Ohhhhhh, I made the tangerine glaze (?) and my family loved it. I added some lemon juice for more acidity because my tangerines were not sour enough. Instead of the sponge, I coupled it with your ogura cake version (?). Yours is my favorite baking chanel!!😆😆

Hi Apron, i have beat the egg white till stiff but the cake did not rise as much like yours, i made a 1.5x of the amount you used since my baking tray is 8 inch. What is the problem?
Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch
