- You may have heard the phrase, "the days are long, but the years are short." As I reach my quarter life milestone, I'm finding this to be more & more true! We often think that our lives are up ahead, somewhere in the future. The truth is our lives are happening RIGHT NOW, during the boring and exciting days like. In today's video, I reflect on the fear and anxiety surrounding the passage of time, as well as ways the turn that fear into a helpful realization that will compel me to continuously pursue my goals and passions. I hope I'm able to help motivate you to do the same :)

Time only feels fast for people that don't live in the moment. Life has felt very slow for me.... for decades. I love it ❤

@@irinadeee it's pretty simple. Focus on daily meditation. Spend most of your day without the phone near u... keep it far away. And of course, only go on UA-cam when ur gonna post. Social media is probably one of the worst inventions... right up there w nuclear weapons, seriously. I was born in 70. So most of my life is au natural...no internet. I noticed a big difference in my brain once iPhones were invented in 08. Once I completely pulled away from it around 2011...my quality of life came back to where it was before 2008. It sounds nutty, but the iPhone and Social media is single handedly destroying people's ability to really juice life and live in the moment.
@irinadeee with 55k subs, you've been swallowed by the machine...u must feed the beast everyday now🤣🤣 ...it's all good. I've been posting alot my own music on my channel. I guess we're all co-opted now🫠 BUT...I still do my best to stay off-line most of my day, unless I'm posting one of my new music vids - come and check em out😉

I goes by really fast when you have kids...You blink once they are in High School, you blink twice, they are in finished with college and move away...Treasure all the moments in-between to enjoy the journey...
