A lot of APCs (Armored Personnel Carriers) are amphibious. You can usually tell by the shape of the front. However, in this case the front and the crocodile decal is a dead givaway

I don't know, it just disappeared. I think it was despawning.
The Homing Grenade MOD. You unlock and activate the mod and the grenade homes onto things. Maybe it’s a glitch including that.
