You seem to have breathed new life into the Mayan Ruins, the Culture and the glorious Civilization. You have set a new Benchmark which others will find impossible to equal.

That was an outstanding video of my beloved Palenque. My 1st time where was in January 1974, staying in my VW camper at the footsteps of the Temple of the Inscriptions. I still could go up and then down to the tomb of Pakal. Unforgettable! Have been a tourguide in Guatemala for 20 years, now retired. PALENQUE, one of my alltime favorite. Always enjoyed taking tourists there.

Very interesting to see the Maya ruins of Palenque. The bas reliefs are incredible and look like they have not long ago been carved out of the rock. I did some further research about these ruins and a tomb which was found and its very interesting to read about the greatest ruler of this time, Pakal, and he was 12 when he came to power. Good to see its a World Heritage site and so will be well protected and hopefully over time will see more of Palenque and this great ancient city of the Maya and their culture back 1000 years ago. Thank you Milosh for sharing this great ancient city!

you've been lucky, these days it is absolutely not allowed to go up on any temple platform/temple in Palenque (no such problem in Tikal and Copan)
