I must've understood already the "flash in the pan" nature of Eurovision and didn't expect a follow-up hit. Here I am, a 56-year old who has survived a couple of cancers. I'm not ashamed to admit I had quite the crush on Agnetha when I was young. Such an amazing group. As a musician (guitar and piano), I can very much appreciate Benny and Bjorn's compositional workup, bridges and transitions. Meld in the women's amazing vocal talent and the music is able to instantly transport you on emotional levels in different directions.

I like Waterloo and Dancing Queen the best. I grew up in the 70’s and fell in love with them the moment my radio played the songs. They were truly a dynamic and original group. In fact, nobody could challenge them today. They could actually sing! Kids today lip sink.
Sounds so beautiful and flows more sweetly in Swedish. Interesting vowel sounds with the umlauts and whatever that circle (degree) symbol is on top of the "a". Always neat to try to decipher the phonetics from reading, which you really can't until you hear it spoken or sung. Just like a lot of European and Scandinavian languages.

Having been a child growing up in Sweden in the 70's during the years ABBA were active, this video makes me feel such nostalgia for this country that once was such a peaceful outpost of the world. Today, it's like a minor version of France. Both countries are suffering from the effects of large scale immigration during the recent several decades. People who can afford it move away from the bigger Swedish towns and cities which are quickly turning into veritable war-zones. This country is screwed.
