Thanks so much for porting this to vcv rack. It's in my template and pretty much every output gets used in every patch often multiple times. Useful? I'd say. And then there's the expander. Thanks on behalf of those of us who need to make music cheaply but for whom it’s super important. You've done us a good 'un, lad.
Hi Scott, it's the team at Instruo we should thank for that putting most of their line up in there for free. I'm really glad VCV exists and that these ideas can explored freely or much more affordably. Thanks for the kind words and I'm really glad ochd is working well for you.
Thanks Lisa I really appreciate the comment and support. Lovely to hear that you're getting on with ochd so well too. Here for any questions, enjoy the LFOs! :)
Just wanted to thank you for this awesome module. I'm sure it was a blast seeing your ideas and concepts come to life. My very own ochd arrived yesterday and I've been patching it up since, even as I write this. Thanks also, for terrific interviews with other modular musicians and for everything you do within our cool, nerdy community. Like others have said: Ace.
Hey, man! It’s about a year later and I wanted to tell you that øchd remains one of my favorite modules. It has an almost permanent connection to WORNG Vector Space, providing a large array of slow, subtle modulations. I prefer it over Batumi for simplicity and immediacy. Super nice design and implementation. Thanks, for all of that! Hope life is good. ✌️
that's a great pairing with the Vector Space, giving lots of permutations to add into the mix. Feeding one of those outs back to the ochd CV input would be nice to try - I need to do that now.
Fantastic idea of a module, the beautiful Instruo look is icing on a delicious looking cake ! This is essentially how I use the Black Octasource from Erica, but this one is one third of the space. I'll be all over it when it's in stock at SchneiderLaden !
Oh well done on this one! Just bought one. What an amazing addition to my rack. Thank you for persistently bothering Instruo to bring this to life for us.
Well I'm glad you've found it now. There's also an expander just released if you haven't seen that - ua-cam.com/video/vCZuS5pQirQ/v-deo.htmlsi=xMzDMGY3MfX-0rGR
Ben, this is an incredible module! Glad your idea has come to fruition. Goes to show what those close to the Eurorack world can come up with. Your patches are awesome examples of why modular rocks. Cheers!
Just ordered one from Control Voltage. Can't wait to patch it in. Never enough modulation! Keep up the good work, many of us appreciate your knowledge and enthusiasm.
My ochd arrived (along with your Mutes module) this week and it’s awesome in every way (and so is Mutes). Can’t wait till your next 4hp comes out, whatever and whenever that’ll be :)
Thank you, for all these Tools. Today øchd arrived 🤩. I ordered mutes - and hope it will get in stock at my dealer. Next month , øchd expander is on my wishlist. Thank you again for all these great little, so needed tools 🧰 🛠️🤖
I was looking for a quad lfo and something random, as the only lfo I have is that one on Yarns. Then I bump into this. Analog, drifting, not four but 8 lfos, cv input, reasonable price. It was a no-brainer. I literally just finished the video, checked Signal Sounds, it was in stock so I ordered one instantly. You really saved me some money, so now I can spend more on other modules too :D Thank you, can't wait to try it! :)
ah cool thanks, enjoy it. I like it moving really slowly with Rings and Clouds so the core tone is moving around an ever shifting set of FX parameters.
@@DivKiddude. I love it, haha. It is perhaps the best, and more reasonable price LFO modular. I use it for QPASS/Rings/Magneto/Quad VCA CV inputs at the same time. Off topic though, I really want that RND Step, it is no where to be found, haha.
Awesome! Just ordered one and am looking forward to trying it out in person! I always get the impression that you have a great feeling for striking the right balance between simplicity, versatility and surprise factor that often are the most fun modules to use.
Beautiful! Love simple but highly satisfying modules like this one, the philosophy makes me think of the the Worng Soung Stage, not a lot to worry about and very natural results
I had a Neural Agonizer dual reverb unit that had 8 CV ins, I used to use the 8 outputs on my STG Soundlabs Mankato to modulate it and it made these gorgeous and haunting Godzilla screams
Looking forward to trying one of these with (a) Doepfer A-152/A-155, or (b) NLC Cluster matrix mixer, for somewhat erratically selecting slices of sound. Also for very gently influencing processors like Echophon/Erbeverb.
Very cool! I like the fact that they're not synced in any way, as you said, it adds this organic feel to the patch. I guess that also sampling them for pitch information can be interesting, having a few sequences that are not related coming in and out. Nice!
It would be nice to see this module used to control the VCA of several voices in a generative patch. It could just bring in and out different drones while also providing motion to their timber. I could see myself using this to eliminate some of the extra LFO modules I have as a more centralized hub for modulation. I deff am going to pick this one up when I have the cash for it and when Perfect Circuit gets them in stock.
Bless your soul Ben! I am really enjoying this most useful module and super easy to use for small setups. Love the design and modulation tools. Looking forward to your new module ideas in the future. I also have your pumpkin head blanks on the way.
This is making some fabulous noises - BUT I'd like to suggest an øchd plus with an attenuator on each output please - it would save me a lot of cabling and free up my attenuvertors too!
This makes ochd one of the top modulators in eurorack.
thanks
What a cool little module - good luck with it!

