    To prevent deterioration to the brain , you need to use it, exercise the brain, keep it going. Exercise, exercise, keep going. Once you stop , problem starts. use/exercise your brain as you exercise your limbs, it is the same principle.

    Over half in Asia will be diagnosed with alzheimer's, with their better food intake? Do they have plaque in their gums? What research has been done regarding lifestyle, exercise, sedentary behavior, narcissistic behavior, social interaction, and sleeping patterns, etc.??? Thanks for upload. Trying to watch all five, however UA-cam keeps crashing on my phone. Except commercials..😡

    Some people are "allergic" to carbs and they wont know it until it is too late. It is always wiser to consume clean good fats as your source of energy.
