I saw the tail end of the 3rd Doc this at 7am. I was 1/2 late to work i could not stop watching. This is no surprise to me. The fact that the state would rather be wrong and put 2 kids in jail for life and 1 to death than admit they were wrong. This case hurt so many people. What about those 3 little 8 year old boys. The REAL Killer is still out there. And the state of Arkansas is so concerned with saving face they made tease guys take a alfred plea and let the real killer get away with murder .
Jason repeatedly cites supposed “alibi” that his OWN lawyers did not even ATTEMPT to present to jury. So…….that assertion of an alibi is just not true.
@DrOprahVonPenishat You probably do. And please tell why you think so....if there is something you don't know or think other people don't know, then you have an obligation to get other people to get the whole picture.
Hmm. Well I'm young and from California, that's my excuse. Its funny, things that happened just a few years ago seem so ancient to me. The idea of people getting up in arms over satanism sounds old fashioned. I hate it when I'm reminded that I have a lot to learn about the world.

This case is why I should never be on a jury. Every time I hear either side of the argument I'm swayed in that direction.

I got to meet Jason at this years Sinister Creature Con. He’s a very intelligent and kind man. I hope he and his wife have a long and happy life.