The sound @1:00 is just truly special. Very cool how you showed it on the Datas. Congrats on the new module man!
Thank you so much for the informative video. I just purchased a new Ochd and love it. Lots of exploring and experimentation ahead😊❤
Thanks Lisa I really appreciate the comment and support. Lovely to hear that you're getting on with ochd so well too. Here for any questions, enjoy the LFOs! :)
Man, this module is amazing! Glad I have it! Thank you!

Picked one of these up and it’s lovely.
Knocked it out of the park, kid!

Great job! Definitely getting one whenever they show up on Perfect Circuit or Control
Oh well done on this one! Just bought one. What an amazing addition to my rack. Thank you for persistently bothering Instruo to bring this to life for us.
haha did I say I persistently bothered Instruo? Far from it all nice conversations with the team up there.
We love your fugly mug and can't wait to try the new module!!
Great idea and awesome little module! Nice one, Ben!
I can't wait for you buying one or two 😉
Amazeballs! This with BIA or Elements or... Must-Buy! Congratulations!!
Just what the doctor ordered!! Very useful little tool! Thanks for your very helpful reviews.
How could this great module have passed me by so far? Great idea!

Thank you, for the support and comment. I hope those modules provide some great results for you.
A great design! I"m finally going to get one!
Enjoy it
Beautifully uncomplicated but extremely useful. Great new module.
I feel like this could work really well with a qpas! Awesome module
That’s mad how they made a module with you. What a cool company.
This looks really useful for only 4HP! Good job Divkid and Instruo!
Mine is in the mail! Looks like it is exactly what I need in my Eurorack.
cool enjoy it! It keeps it's way into my patches and it's great to see it do so for others too.
@@DivKid It just arrived, YAY! ^___^ It's awesome combined with Plaits and the Morgasmatron!
@@DivKid 5 months on it's still the most used module in my EuroRack case. Absolutely brilliant :)
Thanks Ben & Jason for this wonderful collaboration! Yet another fabulous Instruo module comes to life!!!
Simple and handy. The functionality you've designed into a single CV input and attenuvertor is clever!

Cheers! Enjoy it.
Wow! Amazing amazing work Ben (and Instruo)! I'm definitely going to get one of these asap.
Congrats bro! This is pretty dope!
Ben!!! It’s gorgeous. Congratulations.
Neeearly perfect! For my taste a slow and a fast sinus added would have made it absolutely neat. Very useful modul, thanks!
Amazing! Congrats 👏
Well done.
this fills so many needs! thank you for bringing it to the market! cheers
Magnificent idea! User developed, perfectly designed. Thx!🙌🏻
Thank you Ben for everything you do!!!!
What a brilliant idea. I love it
Ordered! Can’t wait to play with this one. Lots of happy accidents to ensue.
Just bought it. It is selling quick. I can see this going so well with rings/clouds.
ah cool thanks, enjoy it. I like it moving really slowly with Rings and Clouds so the core tone is moving around an ever shifting set of FX parameters.

Very promising module, looking forward to hearing more demos!
This is awesome!! Congrats!!

