#Bow Shackle#Amazing Process# -
Thanks you for producing videos with a MINIMUM of music, just letting the natural audio of the factory floor permeate the video.
there is still music. Completely unwatchable.
Nice video with the actual sounds of production. So much man-handling of the heavy parts. Those lads are really working hard!
production and music. So lame to ruin the whole thing with music NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR!1
Really tough work, but producing an amazing product. Respect
It's a product that gets tough use, but it's packaged with care.
The smile on the worker's face as he was placing it in the box and wrapping it in oiled paper looked very proud.
This is wonderful.
This was a very well done video. Those men are craftsmen in a very difficult environment. Outstanding.
Thanks. Surprised that those 2 large holes were drilled and not punched when hot & bored, or at least drilled with a much smaller drill first. Those bits were real beasts!
diamonds
I was thinking the same. Would have been easy to punch out smaller holes during the flat bar stage and bore to alignment at the end. But they are the ones doing the job, so there must be a good reason.
Great video and interesting process!
Thanks for sharing
I'm always amazed at the skill of the operator of those grabber things.
What a beautiful product and fascinating to watch make. I've only used 1/2 inch shackles myself, so to see these giant sized units is really exciting. Thanks
Thanks~
I have part of a huge turnbuckle that was about 5 feet long, pretty amazing!
Absolutely amazing!💪
Thank you for this video!
👍😎🇦🇹
Great Job Guy's building those big Shackles. how often do you clean the whole factory?
These ultra-fast packaging machines are like watching a high-speed chase, but with boxes and labels. Thrilling!
You should be very proud of your hard work.
Very beautiful part you made!
I like it when the thumbnail matches the video. Thank you.
Great coverage, fascinating to watch, respect to the guys involved in this hard, hot work.
Great subtitles, very entertaining and informative!
Thank you for your patience.🥰
Some good old hard work with awesome technology and skills
Merci pour ce passionnant reportage
fantastic to see how it has been made 🙂
You can tell that these are proud, skilled workers making very important products that they know will help their country.
You and a Christmas turkey have very much in common.
You can tell? How? Evidence or shut up.
Now THAT is a job that Requires Extreme Physical Labor!!
Did not realise that big process in making that absolutely incredible
What a Great Video...
Thank you for sharing...
Your Hard work...!
Monster shackles for heavy lifting, absolute beasts
Thank you Boss Qu for the video which is very useful
Very extraordinary work 👍
That oil quench bath is awesome! Those shackles are very well made!
Thanks

thanks for the vid it was excellent to watch the process
I'd like to see those MASSIVE stamping machines produced🤔😏
Very impressive!
Interesting but heavy work. Nice video.
Amazing process!
That's a well done video and an interesting production process. Mostly manual -- there's clearly quite a lot of skill in handling the forging hammer at the start of the process.
One puzzle is that I saw no QA to speak of. I would expect a load-bearing product to be subjected to a proof load, but that wasn't shown.
I could watch this stuff all day long. Nice.
Definitely manly work. Hats off to these men. Great end product.
Wonderful video thank you!
Heavy work❤
So liebevoller Umgang! ❤👍
As a mech. Production engineer man this is far better than most of my courses only PID people will appreciate how much informations u put there for free❤ much love
I'm so glad you enjoyed my video, love you!🥰
Really impressive skills and manufacturing process. These guys should be rightfully proud of the finished product. Interesting that the guys seem to be mostly in their late forties and fifties. Who wil take over for them?
You, my friend, have asked a poignant question.🙃
Probably young guys with no other job opportunities, steelworks are important jobs and China has no shortage of people to fill roles!
@@commiedoge747true but are they made of the right stuff to be able to manage such work
Oh, you mean the stuff that makes one sacrifice their life for the profits made by their corporate overlords? So rugged...and stupid! @@charlesburgoyne-probyn6044
Hope these boys pay check reflects the danger and brute physical forces they have to endure. Great to watch them.
Thank you on behalf of the workers
The top payed factory workers in China earn less than 10,000 per year.
Pay check reflecting how hard they work? Not likely. This is China, isn’t it?
roger that!

Darn... my local Ace Hardware doesn't carry that size
Probably costs more than your car.
Bravo pour cette démonstration.

They are beautiful! I'll take three.
video yg bagus.
terimakasih atas penambahan teks bahasa indonesia.👍🏼🙏🙏
Well done boys!
Noticed WLL 150T stamped on the shackle. Working Load Limit 150 ton. The captions said they're used in the marine industry. probably for heavy lifting work. nice video.
@Imissmusicvideos Yes you are correct. There is a tremendous amount of lifting of heavy loads in the marine cargo industry. However there is also a great amount of rigging equipment that is used for marine towing. Heavy duty shackles are an essential component when towing barges on the ocean or docking a massive container ship. Doing that type of job can be very dangerous, due to the extreme forces involved. Safety protocols must be strictly followed to minimize the hazards involved. You might be interested to know there are shackles manufactured today that are over WLL 1,500 tons capacity. Giant shackles like that are usually used in conjunction with huge wire rope slings. When working with rigging equipment of that size, a crane is needed to move and position all the main components.
Very cool. I like the raw audio with no voice. Just subtitles.
Fascinating labour-intensive process! I love the droll comments in the subbies!
thank you and god bless you
I started my career in the steelworks in Sheffield, brings back memories.Though these are very slow in comparison.
That's good. Memories are unforgettable.
Ich habe eben einen Film über die Herstellung von Ankerketten betrachtet;
Great to see this!☘️👍
Superb videos ! 👍
Great job .
These men have some serious hammer forges.... This is an interesting and informative video, thank you....................... Impressive...
Thanks. Good luck.
As someone watching from the US
• Watching your videos is most relaxing even at 2 x speed. Hope your customers appreciate this very important and risky process
• It’s good to see how well your operators understand the equipment and doing the job as safely as possible
• Thanks so very much for posting and sharing!
All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸
Thank you for your comment and God bless you!
Translation: Why is there stupid music?
Güzel içerikler için çok teşekür ederim
Excellent! Keep up the amazing work.
Heavy hot work. Great job and done safely.
Great video!
Some technical questions though:
Why do you need oil paper at the end to present rust, since the shackles are already galvanized to withstand corrosion? They are build for years of service, right?
And secondly: the nuts are tied for galvanizing, wouldn’t it make the Zink be applied unevenly at the „touching points“ of the tie?
Thanks so much already, love that heavy machinery and all the work you do!
Present=prevent
The zinc is a very thin coating that's deposited and bonds directly onto the metal, so it has no problem getting in those tight spaces. Notice that they shake the pieces, too. Hence the wire and not like a flat clamp or anything. It's doesn't act like a solder joint where it stays in the gaps. But there is no sticking and dripping and hardening like a paint would do, so there's no little bumps or anything left where the contact occurs.
Lotta of heavy lifting manual work. They earn their wages...
Thank you. I like the way you do things.
How much do they cost per unit? Thanks.
wonder how many parts are at the bottom of the tanks because the wire bands or pole have worn out and broken?
Loved the safety shoes of he lady at the end of the video
Eine wahnsinnig schwere, körperliche Arbeit.
Well done, welcome👍👍👍

Realy I like this factory so so much

Correct, no hard cordon!
You only do it once
Korda link swivel getting bigger every year😅
They need to be careful everywhere but don't trip into that fire pit, you will be burnt meat when they pull you out. Thanks for the video.
