I can't get over how all around well adjusted he is when obviously he didn't have the greatest start in life to begin with and then treated so unfair and in solatairy confinement for all those years and beaten and now gets out and acts more civil than the judges, lawyers and other politicians involved in doing this horrible crime to him.
This case was very hot and discussed among officers all around WM, I am ashamed to say that many of us felt these boys were NOT guilty of that crime, but were absolutlely helpless to do anything about it. I am a retired/disabled officer from a few counties away from WM and it's my hope that those boys live a long, peaceful life and never need or want for anything.
omg this is the best interview i have ever heard from him..just wish i could hear more from jessie he has been so quiet.las i heard he was scared to come out of his house that is so sad..
Great interview! Damiens book is great, he's a great writer and can hold your attention. i finished it in 4 days. Im a huge WM3 supporter and i believe these guys are innocent
brilliant interview,Opie Ant and Yimmy are capable of going from the most immature shit to really insightful probing conversations like this Damien is great though
Yeah, I think that's the best thing about O&A. They know when to stop the goofy shtick when the situation _really_ demands it. That nuance makes them seem more human. Other similar jocks tend to either be too serious or completely incapable of saying anything meaningful. On a completely different subject, it seems like Damien married one of those women who go after high profile prisoners. Can't really bash it because she really _did_ save him.
Forgot I said that,I still believe it though. I guess I was in a blackout because I don't remember any of this😜. My comment isn't sloppy enough though so I'm sure I just forgot✌️
Ive been hearing about this case basically my whole life...My aunt works for the former prosecutor so I have this odd connection to the case...plus when I was 15 i was basically Jason Baldwin
I've been arrested several times for crimes I never committed. One particular time I was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, I was the only one charged and under state law they could only convict two or more people of conspiracy, not one person by himself. Thank god I was never convicted of a crime and I would say a conservative estimate of innocent people in prison is about 5 percent and people who are arrested only to be cleared later on is up to 30 percent or so
I like Howard Stern, but there are many guests that have such fascinating lives that asking questions about their personal sex lives just gets boring. I enjoy O&A interviews better, because they have edgy challenging questions and not everything is sex related.
For whatever it's worth, I'd like to answer your question even though it's been over 8 months since you typed it out. And my answer is this.....perhaps Damien Echols really could get 'sue-happy' against those guards who were abusive, and might end up filthy rich because of it. But on the other hand, I bet the last place he would ever want to set foot in is a court room (let alone a prison cell). And besides, the life he has been given back NOW must be overwhelming enough. What about FREEDOM?????
+axel hose they make sure to protect a death row in mate so they can execute them. this guy is nothing more than a full blown baffle them with bs liar. you know very little about how this really works.
Damien sound like Johnny Depp. Or Johnny Depp sounds like Damien? Any way, I'm glad he's free. And I'm reading his book. I have never read the book for seven hours nonstop. The book is amazing. Lorri, thank you for being such a wonderful woman!
The West Memphis 3 or atleast Damien seem guilty as fuck to me. If you bother looking into the guy's history (before the murders) he was obviously a deeply disturbed individual. It's not about Satanism or being a "weird kid", he did some pretty psychotic shit.
they found the knife behind the one guy's house and it was missing a piece on the bottom that had a design similar to one of the kids injuries on his forehead; they thought it was a bite mark, but it was the imprint of the bottom of the handle. ona fuckin' lame on this one
Damien's book is incredible. I read it in 2 days because it is so moving, interesting and exceptionally well written.
Upmost respect for this man.
Utmost.
I read it in 4 days, i couldnt believe how good it was. Hes a great storyteller
Damien is an amazing person. I can't wait to read his book.
He's hard not to like.
And when he talks about the media he sounds like Noam Chomsky or Edward S. Herman. Very bright guy.

DANA RAY oh please

Marc S hey you keep doing this on every video
Plz fuck off
Have thought about maybe speaking out publicly.
Fake! There’s so much evidence against them.
@@jonathanc4166oh that always works!

Kinda hard to get multiple DUI’s staying in your house, ….so….more B.S.
Amazing to hear.
Many thanks for these 3 uploads.

I never thought they did it,and if they didnt then someone did and what people forget is that the real killer needs to be found

i was in jail for 4 days and that was enough. too many hours in a day there.
What a great fucking guest/interview.
It's clear he's very intelligent.
The TRUTH, shall set them free.
Truth is that Jeekus is in hell
Were you guilty of the crimes you were charged with? That's why you went to prison. These kids were and guilty ....no two ways about it.

Such a compelling interview.
Everyone should feel
Sorry for somebody who is still alive, instead of feeling sorry for three young children who died...

I'm still not convinced that he is innocent.
I never lost faith.
Blue wax at the scene
First name Damien: -1 in the game from the start!
He changed his name to Damien but was born Michael Wayne Hutchison
The American prison system is disgusting.
He wrote that his son and the other person who helped him in the murder; "were Aleister Crowley" watch the original interviews and court questionings

I just rented the third DVD, so this is a bit of a spoiler alert.

if you don't want media attention then don't beat your prisoners!

WTF cares...stop trying to cloud the subject at hand. HE IS INNOCENT that is all that matters.
You really should get out more.
he come's across alot less bitter and crazy than Robert Blake did about his legal issues
Lorri woud you please tell Damien to stop saying he was "pissing" blood? He's above that, don't you think?
