    Have tried doing palak paneer with so many recipes. The raw smell stays and others. This is the best one. You can even replace the cream to fresh high fat milk quarter tumbler and the taste is not too compromised

    It came out super awesome😍 Thanks for providing such an easy recipe that even novice cooks can do well😍 I made one modification - adding cashews roasted in butter with the palak while grinding🙌🏼 ரொம்ப சுலபமா சமைக்க முடிந்தது. முந்திரியை வெண்ணையில் வருத்து பாலக்குடன் சேர்த்து அரைத்தேன். மிகவும் ருசியாக இருந்தது.

    Fact:
    Reason he tells to add sugar for blanching- retains the green colour
    Same technique is used while storing frozen peas

      No need to add sugar if you don't want to. In Delhi, Punjab it is a common dish. At home we don't add sugar. Even then it will comes out good..it is simple and easy
