You are the reason I developed an interest in cooking, all recipes that I tried so far have turned out awesome. Made the Palak Paneer today, especially for my mum who isn't keeping well and the way she looked at me, she simply loved it. No other better feeling than that. You're my cooking hero and I wish I meet you one day.

Great recipe. I spent most of the 90's in South/Southeast Asia; mostly in India, Nepal and lovely Bangladesh; also Pakistan and Sri Lanka. I was not a vegetarian, nor did I ever become a strict vegetarian in India. The fish was purchased on the beach within moments of the boats coming for the day, and gave a new meaning to 'fresh.' Mutton was available and much beloved of Indian Muslims, a group of people who changed my life, quite literally, as I was to eventually recite the Shahadah. But I digress. The vegetarian food was so inventive, complex and unabashedly vegetarian. Chinese and other cultures with great cuisines use soy and other products to simulate meat; most of it quite inventive. But Bharati cuisine; from the Punjab or West Brnal to Kerala and Tanul Nadu in the far south reveled in vegetables, in curries, masala, fajitas, every aspect of the cuisine. It is glorious food, worthy of emulation across the globe. My favorites included raitas, curd or dahi, and anything with paneer (fresh Indian cheese) Saag paneer, palak paneer and muttar paneer, all magnificent. I got to enjoy my food quite spicy, but it can be tamed by using less chili and black pepper. Hope you enjoy this amazing cuisine.
    الله وليكم. الله أكبر!

I made this version of Palak Paneer couple of times. It turned out great both times. I tried other recipes of Palak Paneer before and by far this is the best recipe. Couple of new tips I learnt from this video - adding salt while sautéing onions to keep it moist and the second tip to keep the pot uncovered while the spinach cooks to retain the color of the spinach. I enjoy your recipes. Thanks...

Mmmm...my first Palak Paneer is tasty! My paneer came out too crumbly, but still tastes great in the dish. Thanks so much for teaching us how to make this flavourful food.

Chef this is so good. Just loved it. I forgot to add nutmeg. I thought you would make everything into a puree together. You didn't. This was fantastic in taste.

I had the same problem, but a friend suggested that I try mixing the tomatoes in a small blender/food chopper beforehand. it helps to reduce the lumpiness.
not sure what to do about the onions though, besides just trying to cut them smaller and more finely.
all that aside, this is an amazing recipe!!