Great idea and cool module!
Dude. Seriously posted to Instagram an hour ago that I was happy with my setup. LOL ordered one.
Purchasing as soon as its available. This is extremely useful and thanks, Ben!! I can't wait to see what else you come up with!
My there's some lovely patches in this video. And what a great module, the t&h! Looking forward to picking this up somewhere in the coming weeks.
Congrats! Great module and a great company to team up with!
Awesome job, Ben! Just ordered one.
I just buy one, tomorow in my Rack, Thx DivKid and Instruo
Good stuff, enjoy it!
Very cool, great work guys 👌
Just ordered and just what I needed but didn't previously know I did!
Sick, even better than what I guessed it was!
Beautiful! Love simple but highly satisfying modules like this one, the philosophy makes me think of the the Worng Soung Stage, not a lot to worry about and very natural results
This is very cool. Wonderfully musical.
You seem like a really nice person. I bought one. It's on pre-order :)
Nice! Now if I can just get out of the mindset of synced LFOs. :-) I like the self patching possibilities of this alot...
I recently bought a triple lfo that has no sync capabilities, its been a really cool learning experience as I have always synced them
Hey man, I preordered mine today!
BIG HUG!
Super cool idea for a module. I'll be picking this one up.
I had a Neural Agonizer dual reverb unit that had 8 CV ins, I used to use the 8 outputs on my STG Soundlabs Mankato to modulate it and it made these gorgeous and haunting Godzilla screams
Cool module . Before you said what it was called my brain was calling it the "0 Kid " as in "Oh coast".
Alan C, I like that.
Okkered, surely? Like awkward, but from the wrong side of the Pennines 🤣
got one and really love it !
glad to hear it, I use mine all the time.
Just purchased mine from UK'S Elevator Sound.
Will be my first LFO outside of using sequenced cv from Keystep Pro
enjoy it Martin, the mix of smooth drifting stuff against sequenced CV is a lovely place to be with your modulation.
Very coooool! Nice work dude.
Well that's a no brainier purchase - another great idea, well done!
Good on you, man. Rad werk 🛠
Ooh fun! I’ll be picking up one of these for sure.
Looking forward to trying one of these with (a) Doepfer A-152/A-155, or (b) NLC Cluster matrix mixer, for somewhat erratically selecting slices of sound. Also for very gently influencing processors like Echophon/Erbeverb.
I have a Verbos Harmonic Oscillator. Looking forward to trying this out with it.
That's what I'm talking about!
Very cool! I like the fact that they're not synced in any way, as you said, it adds this organic feel to the patch. I guess that also sampling them for pitch information can be interesting, having a few sequences that are not related coming in and out. Nice!
sooo useful...a must have!
What a great little module. I might have to pick it up

he did
Best of luck! Seems like a good module. 👍
Sounds amazing! Well done
Can't wait for Patchwerks to receive their order.
This is going to be the companion for my Dove Audio WTF Oscillator
Same.
This would make a great companion to my Verbos HO. Good job!
Oh, this would pair wonderfully with the SWAN. Defo need it.
nice one chief, will be grabbing one of these as soon as
Really great and useful module. Well done!
looks fantastic
Bless your soul Ben! I am really enjoying this most useful module and super easy to use for small setups. Love the design and modulation tools. Looking forward to your new module ideas in the future. I also have your pumpkin head blanks on the way.
You are brilliant, thank you for this!
Just ordered mine, great module.
Would love to see this paired with a 4 operator FM synth, like an Akemie’s Castle
Ordered from Signal Sounds. Look forward to playing with it.
Seems like what the Erica Synths Octasource should have been... just ordered one. Great idea, DivKid!
Got this module, its lovely. I have it modulating the Xaoc Odessa and Verbos HO !!
Just ordered from Cymru . Been waiting for something like this to go in the skiff. Can't wait.
Congrats!
This is making some fabulous noises - BUT I'd like to suggest an øchd plus with an attenuator on each output please - it would save me a lot of cabling and free up my attenuvertors too!
And Thank you for making my MI Shelves great again !
jonas eggen MSGA ! 🙂
This looks great Ben and nice price too!
now i want to see a brother/sister module of this with synced outputs and a clock input to have both flavors of what people mostly need =)
That's exactly how I use Octasource most of the time... 😉
Another amazing pair should be e-rm Polygogo!
