I get absolutely zero throttle response have to use starting fluid it shudders and dies. I dont have a scantool. Could this be the problem?

do you want to fix my 2004 gmc sierra 2500 hd lb7 lol it will idle and pull 5 codes but it goes into reduced power i cant drive it
