Abduction and crime are serious issues that require effective law enforcement and community safety measures. When societal systems fail to protect their citizens and visitors , it can lead to mistrust and disappointment among those who are considering to retire or visit there. That being said, it's important to focus on constructive solutions, such as advocating for better policing practices, community engagement, and improved safety protocols, rather than placing blame on individuals who are themselves victims of circumstance. Worrying about the culture in the Philippines highlight the broader issue of safety and justice, which are important considerations for anyone thinking about moving to a new country.
