Don’t be so hard on yourself, I was raised as a sheep rancher, then we moved and raised cattle. It’s not simple! To give each one the proper vet care, it’s complicated! Each device works differently! You are doing a good job, it’s better you forget a battery or to switch on a mic than mess up the vet care!! You have your priorities correct!!
Made it to the end! I don't think I've never not made it to the end of one of your videos. You always keep bringing in incredibly informative content. I enjoy your humbleness and selfless attitude as you learn each time you handle the sheep. As a teacher, I always appreciate the teachable moments that you fit into your videos like you did with Fern and Meg's Gathering of the sheep. Thanks for all you do for all of us who watch. I'm from Tennessee in the USA.

A shepherd's daughter here. Never heard of you, before you and your mates rescue Fiona. This is the first video of yours I have watched, and I loved it!
Loved a long video this Sunday Cammy. The process of getting ready for spring lambing looks so stressful on the wallet. Good luck to you all there. Can’t wait for the next one.
I not only made it to the end, but I watched it twice! I personally prefer longer videos. The ten to fifteen minutes seem like a waste of my time. I like to sit, relax, and enjoy what I'm watching for just a bit before continuing on with work or whatever task I'm currently involved in
@annekabrimhall1059 that's rude. Be thankful he even makes the effort to speak English. If you're so unhappy about watching a video twice to "understand the English" Cami is better off without you.
Hi Cammy! You have quite the setup going there. Also quite the procedure rounding up the other group and depositing the first ones. Looks very nice there as your sky is very blue and lovely. I always watch all of your videos, Cammy.
❤That was an Incredible Video Cammy ! I didn’t want it to end 😃. You were telling us it was too long and I didn’t ever want it to stop 😂. It’s ever so fascinating to me every single thing that you do as a sheep farmer and business man. I love how you show all the aspects of the things you are doing with the sheep and aren’t afraid to show that minor “oopsies” occur with the meds etc… your human like the rest of us . To me it just shows how much of a real man you are that you show everything. I also have to comment about people who say they can’t understand you , I am from the Midwest in the USA and all you have to do is Listen 👂 and you sound just fine! You be you Cammy . Don’t stress about your accent it’s all a part of you and your wonderful. Also wanted to say about the people commenting on Lizzy needing to speak up or needing a better microphone, Frankly speaking They need to Listen with their own Ears 👂she spoke very clearly you could hear everything she said the entire time . She was simply Marvelous even in the pouring rain and in the wind and with the rain coming down while she was in the trailer you could still hear her no problem. Lizzy is amazing and so are you Cammy you have a beautiful family with Jock and Little Angus and a new one to join Congratulations Lizzy is WonderWoman !!!
Thank You, I appreciate your videos even if I'm not a farmer or live in Scotland. Long videos with or without endings/ sound/ batteries, they are all good.
All the way to the end :) I have no sheep.. Well, nothing but 2 cats. I love to watch your family, the dogs, the land.. the sheep, the new equipment and the neighbors
You know Cammy I love watching your videos they always make me laugh. I enjoy the way you make it informative from even us viewers who have no knowledge about sheep or farming without it becoming too jargon orientated . You make it clear that you too are on a learning curve . Maybe you can tell me though is it just my imagination or has sheep farming overtaken cattle farming. If so why ?
You are my hero, so any vlog is a great vlog. The sixty seconds with the music was fun. I always enjoy seeing you and your teammates working and caring for your flock! Thanks for sharing your time and your thoughts with us all.❤
Please take the advice of your elders, and get an X-ray of your ankle! You will save yourself time and pain. If it needs some further treatment , now is best. We care enough about your future to urge you to take care of yourself! 💖. I was glad to see you wearing boots to give it some support.
As I look at you Cammy as you set up at the beginning…your words keep running through my mind…”What could possibly go wrong?”…Cammy my dear one, you absolutely make my day. Soooooo, how is the ankle now?
First time commenting and new subscriber to your channel. I’d love to see a video where you outline your breeding plans. You have so many different breeds and combinations you are working with. It would be cool to hear the breeding decisions you are making and why.
Made it to the end. I truly understand the struggle to get a process rolling. It always feels like it takes more time to prepare for a job and get stuck in than actually doing the job itself. But you’re doing all the necessary things that prevent troubles in the future. Take care.
Oh yes, Cammy, I always watch to the end! I was happy to see those supportive boots on your feet after the last video and that terrible ankle, ouch! It's funny, I was wincing at the very start of this one when you were buying all that very expensive treatment at the store - double ouch...😬 The lambs are looking great. Thanks for all your effort to bring us along while you work. Stay safe and well.
I always watch your videos to the end - unlike some other channels I watch - coz you’re always entertaining but also educational …. And damned amusing with it.
Can't go wrong with shetlands or shetland crosses. Had a few of them for good couple of years, and i've never had to lamb one, they seem to manage all by themselves.. But texel and suffolk need a hand from time to time.
Yay! Nice to see the Tarff Valley shop again. That frame to hang the bottle from looks like it works great! Well, maybe you needed to dose yourself... lol. Are these gimmers? You probably said, but I missed it. Aw, Cammy, watching you blether and faff around brightens my day. I just remember how much you HATED this job before the Te Pari. The 60 second montage was great. It won't be long until Jock will be opening gates for you. The video wasn't too long. I enjoyed it very much. Props to Lizzy for the great nursing. Glad you have good boots so you don't roll that ankle again or God forbid, the other one!
I love your videos. With all the work you have I wish I could give you a hand. I grew up on a small farm with around 60 head of cattle so I can sure relate to the never ending work load. I live in the western United States so I can’t help out though.
I made it to the end ;) interesting to hear about the Kobalt deficiency! This is something I can't learn on my own, as I have very little experience with only about 20 sheep atm :D
Great video guys just a suggestion when your doing the pre tupping jobs what I find easier is dose the ewes and then boulose (don't think that's the right spelling 😂😂)because sometimes it help it slide down the throat 👍👍
Always love your videos Cammy. Raising livestock is such a demanding and hard working job and I appreciate that you take time to video and explain things. I’ve learned so much from you and always love the content and explanations you provide. Be well Cammy, may that ankle heal well for you. ❤❤

Yes! I watched until the end! I think I’ve been watching your videos for at least two years now while I needle felt, and it’s amazing how far you’ve all come!

Love the videos, Cammy! Quick question about the pre-tupping management you described today. Is this a function of the breeds you’ve chosen to run? Or does it have more to do with the climate and ground you’re on?
More to do with the ground and climate. A lot of places through east wouldn't need to fluke dose for example. Also ground further south will be better with cobalt so may not need to give ewes supplements .

The Shetland x Cheviots look nice. I bet their wool is super quality. A pity it has so little value. If you kinked the drench pipe whilst readjusting it would save you money.
