of pumpkins! I'm in love! I watch another Orthodox Jewish woman's channel, Jar of Fireflies. As I told her, my prayers are with you and your immediate family as well as those in your community far and wide. Thank you for such lovely content! 💚
Oh how I loved your cozy Shabbat prep video. Thank you so much. We are praying for Israel and for you, your family and loved ones. I would love to see an actual Shabbot family dinner but I don't think that's possible to film during such a reverant time, is it? You take care and you are in my prayers. Love and hugs, Jeanie
Sara Malka, your videos bring me so much pleasure. I have thought about you and your family since October 7, praying for those who were attacked, Israel, and all Jewish people throughout the world in the face of such evil. I love to spend some time with you, and I pray for your continued success, you're a bright light in a dark world.
You know, it might feel silly but I think mashed potatoes is one of the dishes that have the most variation of the dishes you prepared! Whipped or not, skins on or not, and I’ve had them made with and without black pepper, with mayo and butter, just butter, butter and bit of cream cheese….and in our house we make them with olive oil and chicken stock. So I’m actually really curious how you make yours!
I make mine with lime juice and mint or different fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro) sometimes--I learned that from a friend. Lime or lemon is a trick to make things taste salty.
❤ ❤❤ Here is our Cozy Shabbat Prep ❤❤❤ including all meals fr shabbat
I also added the much anticipated part 2 of our Q & A including questions about How the War in Israel is Affecting us as Orthodox Jews, Arranged Marriage and so many other of your questions

Thank you Sara. It's been a rough few days and the cozy shabbat prep was very comforting. Many blessings to you and family.
I love to spend some time with you! ❤❤
Thank youuuuuu
A woman of deep faith in God,a doctor, speaks seven languages and finds time to cook a feast for her family! She is salt and light in this world!
I wish I had half that power!
Agreed❤
100%
You are such an amazing woman. You speak a gazillion languages, have a hundred different degrees, get up early before everyone else to pray for an hour, somehow have time to prepare all this food for your family, maintain a YT channel, be an intensive care Dr, raise a family - and do it all with love and a smile. You have raised the bar so high that the rest of us mere mortals can only stand by in slack-jawed awe. I feel so weak and stupid! 😂
Me too!
Traditions start somewhere @@EF5Winds
I am not a religious person. But I must say, I LOVE your channel. Your voice is so soothing. Your meal prep is easy to understand and follow. Last but not least, you are a very pleasant individual and you calm me. Thank you. And also, the knowledge I’ve been given about your religion is wonderful. Thank you. Bless you and your family 🇨🇦. Much love from Ontario
I’m sure she’s so reassuring for her patients.
@@bethwilliams8748 Thisssss. Gotta move to Quebec so I can get Dr. Malka instead 😭
♥️♥️🥰🙋♀️💕
Same. I come here to hear her voice to calm down. I love her lessons and acceptance and general demeanor.
Love, prayers, and respect,
Kelli in WV
I love to spend time with you. Thank you for welcoming us into your home, and for spreading joy and kindness ❤
You are so welcome!

This lovely video got me through a very tough weekend. Know that you are spreading light in this very broken world. Peace. ❤
May G.od shine His light on you and May all your trouble vanish xoxox
I am so sorry to hear your family is facing war. I am Ukranian, this happened to my family not too long ago and it was so heartbreaking, I couldn’t get my work done for two weeks. Thankfully my family is safe and I hope your family remains to be safe.
I am so sorry for your challenges and I hope everyone will stay safe
I love to spend some time with you, Sara Malka. Frum it Up kept me company through a dark time. You never know how deeply you touch lives! Am yisrael chai! Shabbat shalom.
I am so glad to hear from you and to continue praying for your family and other Jews around the world. Thank you for showing your cozy Shabbat meal. It is the perfect time for cozy.
Dear Sarah,
Im a Sabbath Keeper who keeps the holy days and just love your channel.
You have the most comforting voice. I imagine your patients and family feel so reassured just by that alone. It sounds like kindness and joy.
It gives me great comfort to watch you. I am a widow and miss my dearest husband of 30 years. Know I am with you and Israel. God bless.

I am writing from Israel, and would like to tell you how much I enjoy your videos; their content; the loving manner in which you speak; and the care you voice for the land of Israel, our traditions and the Jewish people
May you and your family be blessed by Hashem, God.
May the good lord protect you all.
May God protect and bless you
I am sorry to hear that your kiddos have guards at school. Unfortunately being a mom in the US we have police presence at our schools and have had for many years. I hope your kiddos and you and husband stay safe. This violence breaks my heart!
i am with you: violence breaks my heart too.
May G.od bring peace in the world and keep us safe
Many thanks for sharing your time and taking us along on your Shabbat preparations! Please know that I will be praying for you and your family every day. I have been horrified for the unprovoked attacks that have led us all to this place in time. I am so sorry the ways this war is effecting you and your family. I truly do enjoy “spending some time with you”. May God’s peace and blessings be upon Israel and all of her people. 💞🙏🏻🕊
I am not Jewish but I love your videos! I hope you and your family are doing ok, it must be very hard. Much love to you 🫶
I absolutely love spending time with you, as a nurse when I come home and settle down I put on your video and it is so relaxing and soothing.
Oh thank you!
And thank you for doing what you do ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for being one of the most delightful parts of my Sunday❤ I am grateful that you share your life with us!
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I am a noahide women started to study Torah with our rabbi in Jeruzalem about 2 years ago.
Prays for your family 💖
PS.
I love to spend some time with you ❤
I really enjoy being in your kitchen while you prepare for Shabbat and your Daughter makes such a beautiful table.

I love watching your videos. You have such a soothing voice. I was raised catholic but my mother was an Ashkenazi Jew. My grandparents were born in Russia/ Poland. I really enjoy learning about my mothers side of my family. ❤❤
I love spending time with you 🥰
As sad as it is that the school feels the need for a guard, it is better to have one and hopefully never need it. There are a lot of angry people out there and a lot of people that are not entirely in their right mind. Thank God that you are able to keep yourselves and your children safe.
You are Absolutely right Kelly!! better safe than sorry

I Love Spending Time with You! Thank you for your prayers and friendship, Sara. You mean the world to us as well.
Lovely video! My biggest fear watching you cook is that my husband and I will gain roo much weight! ;)
I'm not Jewish, but you and your family have been especially on my mind, along with a number of real-life friends, for the past few weeks. May the God of Israel and the universe protect you and keep you safe!
You are loved, I enjoy your videos so much thank you, I am not Jewish but I love to learn about how we as God's people live differently thank you
Dr Sarah, I love sharing this time with you.
Your daughter set an AMAZING table!!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! ❤❤
You’re far more than “Pinterest worthy!”
Shabbat shalom 💜
Another beautiful video, Sara! Thank you for allowing us to spend time with you and your lovely family! ❤
Praying with you for peace-in Jerusalem, in our homes, and in our hearts. Sending so much love your way. ❤
Thank you for this video, Sarah! I saved it to my phone. Great ideas!
Please please be safe as this world has completely gone on it's head!
I very much enjoy watching you and your family! ❤
Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for sharing your life. I’m Catholic but I enjoy learning about other religions especially Judaism.
I love to spend time with you❤️. My heart is breaking right now for Israel and all the Jewish people around the world. I will keep your family members living in Israel and serving in the IDF in my prayers!

Oh thank you!
