This is Smaty from Shanghai and work in Hong Kong for 7 months. In this video, I used the Time Lapse to record the lovely city in my eyes.
Hong Kong is really a nice city to work and live in.
Hong Kong is a small city which lots of different kinds of views. You can see concrete blocks, and also see the nature things within 5 minutes walk from the city center. I am quite cherish my life here. I can remember going to the famous places, and went to the Lantau Peak in the midnight, etc. I love the tram and ferry in Hong Kong.

Hey Thomas, I used interval about 1s, with the exposure time about 0.8s each picture to make it :)

I'm working on a time-lapse video myself right now, i have already produced one though it isn't that good, I'm hoping to release the next one after this summer or so which will hopefully be better. I have a couple questions however. First, what did you use to stitch your photos together to make the time-lapse? I use "time lapse assembler" for mac which is good though I'm not sure about the quality as I use a Nikon d300 and the quality could be much better. Secondly, for the pan time-lapse shots, did you use a slider or did you just zoom in and out/move up and down when editing it?

Great time lapse! I'm in the middle of doing one for Seattle, WA USA. Are you using After Effects or a video editing program like Premier or Final Cut Pro?
Hey Brian I use the Final Cut Pro X to do the editing job. Mainly cutting, and some zooming... just simple functions. Other apps like Premiere will do the same job. Looking forward to your great job :D

Hi, Usually i choose Medium quality in my 5DII. Then resize the photo to 1920*1280. And the video is 1080p (1920*1080).
Move forward is simply make two key frame with different size.
