Wow. I think it took me longer to do Winter Contingency then your whole run. Your aim is crazy! How is your spaceship aim so responsive? I did the mission the other day and the spaceship took years to actually aim where I was looking. I'm assuming just pumping up your dpi? Amazing run.
I'm not familiar with speedruns, why does your counter go back to 0 on the milliseconds, and why does it round down? Ex: from 13:12.78 to 13:12.00 around the 13:46 mark of the video?
Technical stuff to explain, but basically at that part you have to kill 2 enemy quotas, first one is done in the air, second enemy wave starts by being in that zone after first wave is killed (hence why he jumps out of the falcon for a second after killing last enemy). The player needs to be physically in that zone for that to happen, but needs to be done midair so that you can still use the vehicle, since you can't fly away anymore if you're too low. Then taking a specific route in the air to mess with the games loading zones which causes the game to think you cleared out all the enemies from the second wave triggering the next sequence of the game (saving several minutes if RNG holdout fights). In this case he also deloads some dialogue from noble team to save even more time. Bit the jist of it in general.

the run is timed using sum of PGCR (post game carnage report) which rounds down the milliseconds
